Abstract
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane, deren Herstellung und deren Verwendung als Dispergiermittel, insbesondere zur Dispergierung von Feststoffen.
Description
Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane, deren Herstellung und deren Verwendung als Dispergiermittel, insbesondere zur Dispergierung von Feststoffen.
Hyperverzweigte Polymere sind bereits bekannt. C. Gao Hyperbranched polymers: from synthesis to applications Prog. Polym. Sei. 29 (2004) 183 - 275 fasst den gegenwärtigen Stand der Technik auf diesem Gebiet zusammen und beschäftigt sich insbesondere mit den verschiedenen Synthesevarianten und den unterschiedlichen Anwendungsgebieten von hyperverzweigten Polymeren. Dabei wird u. a. die Verwendung von Isophorondiisocyanat zur Herstellung von hyperverzweigten Polyurethanen diskutiert.
EP 1 ,026,185 A1 offenbart ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von dendritischen oder hochverzweigten Polyurethanen durch Umsetzung von Diisocyanaten und/oder
Polyisocyanaten mit Verbindungen mit mindestens zwei mit Isocyanaten reaktiven Gruppen, wobei mindestens einer der Reaktionspartner funktionelle Gruppen mit gegenüber dem anderen Reaktionspartner unterschiedlicher Reaktivität aufweist und die Reaktionsbedingungen so gewählt werden, dass bei jedem Reaktionsschritt jeweils nur bestimmte reaktive Gruppen miteinander reagieren.
Bevorzugte Isocyanate umfassen u. a. aliphatische Isocyanate, wie Isophorondiisocyanat. Als Beispiele für die Verbindungen mit mindestens zwei mit Isocyanaten reaktiven Gruppen werden Propylenglykol, Glycerin, Mercaptoethanol, Ethanolamin, N-Methylethanolamin, Diethanolamin, Ethanolpropanolamin, Dipropanolamin, Diisopropanolamin, 2-Amino-1 ,3- propandiol, 2-Amino-2-methyl-1 ,3-propandiol und Tris(hydroxymethyl)-aminomethan namentlich genannt.
Die durch das Verfahren erhältlichen Polyurethane sollen als Vernetzer für Polyurethane oder als Baustein für andere Polyadditions- oder Polykondensationspolymere, als
Phasenvermittler, Thixotropiermittel, Nukleierungsreagenzien oder als Wirkstoff- oder Katalysatorträger dienen.
DE 100 30 869 A1 beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von mehrfunktionellen
Polyisocyanat-Polyadditionsprodukten, umfassend
(i) Herstellen eines Additionsproduktes (A) durch Umsetzen einer a) mit Isocyanatgruppen reaktiven, mindestens trifunktionellen Komponente (a1 ) oder einer mit Isocyanatgruppen reaktiven difunktionellen Komponente (a2) oder mit einem Gemisch aus den Komponenten (a1 ) und (a2) mit b) Di- oder Polyisocyanat, wobei das Umsetzungsverhältnis so gewählt wird, dass im Mittel das Additionsprodukt (A) eine Isocyanatgruppe und mehr als eine mit Isocyanatgruppen reaktive Gruppe enthält,
(ii) gegebenenfalls intermolekulare Additionsreaktion des Additionsprodukts (A) zu einem Polyadditionsprodukt (P), das im Mittel eine Isocyanatgruppe und mehr als zwei mit Isocyanatgruppen reaktive Gruppen enthält und
(iii) Umsetzen des Additionsproduktes (A) oder des Polyadditionsproduktes (P) mit einer mindestens difunktionellen, mit Isocyanatgruppen reaktiven Komponente (c).
Als Beispiele für die Verbindung (a) werden u. a. Glycerin, Trimethylolmethan und 1 ,2,4- Butantriol genannt. Ein bevorzugtes Diisocyanat (b) ist Isophorondiisocyanat.
Die durch das Verfahren erhältlichen Polyisocyanat-Polyadditionsprodukte werden insbesondere zur Herstellung von Lacken, Überzügen, Klebstoffen, Dichtmassen, Gießelastomeren und Schaumstoffen vorgeschlagen.
WO 2004/101624 offenbart die Herstellung von dendritischen oder hyperverzweigten Polyurethanen durch
1 ) Umsetzung von Di- oder Polyolen, die mindestens ein tertiäres Stickstoffatom und mindestens zwei Hydroxylgruppen mit unterschiedlicher Reaktivität gegenüber Isocyanatgruppen aufweisen, mit Di- oder Polyisocyanaten, wie z. B. Isophorondiisocyanat, zu einem Additionsprodukt, wobei die Di- oder Polyole und Di- oder Polyisocyanate so gewählt werden, dass das Additionsprodukt im Mittel eine
Isocyanatgruppe und mehr als eine Hydroxylgruppe oder eine Hydroxylgruppe und mehr als eine Isocyanatgruppe aufweist,
2) Umsetzung des Additionsproduktes aus Schritt 1 ) zu einem Polyadditionsprodukt durch intermolekulare Umsetzung der Hydroxylgruppen mit den Isocyanatgruppen, wobei zunächst auch mit einer mindestens zwei Hydroxylgruppen, Mercaptogruppen, Aminogruppen oder Isocyanatgruppen enthaltenden Verbindung umgesetzt werden kann,
3) gegebenenfalls Umsetzung des Polyadditionsproduktes aus Schritt 2) mit einer mindestens zwei Hydroxylgruppen, Mercaptogruppen, Aminogruppen oder Isocyanatgruppen enthaltenden Verbindung.
Die durch das Verfahren erhältlichen Polyaminourethane werden als Vernetzer für Polyurethansysteme oder als Baustein für andere Polyadditions- oder Polykondensationspolymere, als Phasenvermittler, als Rheologiehilfsmittel, als Thixotropiermittel, als Nukleierungsreagenz oder als Wirkstoff- oder Katalysatorträger vorgeschlagen.
