Description
- Le secteur technique de la présente invention est celui des ouvrants de véhicule militaire comme les trappes d'accès à l'intérieur du véhicule ou bien les trappes permettant une vision extérieure.
- Un ouvrant de ce type est généralement un panneau de masse importante qui nécessite des moyens d'aide à l'ouverture et des moyens d'amortissement lors des phases d'ouverture et de fermeture en raison de la masse en mouvement.
- On connaît un dispositif d'amortissement comprenant des lames de torsion. Cette technologie donne satisfaction mais reste compliquée à définir et à mettre en oeuvre.
- On a déjà proposé d'utiliser des rondelles Belleville dans des systèmes de fermeture et d'ouverture de porte.

FR-2860037 - Le brevet
US-6394435 propose l'utilisation de rondelles Belleville en combinaison avec un élastomère. Le rôle de ces rondelles est de supporter la masse statique afin d'isoler l'élastomère des forces statiques. - Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif d'amortissement d'un ouvrant permettant de régler cet amortissement en fonction de l'ouvrant, soit lors de la fermeture soit de l'ouverture.
- L'invention a donc pour objet un dispositif d'amortissement d'un ouvrant de véhicule militaire lors de sa fermeture et de son ouverture, ledit ouvrant étant solidaire de gonds articulés par rapport à une interface, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps tubulaire solidaire des gonds et articulé entre deux paliers solidaires de l'interface, ledit corps renfermant deux moyens d'amortissement fixes entre lesquels une tige est interposée, ladite tige étant mobile en translation pour actionner un des moyens d'amortissement lors de l'ouverture de l'ouvrant et l'autre moyen d'amortissement lors de la fermeture de l'ouvrant.

- Un autre avantage réside dans le fait que les cartouches peuvent être pré-montées et pré-réglées en fonction de l'ouvrant dont on veut amortir le déplacement.
- Un autre avantage réside dans le fait qu'il est possible de donner une raideur différente pour l'amortissement du mouvement d'ouverture et pour celui du mouvement de fermeture.
- Un autre avantage encore de l'invention réside dans le fait que les cartouches peuvent être facilement changées.
- D'autres caractéristiques, avantages et détails de l'invention seront mieux compris à la lecture du complément de description qui va suivre de modes de réalisation donnés à titre d'exemple en relation avec des dessins sur lesquels :
- la
figure 1 représente une vue générale d'un ouvrant, - la
figure 2 est une coupe montrant l'articulation de l'ouvrant, - la
figure 3 illustre deux exemples d'un ensemble de rondelles Belleville, - la
figure 4 montre la position de l'ouvrant en position de fermeture, et - la
figure 5 montre la position de l'ouvrant en position d'ouverture. - Un ouvrant est généralement une plaque lourde difficile à manoeuvrer par les servants du véhicule et on prévoit généralement des moyens d'aide à l'ouverture et à la fermeture. Il s'agit généralement des ouvrants destinés aux postes pilote et chefs. Etant donné la masse de ces ouvrants, il est nécessaire d'amortir la fin de course de ceux-ci au moment de la fermeture et en fin d'ouverture.
- Sur la
figure 1 , on a représenté une vue schématique d'un ouvrant 1 se présentant sous la forme d'une plaque solidaire d'une interface 2 par l'intermédiaire de gonds 3 articulés par rapport à l'interface. L'articulation est constituée d'un corps tubulaire 5 dont les extrémités sont supportées par des paliers 4a et 4b solidaires de l'interface 2. L'interface 2 est classiquement positionnée dans une ouverture de la structure du véhicule, par exemple le toit, par des moyens connus de l'homme du métier. Ainsi, par rotation du corps 5 l'ouvrant 1 est amené de la position fermée en appui sur l'interface dans la position ouverte représentée sur cette figure. - La
figure 2 est une coupe pratiquée au niveau du corps tubulaire 5. Sur cette figure, on voit les deux paliers 4a et 4b dans lesquels le corps tubulaire 5 est monté par l'intermédiaire d'une bague 20 dans le palier 4b et d'une bague 21 dans le palier 4a. A l'intérieur du corps 5, on dispose à chacune des extrémités une cartouche 6 et une cartouche 7 entre lesquelles une tige 8 est interposée. - Chaque cartouche 6 et 7 est maintenue entre un épaulement 16 du corps et respectivement un circlips 12a et 12b. Chaque cartouche 6 ou 7 renferme un empilement de rondelles Belleville 11 pré-monté et pré-réglé maintenu entre un fond 14 ou 15 (qui est constitué par un bouchon vissé à la cartouche) et respectivement un piston 13a ou 13b, chaque piston étant prolongé par un doigt en saillie hors de la cartouche et qui vient en appui sur une face latérale de la tige 8.
- La tige 8 est rendue solidaire en rotation du corps 5 par une vis 9 à téton long qui coopère avec une rainure longitudinale 31 de la tige 8. La tige 8 porte par ailleurs une rainure hélicoïdale 22 dans laquelle se positionne un doigt 10 fixé dans l'interface 2.
- Lors de l'ouverture ou de la fermeture de l'ouvrant 1, le doigt 10 qui est fixe par rapport à l'interface 2, parcourt la rainure hélicoïdale 22 ce qui entraîne la translation de la tige 8 vers la droite ou vers la gauche dans le plan de la figure et provoque la compression du doigt du piston 13a ou 13b.
- Bien entendu, le corps tubulaire 5 comporte une rainure circulaire 32 (perpendiculaire au plan de la
figure 2 ) qui permet le passage du doigt 10 et autorise, lors de la manoeuvre de l'ouvrant 1, la rotation du corps 5 (portant la tige 8) par rapport au doigt 10 qui reste fixe. - La translation du piston 13a ou 13b entraîne la compression des rondelles Belleville 11 de la cartouche 6 ou 7.
