Claims (5)

  1. Procédé d'ancrage d'un élément de fixation, comportant les étapes consistant à : percer un trou de perçage (7) dans un composant de construction (6) au moyen d'un foret creux entraîné en percussion et en rotation (12), aspirer les débris de perçage et la poussière de perçage résultants entre un côté extérieur du foret creux (12) et une paroi du trou de perçage (7) au moyen d'une source de vide (26) pendant le perçage du trou de perçage (7), introduire un mortier auto-durcissant (41) directement à travers le trou de perçage (7) nettoyé par aspiration et insérer l'élément de fixation (46) dans le mortier auto-durcissant (41), caractérisé en ce que pendant le perçage du trou de perçage (7), de l'air est insufflé en plus dans le trou de perçage (7) à travers le foret creux (12) et le mortier auto-durcissant est introduit dans le trou de perçage sans nettoyage supplémentaire du trou de perçage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mortier auto-durcissant est introduit dans le trou de perçage (7) sous la forme de deux composants.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le mortier auto-durcissant est à base d'époxyde et/ou de polyméthacrylate.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation ancré dans le mortier auto-durcissant est conçu pour résister à des charges de traction d'au moins 1 000 newtons.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une cloche d'aspiration (21) recouvrant le trou de perçage (7) est prévue, laquelle cloche comporte une ouverture traversante (22) pour le foret creux (12) ainsi qu'un manchon de raccordement (22) pour la source de vide (26).