WO 02/068553 A2 beschreibt eine Beschichtungszusammensetzung, enthaltend
1 ) ein Carbamat-Harz mit einem hyperverzweigten oder sternförmigen Polyol-Kern, mit einem ersten Kettenstück auf Basis einer Polycarbonsäure oder eines Polycarbonsäureanhydrids, mit einem zweiten Kettenstück auf Basis eines Epoxids und mit Carbamat-Gruppen am Kern und/oder dem zweiten Kettenstück und
2) ein zweites Harz, das reaktive Gruppen aufweist, die mit den Carbamatgruppen des Carbamat-Harzes reagieren können.
Der Polyol-Kern kann durch Umsetzung einer ersten Verbindung, die mehr als 2 Hydroxygruppen enthält, wie z. B. 1 ,2,6-Hexantriol, mit einer zweiten Verbindung, die eine Carboxyl- und mindestens zwei Hydroxygruppen enthält, erhalten werden.
Die Einführung der Carbamat-Gruppen kann durch Umsetzung mit aliphatischen oder cycloaliphatischen Diisocyanaten erreicht werden. Im Rahmen einer längeren Aufzählung werden hierbei u. a. 2,2,4- und 2,4,4-Trimethyl-1 ,6-diisocyanatohexan und Isophorondiisocyanat genannt.
WO 97/02304 betrifft hochfunktionalisierte Polyurethane, die aus Molekülen mit den funktionellen Gruppen A(B)n aufgebaut sind, wobei A eine NCO-Gruppe oder eine mit einer NCO-Gruppe reaktive Gruppe, B eine NCO-Gruppe oder eine mit einer NCO-Gruppe reaktive Gruppe, A reaktiv mit B sowie n eine natürliche Zahl und mindestens gleich 2 ist. Die Herstellung des Monomers A(B)n kann beispielsweise ausgehend von Isophorondiisocyanat erfolgen.
Für die Dispergierung von Feststoffen (z. B. Füllstoffen, Farbstoffen oder Pigmenten) in flüssigen Medien bedient man sich in der Regel Dispergiermitteln, um eine effektive Dispergierung der Feststoffe zu erreichen, die zur Dispergierung benötigten mechanischen Scherkräfte zu reduzieren und gleichzeitig möglichst hohe Füllgrade zu realisieren. Die Dispergiermittel unterstützen das Aufbrechen von Agglomeraten, benetzen und/oder belegen als oberflächenaktive Materialien die Oberfläche der zu dispergierenden Partikel und stabilisieren diese gegen eine unerwünschte Reagglomeration.
Dispergiermittel erleichtern bei der Herstellung von Farben, Lacken, Druckfarben und sonstigen Beschichtungsstoffen die Einarbeitung von Feststoffen, wie zum Beispiel Füllstoffen und Pigmenten, die als wichtige Formulierungsbestandteile das optische Erscheinungsbild und die physikalisch-chemischen Eigenschaften derartiger Systeme wesentlich bestimmen. Für eine optimale Ausnutzung müssen diese Feststoffe zum einen gleichmäßig in den Formulierungen verteilt werden, zum anderen muß die einmal erreichte Verteilung stabilisiert werden.
Eine Vielzahl verschiedener Substanzen findet heute Verwendung als Dispergiermittel für Feststoffe. Neben sehr einfachen, niedermolekularen Verbindungen, wie z. B. Lecithin,
Fettsäuren und deren Salze und Alkylphenolethoxylate, werden auch komplexere hochmolekulare Strukturen als Dispergiermittel eingesetzt. Hier sind es speziell amino- und amidofunktionelle Systeme, die breite Verwendung finden.
US-4,224,212, EP-O 208 041 , WO-00/24503 und WO-01/21298 beschreiben zum Beispiel Dispergiermittel auf der Basis von Polyester-modifizierten Polyaminen. DE-197 32 251 beschreibt Polyaminsalze und deren Einsatz als Dispergiermittel für Pigmente und Füllstoffe.
Jedoch sind mit dem Einsatz solcher Produkte auch eine Vielzahl von Nachteilen verbunden: Beim Einsatz in Pigmentpasten sind häufig hohe Gehalte an Dispergieradditiven erforderlich; die erreichbaren Pigmentierungshöhen der Pasten sind unbefriedigend niedrig; die Stabilität der Pasten und damit deren Viskositätskonstanz ist unzureichend; Flockulation und Aggregation lassen sich nicht immer vermeiden. Vielfach mangelt es an der Farbtonkonstanz nach Lagerung der Pasten sowie an der Kompatibilität zu diversen Bindemitteln. Durch den Einsatz bekannter Dispergieradditive wird in vielen Fällen auch die Wasserfestigkeit oder Lichtbeständigkeit von Besen ichtungsstoffen negativ beeinflusst, zudem der bei der Herstellung und Verarbeitung entstehende, unerwünschte Schaum zusätzlich stabilisiert. Auch wird - bedingt durch mangelnde Verträglichkeit der Dispergierharze in vielen Auflackgütern - vielfach in unerwünschter Weise der Glanz beeinträchtigt.
Es besteht daher ein wachsender Bedarf an Dispergiermitteln für Feststoffe, die gegenüber dem Stand der Technik weiter verbesserte Eigenschaften zeigen. Gefordert sind Dispergiermittel, die eine möglichst hohe stabilisierende Wirkung auf eine Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Feststoffen haben.
Zum Beispiel kann mit effektiveren Dispergiermitteln die Einsatzmenge von hochpreisigen Pigmenten reduziert werden ohne Einbußen bei der Farbstärke in Kauf nehmen zu müssen.
Weiterhin wird das Viskositätsverhalten von Pasten, Farben, Lacken, Druckfarben und sonstigen Besch ichtungsstoffen, die Farbstoffe, Feststoffe, wie Füllstoffe und/oder Pigmente enthalten, wesentlich durch das verwendete Dispergiermittel mitbestimmt. Hier sind vor allem Dispergiermittel gefragt, die eine möglichst geringe Viskosität in den flüssigen Farben und Lacken hervorrufen und auch beibehalten, wobei ein newtonsches Viskositätsverhalten bevorzugt ist.
Es war daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, neue hyperverzweigte Polyurethane zu finden, die sich besonders als Dispergiermittel für Feststoffe eignen und eine verbesserte Dispergierleistung zeigen und die Viskosität und das rheologische Verhalten von Formulierungen, die Feststoffe enthalten, positiv beeinflussen.
