Claims (12)

  1. Non-tissé de base pour stratifiés à trois couches, qui comprennent une membrane en feuille reliée au non-tissé de base et une couche de recouvrement agencée sur celle-ci,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un non-tissé en fibres discontinues est formé à titre de non-tissé de base à partir d'un voile posé en croix et posé en long, pour lequel on emploie un mélange de fibres de polyester et de fibres fondues de polypropylène, et dans lequel pour obtenir une surface hydrophobe, il se produit un compactage et un lissage assisté en température, tels que le compactage assisté en température est exécuté sur plusieurs passes avec des pressions croissantes.
  2. Non-tissé de base selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la part des fibres fondues de polypropylène (PP), par référence au mélange total, est de 10 % à 25 %, de préférence aux alentours de 12,5 %.
  3. Non-tissé de base selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le mélange de la carde en croix est aux alentours de 80 % de fibres de polyester (PES) et 20 % de PP avec PES de 1,7 dtex, une longueur de fibre sensiblement égale à 30 mm, ainsi que du PP à 2,2 décitex et une longueur de fibre sensiblement égale à 40 mm.
  4. Non-tissé de base selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que le mélange de la carde en long contient 100 % de PES et une finesse de fibres de 1,7 dtex ou 3,3 dtex.
  5. Non-tissé de base selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le mélange de la carde en long est formé de 40 % de fibres à 1,7 dtex et 60 % de fibres à 3,3 dtex.
  6. Non-tissé de base selon la revendication 3, 4 ou 5,
    caractérisé en ce que le rapport des mélanges carde en croix/carde en long est dans la plage de 10:1 à 1: 10.
  7. Non-tissé de base selon la revendication 3, 4, 5 ou 6,
    caractérisé en ce que le rapport des mélanges carde en croix/carde en long est d'environ 5:3.
  8. Non-tissé de base selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que, au moyen de la part de fibres fondues de PP dans le voile de fibres posé en croix, il est possible de réaliser une liaison avec la membrane en feuille du stratifié à trois couches.

    un non-tissé en fibres discontinues est formé à titre de non-tissé de base à partir d'un voile posé en croix et posé en long, pour lequel on emploie un mélange de fibres de polyester avec des parts de fibres de 1,7 dtex à 3,3 dtex, et à titre d'agent adhésif pour la couche de la membrane en feuille on applique sur un côté une poudre pulvérisée de polyéthylène et la couche de poudre pulvérisée de polyéthylène est fixée et lissée par compactage assisté en température.
  10. Non-tissé de base selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que la quantité de poudre pulvérisée de polyéthylène appliquée est de 4g/m2 à 20 g/m2.
  11. Non-tissé de base selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la nappe de fibres posées en croix comporte une armature.
  12. Non-tissé de base selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que la nappe de fibres posées en long comporte une application unilatérale de liant et/ou de pigment.
