Claims (24)

  1. Actionneur de porte (1) pour ouvrir et/ou fermer une porte avec un arbre de fermeture (2), lequel peut être accouplé à une porte, avec
    un boîtier (3),
    au moins un piston (11, 12), lequel est en connexion opérationnelle avec l'arbre de fermeture (2) et peut être déplacé à l'intérieur du boîtier (3),
    au moins une première (21) et une deuxième chambre de pression (22, 23), qui sont séparées par l'intermédiaire du piston (11, 12) et remplies d'un fluide d'amortissement (4),
    un agencement de canaux (30), à l'intérieur duquel le fluide d'amortissement (4) peut s'écouler entre la première (21) et la deuxième chambre de pression (22, 23) en fonction du mouvement du piston (11, 12),
    une soupape d'étranglement (31), laquelle est prévue à l'intérieur de l'agencement de canaux (30), pour amortir le mouvement du piston (11, 12), et
    au moins un filtre (40a, 40b) protégeant la soupape d'étranglement (31) d'éventuelles salissures,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le filtre (40a, 40b) et le boîtier (3) aménagent un canal à fluide (42) commun à travers duquel le fluide d'amortissement (4) peut s'écouler en direction de la soupape d'étranglement (31), le filtre (40a, 40b) présentant une surface filtrante (41) qui est orientée de façon circonférentielle vers le boîtier (3), le filtre (40a, 40b) étant avoisinant du boîtier (3), le canal à fluide (42) s'étendant entre le boîtier (3) et la surface filtrante (41).
  2. Actionneur de porte (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le filtre (40a) est agencé dans la première chambre de pression (21) de telle façon que le filtre (40a) est situé, au moins partiellement, au sein de la plage de levée du piston (11) ou à l'extérieur de la plage de levée du piston (11).
  3. Actionneur de porte (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un filtre additionnel (40b) est agencé dans la deuxième chambre de pression (22).
  4. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface filtrante (41) est aménagée en forme d'anneau, le fluide d'amortissement (4) s'école à travers la surface filtrante (41) au cours d'un mouvement du piston (11, 12) et en même temps, une fois que le fluide d'amortissement (4) a traversé la surface filtrante (41), la direction d'écoulement du fluide d'amortissement (4) est changée.
  5. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le filtre (40a, 40b) présente une chambre intérieure (43) qui est aménagée de façon ouverte vers la première (21) ou la deuxième chambre de pression (22) et est séparée du canal à fluide (42) circonférentiel par la surface filtrante (41).
  6. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le filtre (40a, 40b) est agencé de telle façon dans la première (21) et/ou la deuxième chambre de pression (22) que le changement de la direction d'écoulement se fait tant dans la chambre intérieure (43) du filtre (40a, 40b) que dans le canal à fluide (42).
  7. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface filtrante (41) consiste en un tissu ou en un non-tissé.
  8. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le filtre (40a, 40b) consiste en un élément fritté.
  9. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement de canaux (30) comprend un canal d'étranglement (32), lequel s'étend entre le canal à fluide (42) circonférentiel et la soupape d'étranglement (31).
  10. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le filtre (40a) présente plusieurs canaux (42) circonférentiels qui sont séparés l'un de l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un joint (45) agencé au filtre (40a), l'agencement de canaux (30) présentant simultanément une pluralité de soupapes d'étranglement (31) et de canaux d'étranglement (32), un canal d'étranglement (32) étant individuellement attribué à chaque canal à fluide (42) circonférentiel.
  11. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement de canaux (30) s'étend dans le boîtier (3) et/ou dans le piston (11, 12).
  12. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le piston (11, 12) est incorporé dans un système de pistons (10) présentant un premier (11) et un deuxième piston (12) qui sont déplaçables à l'intérieur du boîtier (3) en fonction de l'arbre de fermeture (2).
  13. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier piston (11) sépare la première chambre de pression (21) de la deuxième chambre de pression (22) et le deuxième piston (12) sépare la deuxième chambre de pression (22) de la troisième chambre de pression (23), les chambres de pression (21, 22, 23) étant reliées entre-elles par l'intermédiaire de l'agencement de canaux (30).
  14. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de fermeture (2) est relié à un élément de transmission de force (13) de façon à résister à la rotation, lequel élément est en contact avec un premier galet (14) qui est supporté de façon tournante dans le deuxième piston (12).
  15. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième piston (12) est en connexion opérationnelle avec un élément à ressort (15) qui est agencé dans la troisième chambre de pression (23).
  16. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transmission de force (13) est en contact avec un deuxième galet (16) qui est supporté de façon tournante dans le premier piston (11).
  17. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (11a) du piston (11) orientée vers le filtre (40a) présente un diamètre inférieur au diamètre de l'espace intérieur (43) du filtre (40a).
  18. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans une position d'ouverture de la porte, l'extrémité libre (11a) du piston (11) présente une distance par rapport au filtre (40a), tandis que dans une position de fermeture de la porte
    a) l'extrémité libre (11a) du piston (11) se trouve à l'intérieur de l'espace intérieur (43) du filtre (40a), ou
    b) l'extrémité libre (11a) du piston (11) présente une distance par rapport au filtre (40a) qui est inférieure à la distance que le piston (11) présente par rapport au filtre (40a) en position d'ouverture de la porte.
  19. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un boulon d'obturation (5) est affixé au boîtier (3) fermant la première chambre de pression (21) envers l'environnement, le filtre (40a) étant agencé de façon tournante sur le boulon d'obturation (5).
  20. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de fermeture de la porte, un élément à ressort (18) agit sur le premier piston (11), lequel élément, lors d'un mouvement de la porte vers sa position d'ouverture, déplace le piston (11) en direction de l'arbre de fermeture (2).
  21. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de fermeture (2) s'étend à travers le filtre (40a).
  22. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transmission de force (13) est un élément came-disque (13), l'arbre de fermeture (2) et l'élément came-disque (13) présentant un axe de rotation (6) commun et l'élément came-disque (13) étant agencé de façon excentrique sur l'axe de rotation (6).
  23. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen d'obturation (50) est prévu qui peut être amené en une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture, dans la position d'ouverture de la porte, le moyen d'obturation (50) étant en position de fermeture, et dans la position de fermeture de la porte, le moyen d'obturation (50) étant dans la position d'ouverture.
  24. Actionneur de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le filtre (40a, 40b) présente un axe de montage lequel correspond à l'axe (6, 7) du piston (11) et/ou de l'arbre de fermeture (2), la surface filtrante (41) s'étendant de façon parallèle par rapport à l'axe (6, 7) ou sous un angle défini de façon incliné par rapport à l'axe (6, 7).