Überraschenderweise wurde gefunden, dass die vorgenannte Aufgabe gelöst wird durch neue hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane als Dispergierharze für Feststoffe.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane aufgebaut aus
I) einem hyperverzweigten Polyurethan aus dem Umsetzungsprodukt von
A) mindestens einem Di- und/oder Polyisocyanat und
B) mindestens einem Polyol mit mindestens 3 OH-Gruppen wobei mindestens vier Struktureinheiten der Formel I in I) vorliegen:

Z = linearer oder verzweigter Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 3 - 20 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeutet und wobei in der Kohlenstoffkette Heteroatome und/oder funktionelle Gruppen enthalten sein können,
und
II) einem oder mehreren Polyethern der allgemeinen Formel (II)

Bevorzugt in Formel (III) ist n gleich 4.
Beispiele für die erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Di- und Polyisocyanate A) können beliebige aromatische, aliphatische, cycloaliphatische und/oder (cyclo)aliphatische Di- und/oder Polyisocyanate sein.
Als aromatische Di- oder Polyisocyanate A) sind prinzipiell alle bekannten Verbindungen geeignet. Besonders geeignet sind 1 ,3- und 1 ,4-Phenylendiisocyanat, 1 ,5-Naphthylen- diisocyanat, Tolidindiisocyanat, 2,6-Toluylendiisocyanat, 2,4-Toluylendiisocyanat (2,4-TDI), 2,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat (2,4'-MDI), 4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat, die Mischungen aus monomeren Diphenylmethandiisocyanaten (MDI) und oligomeren Diphenylmethandiisocyanaten (Polymer-MDI), Xylylendiisocyanat, Tetramethylxylylen- diisocyanat und Triisocyanatotoluol.
Geeignete aliphatische Di- oder Polyisocyanate A) besitzen vorteilhafterweise 3 bis 16 Kohlenstoffatome, vorzugsweise 4 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatome, im linearen oder verzweigten Alkylenrest und geeignete cycloaliphatische oder (cyclo)aliphatische Diisocyanate
vorteilhafterweise 4 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome, vorzugsweise 6 bis 15 Kohlenstoffatome, im Cycloalkylenrest. Unter (cyclo)aliphatischen Diisocyanaten versteht der Fachmann hinlänglich gleichzeitig cyclisch und aliphatisch gebundene NCO-Gruppen, wie es z. B. beim Isophorondiisocyanat der Fall ist. Demgegenüber versteht man unter cycloaliphatischen Diisocyanaten solche, die nur direkt am cycloaliphatischen Ring gebundene NCO-Gruppen aufweisen, z. B. H12MDI. Beispiele sind Cyclohexandiisocyanat,
Methylcyclohexandiisocyanat, Ethylcyclohexandiisocyanat, Propylcyclohexandiisocyanat, Methyldiethylcyclo-hexandiisocyanat, Propandiisocyanat, Butandiisocyanat, Pentandiisocyanat, Hexandiisocyanat, Heptandiisocyanat, Octandiisocyanat, Nonandiisocyanat, Nonantriisocyanat, wie 4-lsocyanatomethyl-1 ,8-octandiisocyanat (TIN), Dekandi- und triisocyanat, Undekandi- und -triisocyanat, Dodecandi- und -triisocyanate.
Bevorzugt werden Isophorondiisocyanat (IPDI), Hexamethylendiisocyanat (HDI), Diisocyanatodicyclohexylmethan (H12MDI), 2-Methylpentandiisocyanat (MPDI), 2,2,4-Trimethylhexamethylendiisocyanat/2,4,4-Trimethyl-hexamethylen-diisocyanat (TMDI), Norbornandiisocyanat (NBDI). Ganz besonders bevorzugt werden IPDI, HDI, TMDI und H12MDI eingesetzt, wobei auch die Isocyanurate einsetzbar sind.
Ebenfalls geeignet sind 4-Methyl-cyclohexan-1 ,3-diisocyanat, 2-Butyl-2-ethylpentamethylen- diisocyanat, 3(4)-lsocyanatomethyl-1 -methylcyclohexyl-isocyanat,
2-lsocyanatopropylcyclohexylisocyanat, 2,4'-Methylen-bis(cyclohexyl)diisocyanat, 1 ,4-Diisocyanato-4-methyl-pentan.
Selbstverständlich können auch Gemische der Di- und Polyisocyanate A) eingesetzt werden.
Weiterhin werden vorzugsweise Oligo- oder Polyisocyanate als Komponente A) verwendet, die sich aus den genannte Di- oder Polyisocyanaten oder deren Mischungen durch Verknüpfung mittels Urethan-, Allophanat-, Harnstoff-, Biuret-, Uretdion-, Amid-, Isocyanurat-, Carbodiimid-, Uretonimin-, Oxadiazintrion- oder Iminooxadiazindion-Strukturen herstellen lassen. Besonders geeignet sind Isocyanurate, insbesondere aus IPDI und HDI.
Beispiele für Triole B) sind 1 ,1 ,1-Trimethylolpropan, 1 ,2,5-Pentantriol, 1 ,2,6-Hexantriol, 1 ,2,7- Heptantriol, 1 ,2,8-Oktantriol, 1 ,2,9-Nonantriol und 1 ,2,10-Decantriol, wobei 1 ,2,6-Hexantriol
und 1 ,1 ,1-Trimethylolpropan ganz besonders bevorzugt wird. Es können auch Mischungen eingesetzt werden.
Bevorzugt wird ein Triol B) der allgemeinen Formel (IV) eingesetzt
wobei die Reste R und R", jeweils unabhängig voneinander, Wasserstoff oder eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen sind und n für eine ganze Zahl größer 0, besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 3 bis 10, steht.
Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (IV) in denen R und R" Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, iso- Propyl, n-Butyl, 2-Butyl, tert. Butyl sind bevorzugt. Bei einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung sind R und R" Wasserstoff.
Bevorzugt weißt das Polyurethan I) im Zahlenmittel mindestens 4 Wiederholungseinheiten der Formel (Ib) pro Molekül auf
Wobei bevorzugt n gleich 3 ist und R und R" gleich Wasserstoff bedeuten.
Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung ist das Polyurethan I) erhältlich durch Umsetzung eines Di- oder Polyisocyanats A) mit einem Triol B) und mindestens einem weiteren Diol C). In diesem Zusammenhang besonders günstige Diole C) umfassen Ethylenglykol, Diethylenglykol, Triethylenglykol, Polyethylenglykol, Propylenglykol, Dipropylenglykol, Tripropylenglykol, Polypropylenglykol, 1 ,2-Propandiol, 1 ,2- Butandiol, 1 ,4-Butandiol, 1 ,3-Butandiol, und/oder 1 ,6-Hexandiol.
Die Mischung aus Triol B) und Diol C) enthält, jeweils bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht, vorzugsweise 50,0 Gew.-% bis < 100,0 Gew.-% Triol B) und > 0,0 Gew.-% bis 50,0 Gew.-% Diol, besonders bevorzugt 50,0 Gew.-% bis 75,0 Gew.-% Triol und 25,0 Gew.-% bis 50,0 Gew.-% Diol.
Das hyperverzweigte Polyurethan I) zeichnet sich weiterhin dadurch aus, dass es im Zahlenmittel mindestens 4, vorzugsweise mindestens 50, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 200, ganz besonders bevorzugt mindestens 400, Wiederholungseinheiten der Formel (I) pro Molekül aufweist.
Die Obergrenze an Wiederholungseinheiten der Formel (I) liegt günstigerweise bei 10 000, bevorzugt bei 5 000 und insbesondere bei 2 500 Wiederholungseinheiten, jeweils auf das Zahlenmittel bezogen.
Das hyperverzweigte Polyurethan I) hat vorzugsweise ein Gewichtsmittel des Molekulargewichts Mw im Bereich von 1 000 g/mol bis 200 000 g/mol, günstigerweise im Bereich von 1 500 g/mol bis 100 000 g/mol, bevorzugt im Bereich von 2 000 g/mol bis 75 000 g/mol, insbesondere im Bereich von 2 500 g/mol bis 50 000 g/mol.
Der Verzweigungsgrad des hyperverzweigten Polyurethans I) liegt zweckmäßigerweise im Bereich von > 10,0 % bis < 85,0 %, bevorzugt im Bereich von > 20,0 % bis 75,0 %, insbesondere im Bereich von > 25,0 % bis 65,0 %.
Bei der Herstellung kann das Molekulargewicht des hyperverzweigten Polyurethans I) durch den relativen Anteil der Monomere gesteuert werden. Um möglichst hohe Molekulargewichte zu erhalten wählt man das Einsatzverhältnis von Di- oder Polyisocyanaten A) zu Triol B) und gegebenenfalls C) unter Berücksichtigung gegebenenfalls vorhandener weiterer
Comonomere vorzugsweise derart, dass das Verhältnis (in mol) der reaktiven Gruppen zueinander, d. h. das Verhältnis der Isocyanat-Gruppen zu den Hydroxylgruppen möglichst nahe 1 , vorzugsweise im Bereich von 5 : 1 bis 1 : 5, bevorzugt im Bereich von 4 : 1 bis 1 : 4, besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 2 : 1 bis 1 : 2, noch mehr bevorzugt im Bereich von 1 ,5 : 1 bis 1 : 1 ,5 und insbesondere im Bereich von 1 ,01 : 1 bis 1 : 1 ,01 ist.
Prinzipiell sind alle unter die allgemeine Formel (II) fallenden Polyether als Komponente II) geeignet.
Bei den Polyether II) handelt es sich allgemein um Polyalkoxyalkylene mit endständigen OH- Gruppen. Man erhält sie durch Addition von cyclischen Ethern wie z. B. Ethylenoxid oder Propylenoxid an mono- und/oder bifunktionelle Startermoleküle. Werden letztere mit trifunktionellen Startern abgemischt, lassen sich auch verzweigte Reaktionsprodukte erzielen. Als Startermoleküle dienen in der Regel einwertige und/oder mehrwertige Alkohole wie Methanol, Ethanol, Ethylenglycol, 1 ,2-Propandiol, Trimethylolpropan, Glycerin oder Zucker.
Als Polyether bevorzugt sind Umsetzungsprodukte niedermolekularer, mono und/oder polyfunktioneller Alkohole oder Wasser mit Alkylenoxiden zu verstehen. Geeignete Polyether weisen bevorzugt 1 - 5, besonders bevorzugt 2 - 3 OH-Gruppen je Molekül auf. Diese können sowohl primär oder auch sekundär sein.
Bevorzugte Beispiele für die Polyetherbausteine von B Reste sind von Alkylenoxiden wie: Ethylenoxid, Propylenoxid, Butylenoxid, Styroloxid, Dodecenoxid, Tetradecenoxid, 2,3- Dimethyloxiran, Cyclopentenoxid, 1 ,2-Epoxypentan, 2-lsopropyloxiran, Glycidylmethylester, Glycidylisopropylester, Epichlorhydrin, 3-Methoxy-2,2-dimethyloxiran, 8- oxabicyclo[5.1.0]octan, 2-Pentyloxiran, 2-Methyl-3-phenyloxiran, 2,3-Epoxypropylbenzol, 2- (4-Fluorophenyl)oxiran, Tetrahydrofuran sowie derer reine Enantiomerenpaare oder Enantiomerengemische.
Das molmäßige Verhältnis von Isocyantgruppen des hyperverzweigten Polymers I) zu OH- Gruppen des Polyether II) liegt zwischen 1 : 50 und 1 : 9, vorzugsweise von zwischen 1 : 20 und 1 : 5 und besonders bevorzugt zwischen 1 : 3 und 1 : 1.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der hydrophilierten hyperverzweigten Polyurethane durch
1. Umsetzung der Komponenten A) und B) zu einem hyperverzweigten Polyurethan I), 2. und anschließend folgender Umsetzung des so erhaltenen hyperverzweigten Polyurethan I) mit dem Polyether II).
