Definitions
- the present invention is a shower tray (2) extra-flat to ask with a discharge integrated in its mass.
- This extra-flat evacuation integrated in the mass of the receiver allows it to have a height (6) as low as possible to obtain a height of 5 to 10 cm depending on the manufacturing material of the receiver.
- the first type of recipient (2) is an extra-flat receiver (figl) with a separate and recessed discharge on the floor (4), this type of receiver is manufactured with a border height (6) of approximately 5 to 10 cm so low so that access is more convenient.
- the difficulty for the installation of this type of receiver is the height of the siphon (1) (3) of the evacuation which must be screwed to the receiver and buried in the depth of the ground (5) hence the need for maintenance work. Important masonry that must be done by a professional.
- the second type of catcher that exists is a raised catcher (fig2). As you can see, this receiver requires a certain height (6) (fig3) to absorb the evacuation volume (1) (3). It is very simple to install in the bathroom, without major masonry works, but because of its height (6) it is less aesthetic and less convenient to access.
- the present invention relates to an ultra-flat free-standing shower tray (2) without masonry work (fig4) equipped with an integrated low-level evacuation, whose evacuation shape (fig5) (14) could be molded into same time and directly in the mass of the extra-flat tray with the same manufacturing material of the receiver.
- This innovation makes it possible for this receiver to be equipped with an integrated evacuation in the mass to obtain the height (6) as low as possible.
- This evacuation is equipped with walls (9) which make it possible to create the water guard in the space (8) and with the aid of the room (10) creates the shape of the siphon and evacuates through the evacuation channel (1).
- This evacuation makes it possible to reserve a necessary height for the water-keeper in the space (8) and thanks to the two slopes (7) these make it possible to reduce the storage of waste water accessible to the open air.
- this evacuation (14) could be very easily integrated in the mold of a ceramic tray, in the mold of a plastic tray and in a mold of a metal tray. And once the receiver manufactured, the imprint of the form of the evacuation is integrated into the mass of the receiver (2). In this way, we no longer need to bring an evacuation and adapt it to the receiver because the receiver has its own evacuation equipped with siphon and water-guard to avoid bad smells.
- the slopes (7) located in the space (14) to firstly limit the amount of wastewater stored accessible in the open space part (8) which is limited between the ramparts (9) and the height (15) (between 1/8 and 3/4 of a liter of water) and on the other hand, to accelerate the wastewater fluid (11) to the channel (1).
- the part (10) has a lid (13) allowing access to the siphon integrated into the shape (14) if obstruction and the grid (12) cache the entire evacuation by limiting the passage of non-liquid materials that could prevent the evacuation of fluidity (11).
- the height (6) of the low-profile tray can be calculated according to the following rule: it depends on the thickness of the raw material with which the tray is made (ceramic, plastic or metallic ...) of the width and width length of the portion (14) of the angle and the drainage depth (16), the height of the ramparts (9), the distance of passage between the piece (10) and the rampart (9), the depth the space of the waterguard (8), the height (15) which specifies the end of the slope (7).
- the height of the rampart (9) represents the height of the water guard.
- the evacuation function taking into account the height of the waterguard could be manufactured in an extra-flat tray to be installed in the following way, for example: - for a plastic tray manufactured by thermoforming for a dimension: width 90 cm, length 90 cm for a height (6) of 7cm, the maximum drainage depth (16) until the evacuation is 15mm.
- the depth (8) from the beginning of the slope (7) is 5 cm.
- the water passage space between the piece (10) and the depth (8) is 15mm and the passage space between the piece (10) and the rampart (9) is lcm.
- the height of rampart (9) is 40mm.
- the height (15) could be equal to or slightly less than 5mm maximum at the height of the rampart (9) that would limit the amount of wastewater and stored in the waterguard accessible in the open air.
