Claims (12)

  1. Valise (1) comprenant une première coque (4) réalisée d'une seule pièce avec un premier cadre (2) ainsi qu'une deuxième coque (5) réalisée d'une seule pièce avec un deuxième cadre (3), lesdits premier et deuxième cadres (2, 3) étant articulés l'un sur l'autre, caractérisée par le fait que l'un au moins desdits premier et deuxième cadres (2, 3) est formé par moulage par injection et comprend une pluralité de points d'injection (9) pour l'essentiel équidistants les uns des autres.
  2. Valise (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit au moins un cadre (2, 3) présente une pluralité de zones d'angle (6) et au moins quelques-uns desdits points d'injection (9) sont situés dans le voisinage d'au moins quelques-unes desdites zones d'angle (6).
  3. Valise (1) telle que revendiquée dans les revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'un des points d'injection (9) est situé à proximité de chacune des zones d'angle (6).
  4. Valise (1) telle que revendiquée dans les revendications précédentes, comprenant quatre zones d'angle (6) et quatre points d'injection (9) respectifs.
  5. Valise (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, dans laquelle deux zones d'angle (6) successives définissent l'un des côtés (7) de la valise (1), deux côtés successifs (7) comprenant deux et aucun des points d'injection (9) respectivement.
  6. Valise (1) telle que revendiquée dans les revendications précédentes, dans laquelle lesdits points d'injection (9) divisent ledit au moins un cadre (2, 4) en plusieurs portions (11, 12, 13, 14), ledit cadre ayant un élément de renforcement (15, 16, 17) sur le point moyen de l'une au moins desdites portions (11, 12, 13, 14).
  7. Valise (1) telle que revendiquée dans les revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit élément de renforcement (15, 16, 17) est choisi dans le groupe comprenant les serrures de bagage (15), les poignées de bagage (16) les charnières de bagage (17).
  8. Valise (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 ou 6, dans laquelle ledit au moins un cadre (2, 4) présente une première section transversale pour l'essentiel constante sur lesdits point d'injection (9) et présente une section transversale pour l'essentiel différente de ladite première section transversale sur le point moyen desdites portions (11, 12, 13, 14).
  9. Valise telle que revendiquée dans les revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit au moins un cadre (2, 4) présente un logement pour l'essentiel en U dans lequel l'angle (8) de l'une au moins des coques (3, 5) est collé, ledit logement comprenant une pluralité d'éléments à guider l'insertion dudit angle (8) de ladite au moins une coque (3, 5) et à écarter celui-ci des parois du logement.
  10. Valise (1) telle que revendiquée dans les revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite valise comprend deux grands côtés et deux petits côtés (7), les points d'injection (6) étant disposés de façon symétrique par rapport à un axe de symétrie passant par les centres des grands côtés (7) et étant disposés de façon asymétrique par rapport à un axe de symétrie passant par les centres des petits côtés (7).
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'un cadre (2, 4) pour une valise (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, comprenant les étapes:
    (a) moulage par injection du cadre (2, 4) avec une pluralité de points d'injection (9),
    caractérisé par le fait que
    ladite pluralité de points d'injection (9) est équidistante par rapport au profil dudit cadre (2, 4).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la matière polymère est injectée à une température comprise entre 180 et 260 °C.