Weiterer Gegenstande der Erfindung ist die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethane als Dispergiermittel von Feststoffen in flüssigen Medien sowie die erfindungsgemäßen hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethane enthaltende Dispersionen wie beispielsweise Pigmentpasten, Beschichtungsstoffe, Druckfarben und/oder Drucklacke.
Ein Feststoff im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung kann prinzipiell jedes feste organische oder anorganische Material sein.
Beispiele solcher Feststoffe sind Pigmente, Füllstoffe, Farbstoffe, optische Aufheller, keramische Materialien, magnetische Materialien, nanodisperse Feststoffe, Metalle, Biozide, Agrochemikalien und Pharmaka, welche als Dispersionen angewendet werden.
Bevorzugte Feststoffe sind Pigmente, wie sie zum Beispiel im „Colour Index, Third Edition, Volume 3; The Society of Dyers and Colorists (1982)" und den nachfolgenden, überarbeiteten Auflagen genannt werden.
Beispiele für Pigmente sind anorganische Pigmente, wie Ruße, Titandioxide, Zinkoxide, Preußischblau, Eisenoxide, Cadmiumsulfide, Chrompigmente, wie zum Beispiel Chromate, Molybdate und gemischte Chromate und Sulfate des Bleis, Zink, Barium, Calcium und deren Mischungen. Weitere Beispiele für anorganische Pigmente werden in dem Buch „H. Endriss, Aktuelle anorganische Bunt-Pigmente, Vincentz Verlag, Hannover (1997)" genannt.
Beispiele für organische Pigmente sind solche aus der Gruppe der Azo-, Diazo-, kondensierten Azo-, Naphtol-, Metallkomplex-, Thioindigo-, Indanthron-, Isoindanthron-, Anthanthron-, Anthrachinon-, Isodibenzanthron-, Triphendioxazin-, Chinacridon-, Perylen-,
Terrylen, Quaterrylen, Diketopyrrolopyrrol und Phtalocyaninpigmente. Weitere Beispiele für organische Pigmente werden in dem Buch „W. Herbst, K. Hunger, Industrial Organic Pigments, VCH, Weinheim (1993)" genannt.
Weitere bevorzugte Feststoffe sind Füllstoffe, wie zum Beispiel Talk, Kaolin, Kieselsäuren, Baryte und Kalk; keramische Materialien, wie zum Beispiel Aluminiumoxide, Silikate, Zirkonoxide, Titanoxide, Bornitride, Siliziumnitride, Borcarbide, gemischte Silizium- Aluminiumnitride und Metall-Titanate; magnetische Materialien, wie zum Beispiel magnetische Oxide von Übergangsmetallen, wie Eisenoxide, Kobalt dotierte Eisenoxide und Ferrite; Metalle, wie zum Beispiel Eisen, Nickel, Kobalt und deren Legierungen; und Biozide, Agrochemikalien und Pharmaka, wie zum Beispiel Fungizide.
Pigmentpasten, Beschichtungsstoffe, Druckfarben und/oder Drucklacke im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung können verschiedenste Produkte sein.
Es können zum Beispiel Füllstoffe, Pigmente und/oder Farbstoffe enthaltende Systeme sein.
Als flüssiges Medium können sie organische Lösemittel und/oder Wasser enthalten, wie dies in Abhängigkeit von den verwendeten Bindemitteln als Stand der Technik bekannt ist.
Weiterhin können als flüssige Medien auch Bindemittelkomponenten wie zum Beispiel Polyole angesehen werden.
Die Beschichtungsstoffe, Druckfarben und/oder Drucklacke müssen jedoch nicht notwendigerweise eine flüssige Phase enthalten, sondern können auch sogenannte Pulverlacke sein.
Ebenso können die Beschichtungsstoffe, Druckfarben und/oder Drucklacke die üblichen dem Stand der Technik entsprechenden Zusatzstoffe enthalten, wie zum Beispiel Netzmittel, Verlaufshilfsmittel oder Entschäumer etc. und nach unterschiedlichen, dem Stand der Technik gemäßen Verfahren aushärten, vernetzen und/oder trocknen.
Beispiele für Beschichtungsstoffe im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Farben, Lacke, Druckfarben und sonstige Beschichtungsstoffe, wie lösemittelhaltige Lacke und lösemittelfreie Lacke, Pulverlacke, UV-härtbare Lacke, Low-Solids, Medium-Solids, High-
Solids, Automobillacke, Holzlacke, Einbrennlacke, 2K-Lacke, Metallbeschichtungsstoffe, Tonerzusammensetzungen. Weitere Beispiele für Besen ichtungsstoffe werden in „Bodo Müller, Ulrich Poth, Lackformulierung und Lackrezeptur, Lehrbuch für Ausbildung und Praxis, Vincentz Verlag, Hannover (2003)" und „P.G. Garrat, Strahlenhärtung, Vincent Verlag, Hannover (1996)" genannt.
Beispiele für Druckfarben und/oder Drucklacke im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind lösemittelbasierende Druckfarben, Flexodruckfarben, Tiefdruckfarben, Buchdruck- bzw. Hochdruckfarben, Offsetdruckfarben, Litho-Druckfarben, Druckfarben für den Verpackungsdruck, Siebdruckfarben, Drucktinten, wie Drucktinten für Tintenstrahldrucker, Ink Jet Tinte, Drucklacke, wie Überdrucklacke.
Beispiele für Druckfarben- und/oder Drucklackformulierungen werden in „E.W. Flick, Printing Ink and Overprint Varnish Formulations - Recent Developments, Noyes Publications, Park Ridge NJ, (1990)" und nachfolgende Auflagen genannt.
Die erfindungsgemäßen hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethane können in Pigmentpasten, Beschichtungsstoffen, Druckfarben und/oder Drucklacken in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 90,0 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 0,5 bis 35 Gew.-%, und besonders bevorzugt von 1 bis 25 Gew.-% mitverwendet werden. Gegebenenfalls können sie in Mischung mit Netz- und Dispergiermitteln des Standes der Technik eingesetzt werden.
Ausführungsbeispiele:
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.
