Claims (9)
- Cabine de séchage pour la finition de véhicules et de pièces de véhicules, en particulier pour le séchage en combinaison avec de la peinture à base d'eau, avec un logement de cabine fermée (1), un couvercle de filtre (21), à travers lequel de l'air est réparti sur la section transversale de plafond, dirigée contre le véhicule et aspirée au sol de la cabine, avec une soufflante et un dispositif de chauffage (2) pour souffler de l'air chaud dans la cabine pour chauffer et/ou sécher un objet (3) situé dans celle-ci, dans lequel des buses d'échappement (22) sont agencées à côté du couvercle de filtre (21), tandis que l'alimentation d'air chaud est dirigée à travers lesdites buses obliquement vers le bas et contre l'objet (3),
dans lequel un capteur de température sans contact (4) est prévu dans ou sur la cabine de séchage et/ou de peinture (1), qui détecte la température sans contact sur la surface de l'objet à chauffer et/ou à sécher (3) et dans lequel un dispositif de commande et de régulation est prévu, qui évalue les signaux du capteur de température et commande le ventilateur et le dispositif de chauffage (2) en fonction de la température de surface détectée de l'objet à chauffer et/ou à sécher (3) pour atteindre une valeur de température de surface prédéterminée de l'objet, dans lequel l'écoulement d'air à travers les buses d'échappement est contrôlé par le dispositif de commande en fonction de la température de surface détectée,
caractérisée en ce que le capteur de température (4) est conçu pour être mobile (5) réglable et un dispositif cible (6) émettant un faisceau lumineux ou laser est associé au capteur de température (4), pour faciliter le réglage, qui est couplé au capteur de température de telle sorte que la lumière ou le faisceau laser irradie de manière sensiblement centrale dans la plage de mesure du capteur (7) définie par le petit angle d'ouverture. - Cabine de séchage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les buses d'échappement ne sont allumées que lorsque la température de surface présélectionnée est atteinte.
- Cabine de séchage selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le capteur de température (4) présente un petit angle d'ouverture pour recevoir le rayonnement thermique et peut s'aligner en conséquence sur une petite partie de surface de l'objet à sécher (3).
- Cabine de séchage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le capteur de température (4) est articulé sur un bras de retenue (8) à l'intérieur de la cabine (1) et peut être ajusté sur l'objet (3).
- Cabine de séchage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de pivotement (12) est prévu pour le capteur de température (4) et/ou pour faciliter le réglage (6), qui est notamment réglable par moteur au moyen d'une télécommande.
- Cabine de séchage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le capteur de température (4) est formé par un capteur infrarouge.
- Cabine de séchage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le capteur de température (4) est formé par un pyromètre.
- Cabine de séchage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs parois du capteur de température (4) à chauffer et/ou à sécher sont prévues dans ou sur la cabine (1).
- Cabine de séchage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'une pluralité de buses de sortie (13) sont disposées directement au-dessous et à côté du couvercle de filtre (12), de façon linéaire et regroupés en rangées opposées le long des parois latérales du plafond.
