Claims (7)

  1. A printing unit (10) for an offset printing press (1), comprising: a printing couple (20) with an inking couple (23) for the ink supply of the printing couple (20) and a dampening unit (24) for the dampening solution supply of the printing couple (20), and a control device (40), which is coupled to the printing couple (20) and to the inking couple (23) and dampening couple (24) of the latter for controlling these, wherein in at least one of the cylinders (21) of the printing couple (20) temperature measurement means (21a) for providing temperature signals representing a temperature profile over a crown width of the cylinder (21) of the printing couple (20) and first transfer means are integrated for transferring the temperature signals to the control device (40), and wherein the control device (40) is equipped for controlling a dampening solution feed of the dampening couple (24) based on the temperature signals, characterized in that
    - a- ink measurement means (25) for providing ink signals representing an ink application on a substrate and second transmission means are provided for transmitting the ink signals to the control device (40), and
    - b- the control device (40) is equipped for controlling an ink feed of the inking couple (23) based on the temperature signals and the ink signals and
    - c- the control device (40) is equipped to determine the dampening solution feed based on predetermined run-up curves for the dampening solution feed stored in the control device (40) and
    - d- to form time-dependent temperature profiles of the cylinder (21) of the printing couple (20) from the temperature signals and to change the dampening solution feed and its run-up curves based on the temperature profiles as a function of time.
  2. The printing unit (10) according to Claim 1, wherein the control device (40) is equipped to zonally determine the ink feed of the inking couple (24) based on predetermined zonal ink volume distribution ratios of a printing image to be printed and predetermined run-up curves for the ink feed stored in the control device (40) and to change the determined ink feed based on the dampening means feed that is variable as a function of time and the colour signals subject to maintaining the zonal ink volume distribution ratios as a function of time.
  3. An offset printing press (1) with a printing unit (10) according to any one of the Claims 1 to 2.
  4. The offset printing press (1) according to Claim 3, furthermore with an operating disc (50), which is coupled to the control device (40) and which comprises control elements (53) for the manually zonal changing of the ink feed and/or of the dampening solution feed.
  5. The offset printing press (1) according to Claim 4, wherein the control elements (53) can be moved between a first position, in which the control elements (53) are released for actuating, and a second position, in which the control elements (53) are secured against actuating.
  6. A method for operating an offset printing press (1) with at least one printing unit (10), comprising a printing couple (20) with an inking couple (23) for the ink supply of the printing couple (20) and a dampening couple (24) for the dampening solution supply of the printing couple (20) and a control device (40), which is coupled to the printing couple (20) as well as its inking couple (23) and dampening couple (24) for controlling these, wherein in at least one cylinder (21) of the printing couple (20) temperatures are measured, wherein temperature signals representing a temperature profile over a crown width of the cylinder (21) are generated, the temperature signals are transmitted to the control device (40) and the control device (40) controls a dampening solution feed of the dampening couple (24) based on the temperature signals, characterized in that
    - a- an ink application on a substrate is measured, wherein colour signals representing the ink application are generated, the colour signals are transmitted to the control device (40), and
    - b- the control device (40) controls an ink feed of the inking couple (23) based on the temperature signals and the colour signals and
    - c- during the controlling of the dampening solution feed the dampening solution feed is first determined based on predetermined run-up curves for the dampening solution feed stored in the control device (40) and
    - d- time-dependent temperature profiles of the cylinder (21) of the printing couple (20) are formed from the temperature signals and thereafter the dampening solution feed and its run-up curves are changed based on the temperature profiles as a function of time.
  7. The method according to Claim 6, wherein during the controlling of the ink feed the ink feed of the inking couple (24) is first zonally determined based on predetermined zonal ink volume distribution ratios of a printing image to be printed and of predetermined run-up curves for the ink feed stored in the control device (40) and thereafter the determined ink feed is changed based on the dampening solution feed that is variable as a function of time and of the colour signals subject to maintaining the zonal ink volume distribution ratios as a function of time.