EDUKTE
Umsatz von einem Di- oder Polyisocvanats und einem Triol zu einem hyperverzweigten Polyisocvanat (Hyperverzweigt.es Polymer NCO)
Das Diisocyanat wird mit einem Triol zum hyperverzweigten Polyisocyanat umgesetzt. Dazu wird in einem Dreihalskolben, versehen mit Rührer, Innenthermometer, Tropftrichter und Gaseinleitrohr, das Diisocyanat und 0,005 % DBTL 100%-ig (berechnet auf Gesamtmenge)
unter Stickstoffabdeckung vorgelegt. Danach wird das entsprechende Triol, gelöst in N- Methylpyrolidon (NMP) bei 25 0C langsam zugetropft. Nach der Zugabe wird die Temperatur auf 60 0C erhöht. Der Reaktionsverlauf wird mittels Abnahme der NCO-Zahl verfolgt.
Hyperverzweigtes Polymer NCO 1 :
Umsetzung (NCO:OH): 2,375 Mol IPDI : 1 Mol 1 ,2,6-Hexantriol
Die Reaktion ist bei einem NCO-Gehalt von 5,02 % abgeschlossen.
Hyperverzweigtes Polymer NCO 2:
Umsetzung (NCO:OH) 2,3 Mol IPDI : 1 Mol 1 ,2,6-Hexantriol
Die Reaktion ist bei einem NCO-Gehalt von 4,07 % abgeschlossen.
Hyperverzweigtes Polymer NCO 3:
Umsetzung (NCO:OH) 2,275 Mol IPDI : 1 Mol 1 ,2,6-Hexantriol
Die Reaktion ist bei einem NCO-Gehalt von 4,85 % abgeschlossen.
Hyperverzweigtes Polymer NCO 4:
Umsetzung (NCO:OH) 2,275 Mol IPDI : 0,5 Mol 1 ,2,6-Hexantriol und 0,5 Mol
Trimethylolpropan (TMP)
Die Reaktion ist bei einem NCO-Gehalt von 4,85 % abgeschlossen.
Einsatzstoffe:

Polyether
Die Herstellung der folgenden Polyether erfolgte entsprechend den Angaben der DE 100 29 648. Die entstandenen modifizierten Polyether haben eine allgemeine Strukturformel (IIa)
[R-O-(SO)e(EO)f(PO)g(BO)h]-OH (lla)
worin bedeuten

Dabei stellt die oben genannte Reihenfolge der monomeren Alkylenoxide keine Einschränkung hinsichtlich der resultierenden Polyetherstrukturen dar, sondern eine beispielhafte Aufzählung, wobei an dieser Stelle ausdrücklich darauf verwiesen sei, dass Polyether unter Verwendung der vorgenannten Monomeren sowohl statistisch als auch blockweise aufgebaut sein können.
Erfindungsgemäße hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane
Beispiel 1 (erfindungsgemäße hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane)
Polyether I, das Hyperverzweigtes Polymer NCO 1 (gelöst in Butylacetat) - und Katalysator Diisobutylzinndilaurat (DBTL) werden unter N2 in einem Dreihalskolben, ausgestattet mit Innenthermometer, Rührer und Rückflusskühler zusammengegeben. Die Reaktionslösung wird auf 50 0C erwärmt. Die Reaktion wird an Hand des abnehmenden NCO-Gehaltes verfolgt.
Ansatz zu Beispiel 1 :
Molverhältnis von 1 mol NCO : 1 ,1 mol OH

Der NCO-Gehalt wird durch regelmäßige Probennahme und Titration verfolgt. Bei einem NCO-Gehalt < 0,1 % ist die Umsetzung abgeschlossen. Nach Entfernen des Lösemittels entstand das Dispergierharze 1 , eine hochviskose bräunliche Flüssigkeit.
Beispiel 2 bis 11 (erfindungsgemäße hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane 2 bis 11):
Analog zu Beispiel 1 wurde unter Verwendung der in Tabelle 3 aufgeführten Edukte die hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane 2 bis 11 hergestellt.

Prüfpigmente
Aus der Vielzahl der möglichen Feststoffe wurden folgende handelsübliche Pigmente ausgewählt: Raven® 450 (Columbia Chemicals Co.) und Spezialschwarz® 250 (Degussa
AG) als Rußpigmente, Hostaperm® Violett P-RL (Clariant International Ltd.)und Irgalit® Gelb BAW (Ciba)als typische Buntpigmente.
Prüflacke
Die hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane und Feststoffe wurden in folgenden Rezepturen für Beschichtungen, Druckfarben und/oder Drucklacken verglichen:

Rezeptur für UV-härtende Flexodruckfarbe
Das Verhältnis von Pigmentmenge zur Menge des erfindungsgemäßen hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethans (Dispergieradditivs) wurde in allen Versuchen pigmentabhängig konstant gehalten. Das Verhältnis hydrophilierter, hyperverzweigter Polyurethane zu Pigment war bei Ruß-Pigmenten 17,8 % hydrophilierter, hyperverzweigter Polyurethane (Additiv) auf Pigment und bei organischen Buntpigmenten 15 % hydrophilierter, hyperverzweigter Polyurethane (Additiv) auf Pigment.

Rezeptur für weißen, UV-härtbaren Abtönlack
Herstellung:
Die Rezepturbestandteile werden gemäß den vorstehenden Rezepturen in 250 ml Schraubdeckelgläser eingewogen und mit Glasperlen (100 g Glasperlen auf 100 g Mahlgut) versetzt. Die verschlossenen Gläser werden anschließend in einem Skandex Mischer
(Skandex; Typ: BA-S20) für 2 h bei 620 U/min gerüttelt, wobei Temperaturen bis zu 50 0C erreicht werden können. Anschließend werden die Glasperlen mit Hilfe eines Siebes von der dispergierten Druckfarbe getrennt.
Abgetönte UV-härtbare Flexodruckfarbe:
Zur besseren Beurteilung der Farbstärken wurde die UV-härtbare Flexodruckfarbe mit dem weißen Abtönlack abgemischt. Die Abmischungen wurden im Verhältnis 20 : 1 durchgeführt (41 ,67g Weißpigment zu 1 g org. Buntpigment; und 35,71 g Weißpigment zu 1g Ruß- Pigment). Anschließend wird die Mischung in einem Universalrüttler (Hausschild Engineering, DAC 150 Dual Asymmetrie Centrifuge) 1 min homogenisiert.
