Claims (5)
- Machine à coudre comprenant- une plaque de base (2) inférieure de type boîtier,- un bras supérieur (1),- un support (3) reliant la plaque de base (2) au bras (1),- un arbre de bras (4) logé dans le bras (1),- une pince (27, 27a) logée dans la plaque de base (2),- un moteur d'entraînement principal (7) pour l'entraînement de l'arbre de bras (4) et de la pince (27),- au moins une barre à aiguille (12, 13) pouvant être entraînée,- un levier releveur de fil (16, 17) relié à la barre à aiguille (12, 13),- un pied-de-biche (36, 38') qui est en liaison d'entraînement avec l'arbre de bras (4) et- un dispositif de transport de produits à coudre, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un moteur d'entraînement de barre à aiguille (18, 19) pouvant être commandé et réalisé comme un servomoteur est prévu, lequel est en liaison d'entraînement indépendante de l'arbre de bras (4) avec au moins une barre à aiguille (12, 13) et le levier releveur de fil (16, 17) relié avec celle-ci.
- Machine à coudre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une première barre à aiguille (12) est reliée par le biais d'une première commande à manivelle (14) et un premier levier releveur de fil (16) est relié respectivement au moyen d'un premier arbre de commande à manivelle (21) à un premier moteur d'entraînement de barre à aiguille (18) et
en ce qu'une seconde barre à aiguille (13) est reliée par la biais d'une seconde commande à manivelle (15) et un second levier releveur de fil (17) est relié respectivement au moyen d'un second arbre de commande à manivelle (24) à un second moteur d'entraînement de barre à aiguille (19). - Machine à coudre selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un transmetteur de position (10) détectant la vitesse de rotation de l'arbre de bras (4) et de la pince (27) est prévu et
en ce que le moteur d'entraînement principal (7), au moins un moteur d'entraînement de barre à aiguille (18, 19) et le transmetteur de position (10) sont reliés à une commande commune (11). - Machine à coudre à deux aiguilles selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un transporteur supérieur (37, 40) est prévu, lequel est en liaison d'entraînement avec l'arbre de bras (4).
- Machine à coudre à deux aiguilles selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le pied-de-biche (36, 38) et le transporteur supérieur (37, 40) sont reliés par un engrenage excentrique (33) à l'arbre de bras (4).
