Abstract

Eine elektrische Verbindung besteht aus einem ersten Kontaktstück (1), welches aus einem Aluminiumkörper (3) besteht und einem zweiten Kontaktstück (11), welches aus einem Kupfer- oder Messingkörper (13) besteht. Das erste Kontaktstück ist mit einer Nickelschicht (5) und einer darüber angeordneten Zinnschicht (7) zumindest teilweise bedeckt. Das zweite Kontaktstück ist zumindest teilweise mit einer weiteren Zinnschicht (15) versehen. Beide Kontaktstücke sind mittels einer Lötschicht (19) miteinander verbunden. Vorzugsweise ist am äußeren Rand der Lotverbindungsstelle (21) ein Schrumpfschlauch (23) vorgesehen, der an seiner Innenseite mit einer Schmelzkleberschicht (25) versehen ist. Die Anordnung ergibt eine korrosionsfeste, luft- und wasserdicht abgeschlossene Lötverbindung zwischen den Kontaktstücken, die eine Kontaktkorrosion verhindert. Durch den Schrumpfschlauch wird ein umweltbedingtes Altern verhindern.

An electrical connection consists of a first contact piece (1), which consists of an aluminum body (3) and a second contact piece (11), which consists of a copper or brass body (13). The first contact piece is at least partially covered with a nickel layer (5) and a tin layer (7) arranged above it. The second contact piece is at least partially provided with a further tin layer (15). Both contact pieces are connected to each other by means of a solder layer (19). Preferably, a shrink tube (23) is provided on the outer edge of the solder connection point (21), which is provided on its inside with a melt adhesive layer (25). The arrangement results in a corrosion-resistant, air- and watertight sealed solder joint between the contact pieces, which prevents contact corrosion. The shrink tubing will prevent environmental aging.