Applikation:
Die abgetönten UV-härtbaren Flexodruckfarben wurden mit einem Spiralrakel (24 μm) auf weißem Karton (Leneta) aufgerakelt. Die Trocknung erfolgte mit Hilfe einer 120 W/cm Quecksilber-Mitteldruck-Dampflampe (Beltron GmbH, Beltron UV-Strahler). Dabei betrug die Geschwindigkeit des Transportbandes 8m/min.
Prüfmethoden:
Um die Leistungsfähigkeit der hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethane als Dispergiermittel zu bewerten, wurden die erreichten Farbstärken, Viskosität und das rheologische Verhalten zusammengetragen.
Viskositätsmessung:
Die Bestimmung des rheologieschen Verhaltens der so hergestellten UV-härtbaren Flexodruckfarbe erfolgt mit Hilfe eines Rotationsviskosimeters. Als Messsystem wurde ein Platte/Kegel-System gewählt (Euro Physics, Rheo 2000 RC20, 45 μm, Winkel 1 °; 25 0C Messtemperatur).
Dabei wurde folgendes Geschwindigkeitsgefälle gewählt:
10 bis 90 s"1 in 30 s 100 bis 1.000 s"1 in 40 s 1000 bis 1.000 s"1 in 30s 1000 bis 100 s"1 in 40 s 100 bis 10 s"1 in 30 s 90 bis 10 s"1 in 30 s
Zum Vergleich der Proben untereinander wurden die Viskositätswerte herangezogen, die bei dem niedrigen Geschwindigkeitsgefälle von 10 s"1 der Hinkurve gemessen wurden, da hier die größten Unterschiede zu beobachten sind.
Farbmessung:
Die Farbmessung der Weißabmischung (24μm-Schichtdicke auf Leneta-Karton)erfolgte mit einem Gerät der Firma X-Rite (Typ: X-Rite SP 60). Von allen Proben wurden die sogenannten L*a*b*-Werte gemäß des CIE-Lab-Systems (CIE = Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage) bestimmt. Das CIE-Lab-System ist als ein dreidimensionales System zur quantitativen Beschreibung der Farborte nützlich. Darin sind auf einer Achse die Farben Grün (negative a-Werte) und Rot (positive a*-Werte) aufgetragen, auf der dazu im rechten Winkel angeordneten Achse die Farben Blau (negative b*-Werte) und Gelb (positive b*-Werte). Der Wert C* setzt sich aus a* und b* wie folgt zusammen: C* = (a*2+b*2)0,5 und wird zur Beschreibung von violetten Farborten verwandt. Die beiden Achsen kreuzen sich im Unbuntpunkt. Die vertikale Achse (Unbuntachse) ist maßgebend für die Helligkeit von Weiß (L = 100) bis Schwarz (L = 0). Mit dem CIE-Lab-System können nicht nur Farborte, sondern auch Farbabstände durch die Angabe der drei Koordinaten beschrieben werden.
Beispiel 12-22:
Die hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethane 1 bis 11 wurden in UV-härtbarer Flexodruckfarbe mit dem Rußpigment Spezialschwarz® 250 wie oben beschrieben getestet. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 6 wiedergegeben und zeigen, dass die erfindungsgemäßen hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethane geringere L*-Werte aufwiesen als die Nullprobe oder den Vergleichsbeispiele(die dispergierharzfreien Flexodruckfarbe). Gewünscht sind hier geringe L*-Werte (Helligkeitswert). Die angegebenen Werte in den Ergebnistabellen sind jeweils Mittelwerte aus drei Messungen.

Als Dispergiermittel gemäß dem Stand der Technik wurden folgende Dispergiermittel V 1 bis
V 4 mitverwendet:
Handelsübliche aminofunktionelle Polyester: Vergleichsbeispiel V 1 : Solsperse® 24000 (Lubrizol Corp.) Vergleichsbeispiel V 2 : Solsperse® 32000 (Lubrizol Corp.) Vergleichsbeispiel V 3 : Solsperse® 39000 (Lubrizol Corp.) Vergleichsbeispiel V 4 : Tego Dispers® 681 UV (Tego Chemie Service GmbH)

Gewünscht sind hier geringe L* (Helligkeitswerte), und eine geringe Viskosität bei kleinen Scherbelastungen. Es zeigt sich, dass die erfindungsgemäß mitverwendeten hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethane als Dispergierharze gegenüber der Nullprobe oder den Vergleichsbeispiele geringere L*-Werte und eine geringere Viskosität bei gegebenem Schergefälle zeigen.
Die positiven Eigenschaften des erfindungsgemäß verwendeten hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethane beschränken sich nicht nur auf Schwarzpigmente, sondern erstrecken sich auch auf die anderen üblicherweise dem Stand der Technik mitverwendeten Feststoffe. Es ist dem Fachmann bekannt, dass insbesondere Gelbpigmente und Violettpigmente schwierig zu dispergieren sind. Daher wird im Folgenden als Beispiel für die
universelle Anwendbarkeit der hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethane als Dispergierharze das Gelbpigment Irgalite® Yellow BAW (Ciba) und Hostaperm® Violett P- RL (Clariant International Ltd.) verwendet.

Gewünscht sind hier hohe C*-Werte (Violett-Werte) und geringere Viskosität bei kleinen Scherbelastungen. Es zeigt sich, dass das erfindungsgemäß mitverwendete hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethan gegenüber der Nullprobe oder den Vergleichsbeispiele eine geringe Viskosität und einen höheren C*-Wert zeigt.

Gewünscht sind hier hohe b*-Werte (gelb-Werte) und geringe Viskosität bei kleinen Scherbelastungen. Es zeigt sich, dass das erfindungsgemäß verwendete hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethan als Dispergierharz gegenüber der Nullprobe oder den Vergleichsbeispiele eine geringere Viskosität und einen höheren b*-Wert zeigt.
