Claims (12)

  1. Koffer (1), umfassend eine erste Schale (4), die integral mit einem ersten Rahmen (2) ausgebildet ist, und eine zweite Schale (5), die integral mit einem zweiten Rahmen (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei der erste und der zweite Rahmen (2, 3) aneinander angelenkt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer von dem ersten und zweiten Rahmen (2, 3) durch Spritzguß gebildet ist und mehrere im wesentlichen gleich beabstandete Einspritzpunkte (9) aufweist.
  2. Koffer (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der wenigstens eine Rahmen (2, 3) mehrere Eckbereiche (6) aufweist und wobei zumindest einige der Einspritzpunkte (9) in der Umgebung mindestens einiger der Eckbereiche (6) liegen.
  3. Koffer (1) wie in den vorangehenden Ansprüchen beansprucht, wobei einer der Einspritzpunkte (9) in der Nähe jedes der Eckbereiche (6) liegt.
  4. Koffer (1) wie in den vorangehenden Ansprüchen beansprucht, umfassend vier Eckbereiche (6) und vier jeweilige Einspritzpunkte (9).
  5. Koffer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei zwei aufeinander folgende Eckbereiche (6) eine der Seiten (7) des Koffers (1) definieren, wobei zwei aufeinander folgende Seiten (7) zwei bzw. keinen der Einspritzpunkte (9) aufweisen.
  6. Koffer (1) wie in den vorangehenden Ansprüchen beansprucht, wobei die Einspritzpunkte (9) den mindestens einen Rahmen (2, 4) in mehrere Abschnitte (11, 12, 13, 14) unterteilen, wobei der Rahmen ein Verstärkungselement (15, 16, 17) an dem Mittelpunkt von wenigstens einem der Abschnitte (11, 12, 13, 14) besitzt.
  7. Koffer (1) wie in den vorangehenden Ansprüchen beansprucht, wobei das Verstärkungselement (15, 16, 17) aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die umfaßt:
    Gepäckschlösser (15), Gepäckgriffe (16), Gepäckscharniere (17).
  8. Koffer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, wobei der mindestens eine Rahmen (2, 4) einen ersten im wesentlichen konstanten Querschnitt an den Einspritzpunkten (9) besitzt und einen im wesentlichen von dem ersten Querschnitt unterschiedlichen Querschnitt an dem Mittelpunkt der Abschnitte (11, 12, 13, 14) besitzt.
  9. Koffer wie in den vorangehenden Ansprüchen beansprucht, wobei der mindestens eine Rahmen (2, 4) einen im wesentlichen U-förmigen Sitz hat, in den die Ecke (8) mindestens einer der Schalen (3, 5) geklebt ist, wobei der Sitz mehrere Elemente zum Führen des Einfügens der Ecke (8) der mindestens einen Schale (3, 5) und ihrem Beabstanden von den Wänden des Sitzes hat.
  10. Koffer (1) wie in den vorangehenden Ansprüchen beansprucht, wobei der Koffer zwei lange Seiten und zwei kurze Seiten (7) hat, wobei die Einspritzpunkte (6) symmetrisch zu einer Symmetrieachse angeordnet sind, die durch die Mitten der langen Seiten (7) verläuft, und in bezug zu einer Symmetrieachse, die durch die Mitten der kurzen Seiten (7) verläuft, asymmetrisch angeordnet sind.
  11. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Rahmens (2, 4) für einen Koffer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, umfassend die Schritte des:
    (a) Spritzgießens des Rahmens (2, 4) mit mehreren Einspritzpunkten (9),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die mehreren Einspritzpunkte (9) in bezug zu dem Profil des Rahmens (2, 4) regelmäßig beabstandet sind.
  12. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Polymermaterial bei einer Temperatur von 180 bis 260 °C eingespritzt wird.
