Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de roulage de tôle, en particulier pour la fabrication de pièces de tôle droites ou coniques comme éléments de revêtement de toits et/ou de murs avec des séries de paires (13 à 20) de galets de roulage aménagées des deux côtés d'une voie de transport de la tôle à traiter à travers la machine, parmi lesquels galets, respectivement, un des galets de roulage sollicite la tôle par le dessus et un autre par le dessous et la profilent de la sorte, dans lequel les séries de galets de roulage peuvent être déplacés à leur distance mutuelle et leur angle peut être réglé par rapport à la direction de transport (25) de la tôle, dans lequel, en amont des séries de paires (13 à 20) de galets de roulage, des deux côtés de la voie de transport de la tôle, on aménage un dispositif de coupe longitudinale pour la tôle, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de coupe longitudinale (35, 36) peuvent être déplacés indépendamment des séries de paires (13 à 20) de galets de roulage à leur distance mutuelle et leur angle est réglable vis-à-vis de la direction de transport (25) de la tôle.

Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de coupe longitudinale (35, 36) sont agencés respectivement sur un support (33, 34), dans lequel les supports (33, 34) peuvent être déplacés symétriquement et/ou asymétriquement vis-à-vis de la ligne centrale de la voie de transport par un dispositif de commande qui peut être commandé indépendamment du ou des dispositifs de commande pour les paires (13 à 20) de galets de roulage.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que toutes les paires (13 à 20) de galets de roulage d'une série sont agencées sur un support commun (11, 12) ou il est prévu plusieurs supports (11, 12) qui portent respectivement une ou plusieurs paires de galets de roulage.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de coupe longitudinale (35, 36) peuvent être déplacés en synchronisme et/ou en décalage dans le temps vis-à-vis des paires (13 à 20) de galets de roulage.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de coupe transversale en amont des dispositifs de coupe longitudinale (35, 36).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un autre dispositif de coupe transversale est aménagé en aval des séries de paires (13 à 20) de galets de roulage.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des feuilles de tôle et/ou une bande de tôle retirée d'une bobine peuvent lui être acheminés.