Claims
1. Hydrophilierte hyperverzweigte Polyurethane aufgebaut aus I) einem hyperverzweigten Polyurethan aus dem Umsetzungsprodukt von
A) mindestens einem Di- und/oder Polyisocyanat und
B) mindestens einem Polyol mit mindestens 3 OH-Gruppen wobei mindestens vier Struktureinheiten der Formel I in I) vorliegen:
H
Z = linearer oder verzweigter Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 3 - 20 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeutet und wobei in der Kohlenstoff kette von Z Heteroatome und/oder funktionelle Gruppen enthalten sein können
und
II) einem oder mehreren Polyethern der allgemeinen Formel (II)
T-O-B-H (II)
worin
T ein Wasserstoffrest und/oder ein gegebenenfalls substituierter, linearer oder verzweigter Aryl, Arylalkyl, Alkyl- oder Alkenylrest mit 1 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen ist,
O = Sauerstoff,
B entspricht der allgemeinen Formel (III)
-(C|H2|O)a -(CmH2mO)b -(CnH2nO)c-(SO)d- (m)
SO = (CH2-CH(Ph)O)
I = 2, m = 3, n = 4 bis 20, a,b,c unabhängig voneinander Werte von 0 bis 100 sind, mit der Maßgabe, dass die Summe aus a+b+c ≥ 0, vorzugsweise 5 bis 35, insbesondere 10 bis 20 ist und mit der Maßgabe, dass die Summe aus a+b+c+d > 0 ist, d ≥ 0, vorzugsweise 1 bis 5 ist.
2. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aromatische, aliphatische, cycloaliphatische und/oder (cyclo)aliphatische Di- und/oder Polyisocyanate als Komponente A) eingesetzt werden.
3. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Komponhente A) Isophorondiisocyanat (IPDI), Hexamethylendiisocyanat (HDI), Diisocyanatodicyclohexylmethan (H12MDI), 2-Methylpentandiisocyanat (MPDI), 2,2,4-Trimethylhexamethylendiisocyanat/2,4,4-Trimethyl-hexamethylen-diisocyanat (TMDI), Norbornandiisocyanat (NBDI) eingesetzt werden.
4. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass Urethan-, Allophanat-, Harnstoff-, Biuret-, Uretdion-, Amid-, Isocyanurat-, Carbodiimid-, Uretonimin-, Oxadiazintrion- oder Iminooxadiazindion-Strukturen eingesetzt werden.
5. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente A) Isocyanurate, insbesondere aus IPDI und HDI aufweist.
6. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach mindestens einem der vorherigen
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Komponente B) 1 ,1 ,1-Trimethylolpropan, 1 ,2,5-Pentantriol, 1 ,2,6-Hexantriol,
1 ,2,7-Heptantriol, 1 ,2,8-Oktantriol, 1 ,2,9-Nonantriol und 1 ,2,10-Decantriol eingesetzt werden.
7. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Triol B) der allgemeinen Formel IV eingesetzt wird
wobei die Reste R und R", jeweils unabhängig voneinander, Wasserstoff oder eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen sind und n für eine ganze Zahl größer 0, besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 3 bis 10, steht.
8. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
wobei das Polyurethan I) im Zahlenmittel mindestens 4 Wiederholungseinheiten der Formel (Ib) pro Molekül aufweist
9. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach Anspruch 8, wobei n gleich 3 ist und R und R" gleich Wasserstoff bedeuten.
10. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Herstellung von I) mindestens ein weiteres Diol C) eingesetzt wird.
1 1. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Diol C) Ethylenglykol, Diethylenglykol, Triethylenglykol, Polyethylenglykol,
Propylenglykol, Dipropylenglykol, Tripropylenglykol, Polypropylenglykol, 1 ,2- Propandiol, 1 ,2- Butandiol, 1 ,4-Butandiol, 1 ,3-Butandiol, und/oder 1 ,6-Hexandiol eingesetzt wird.
12. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach mindestens einem der vorherigen
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Komponente I) erhältlich ist aus einer Monomermischung mit einem molaren
Verhältnis von Hydroxylgruppen zu Isocyanatgruppen im Bereich von 5 : 1 bis 1 : 5.
13. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Komponente I) ein Gewichtsmittel des Molekulargewichts im Bereich von 1000 bis 200000 g/mol besitzt.
14. Hydrophilierte, hyperverzweigte Polyurethane nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyetherbausteine von B Reste sind von Alkylenoxiden wie: Ethylenoxid,
Propylenoxid, Butylenoxid, Styroloxid, Dodecenoxid, Tetradecenoxid, 2,3- Dimethyloxiran, Cyclopentenoxid, 1 ,2-Epoxypentan, 2-lsopropyloxiran, Glycidylmethylester, Glycidylisopropylester, Epichlorhydrin, 3-Methoxy-2,2- dimethyloxiran, 8-oxabicyclo[5.1.0]octan, 2-Pentyloxiran, 2-Methyl-3-phenyloxiran, 2,3- Epoxypropylbenzol, 2-(4-Fluorophenyl)oxiran, Tetrahydrofuran sowie derer reine
Enantiomerenpaare oder Enantiomerengemische.
15. Verfahren zur Herstellung der hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethane durch
1. Umsetzung der Komponenten A) und B) zu einem hyperverzweigten Polyurethan I), 2. und anschließend folgender Umsetzung des so erhaltenen hyperverzweigten
Polyurethan I) mit dem Polyether II).
16. Verwendung der hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethane nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche als Dispergiermittel für Feststoffe zur Herstellung von lösemittelhaltigen oder lösemittelfreien Pigmentpasten, Beschichtungsstoffen,
Druckfarben und/oder Drucklacken.
17. Verwendung der hydrophilierten, hyperverzweigten Polyurethane nach mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche als Dispergiermittel für Feststoffe zur Herstellung von lösemittel- und/oder wasserbasierten Pigmentpasten, Beschichtungsstoffen,
Druckfarben und/oder Drucklacken.
8. Dispersion enthaltend mindestes ein hydrophiliertes, hyperverzweigtes Polyurethan gemäß mindestens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche.