- Une telle structure assure un équilibrage de l'ouvrant très précis et les rondelles Belleville 11 peuvent être montées dans chaque cartouche 6 ou 7 en opposition pour augmenter la raideur de l'ensemble ou en parallèle pour augmenter la course de la tige 8. Le réglage de l'ensemble est alors facilement réalisable par l'homme du métier et de plus les cartouches peuvent être facilement extraites afin de modifier ou de changer les empilages de rondelles Belleville.
- Il va de soi que chaque cartouche 6 ou 7 peut comporter un empilement de rondelles différent afin que le mouvement de translation de la tige 8 assure une action différenciée sur les moyens d'amortissement 6 ou 7.
- Il est ainsi possible d'obtenir une raideur différente pour chaque cartouche 6 ou 7, donc des caractéristiques d'amortissement différentes pour le mouvement d'ouverture et le mouvement de fermeture de l'ouvrant.
- Ceci est particulièrement intéressant lorsque l'ouvrant est destiné à être monté sur des parois formant un angle par rapport à l'horizontale. En effet, pour de tels ouvrants inclinés, l'effort nécessaire pour manoeuvrer un ouvrant est différent pour le mouvement d'ouverture et le mouvement de fermeture.
- On peut grâce à l'invention utiliser le même ouvrant pour une paroi horizontale ou pour une paroi inclinée (par exemple sur un glacis de véhicule). Il suffit simplement de modifier les caractéristiques de raideur des cartouches 6 et 7 et de choisir une raideur différente pour l'ouverture et la fermeture.
- Ceci n'était pas possible avec les systèmes classiques dans lesquels la raideur est constante tant pour l'ouverture que pour la fermeture.
- Sur les
figures 3a et 3b , on a représenté différentes combinaisons de configuration de cinq ensembles de rondelles Belleville 11. - La
figure 3a montre un premier ensemble 23 de trois rondelles montées en parallèle suivi d'un ensemble de trois rondelles 24 montées également en parallèle, mais en opposition par rapport à l'ensemble 23. Le troisième ensemble 25 comprend deux rondelles montées en parallèle et en opposition par rapport à l'ensemble 24 ; l'ensemble 26 comporte deux rondelles montées en parallèle mais en opposition par rapport à l'ensemble 25 et l'ensemble 27 composé de deux rondelles montées en opposition. - La
figure 3b montre un empilement de trois ensembles 28, 29 et 30, chacun constitué de deux rondelles montées en opposition et lesdits ensembles étant eux-mêmes montés en opposition. L'homme du métier pourra donc définir la raideur et l'allongement d'un empilement de rondelles 11 en combinant les différents ensembles décrits. - Sur la
figure 4 , on a représenté l'ouvrant 1 en position de fermeture. Dans cette configuration, la tige 8 s'est déplacée vers la droite (dans le plan de la figure) et a comprimé les rondelles 11 de la cartouche 7 par translation du piston 13b. L'écrasement de l'empilement des rondelles permet d'amortir l'ouvrant. - Sur la
figure 5 , on a représenté l'ouvrant 1 en position d'ouverture. Dans cette configuration, la tige 8 vient en appui contre le piston 13a pour comprimer l'empilement des rondelles 11 de la cartouche 6 par translation du piston 13a.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif d'amortissement d'un ouvrant (1) de véhicule militaire lors de sa fermeture et de son ouverture, ledit ouvrant étant solidaire de gonds (3) articulés par rapport à une interface (2), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps tubulaire (5) solidaire des gonds et articulé entre deux paliers (4) solidaires de l'interface, ledit corps (5) renfermant deux moyens d'amortissement fixes (6, 7) entre lesquels une tige (8) est interposée, ladite tige (8) étant mobile en translation pour actionner un (6) des moyens d'amortissement lors de l'ouverture de l'ouvrant et l'autre moyen (7) d'amortissement lors de la fermeture de l'ouvrant.
- Dispositif d'amortissement d'un ouvrant (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tige (8) est solidaire en rotation du corps tubulaire (5).
- Dispositif d'amortissement d'un ouvrant selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la tige (8) est reliée au corps tubulaire (5) à l'aide d'une vis (9) à téton long.
- Dispositif d'amortissement d'un ouvrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tige (8) est munie d'une rainure hélicoïdale (22) dans laquelle un doigt (10) solidaire de l'interface (2) est engagé afin de lui imprimer un mouvement en translation.
- Dispositif d'amortissement d'un ouvrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'amortissement (6, 7) se présentent sous la forme d'une cartouche renfermant des rondelles Belleville (11) et insérée dans le corps tubulaire (5).
- Dispositif d'amortissement d'un ouvrant (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque cartouche (6, 7) comprend un piston (13a, 13b) de compression des rondelles muni d'un doigt en appui sur la tige (8).
- Dispositif d'amortissement d'un ouvrant (1) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les rondelles (11) sont montées en opposition ou en parallèle dans la cartouche.
- Dispositif d'amortissement d'un ouvrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque cartouche (6, 7) est en appui contre un épaulement interne du corps tubulaire (5) et maintenue à sa base à l'aide d'un circlips (12a, 12b).
- Dispositif d'amortissement d'un ouvrant selon lune des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque cartouche (6, 7) est fermée à l'aide d'un bouchon fileté (14, 15).
- Dispositif d'amortissement d'un ouvrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les raideurs des moyens d'amortissement (6, 7) sont différentes.
