Claims (21)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Tafel (2), die aus Holz oder ähnlichem hergestellt ist, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    Positionieren der Tafel (2) auf einer Auflageebene (P1);
    Sichern der Tafel (2) auf der Auflageebene (P1) wenigstens in Übereinstimmung mit einer Komponente (31), die von der genannten Tafel (2) abgenommen werden soll;
    Abnehmen der Komponente (31) von der Tafel (2);
    Halten der abgenommenen Komponente (31) gesichert auf der Auflageebene (P1);
    Anheben der Tafel (2) in eine Transferebene (P2), die oberhalb der Auflageebene (P1) positioniert ist; und
    Bewegen der Tafel (2) entlang der Transferebene (P2);
    und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    die Tafel (2) aus der unteren Auflageebene (P1) in die obere Transferebene (P2) mittels einer Vielzahl von Anhebevorrichtungen (18) angehoben wird, die unterhalb der Tafel (2) positioniert sind; das Verfahren umfasst ferner die folgenden Schritte:
    das wahlweise Bewegen der Anhebevorrichtungen (18) zwischen relativ angehobenen Arbeitspositionen, in welchen die Anhebevorrichtungen (18) im Wesentlichen komplanar zu der Transferebene (P2) sind, und relativ abgesenkten Ruhepositionen, in welchen die Anhebevorrichtungen (18) komplanar sind zu oder zu niedriger als die Auflageebene (P1),
    entsprechend der Form und/oder den Abmaßen der Tafel (2).
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend den folgenden Schritt:
    Absenken der Tafel (2) aus der Transferebene (P2) in die Auflageebene (P1) vor dem Abnehmen der Komponente (31) von der genannten Tafel (2).
  3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Auflage- und die Transferebene (P1, P2) im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander sind.
  4. Das Verfahren gemäß einem der der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend den folgenden Schritt:
    Bewegen der Tafel (2) parallel zu der Auflage- und der Transferebene (P1, P2) in einer ersten und/oder zweiten Richtung (4, 9), die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zueinander sind.
  5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, ferner umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    aufeinanderfolgendes Abnehmen einer Vielzahl von Komponenten (31) von der Tafel (2);
    Bewegen der Tafel (2) in der genannten ersten und/oder zweiten Richtung (4, 9), um einen äußeren Rand von jeder Komponente (31) von den benachbarten Komponenten (31) zu lösen.
  6. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Auflageebene (P1) durch eine Vielzahl von Tragblöcken (16) definiert wird, von denen jeder an seinem oberen Ende durch eine jeweilig ebene Stirnseite (17), die an einer pneumatischen Saugvorrichtung anschließbar ist, begrenzt ist; wobei das genannte Verfahren ferner den folgenden Schritt umfasst:
    wahlweises Anschließen der oberen Stirnseiten (17) der Tragblöcke (16) an der pneumatischen Saugvorrichtung entsprechend der Form und/oder den Abmaßen der Tafel (2) und/oder der Komponente (31).
  7. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend den folgenden Schritt:
    Entfernen der Tafel (2) aus einem Stapel (33) aus Tafeln (2).
  8. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend den folgenden Schritt:
    Bohren und/oder Fräsen und/oder die Randbearbeitung von jeder Komponente (31).
  9. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend den folgenden Schritt:
    Kennzeichnen der Tafel (2) entsprechend jeder Komponente (31).
  10. Bearbeitungsmaschine für Tafeln (2), die aus Holz oder ähnlichem hergestellt sind, umfassend ein Tragmittel (16), das eine im Wesentlichen horizontale Auflageebene (P1) für wenigstens eine Tafel (2) definiert; wenigstens einen Bearbeitungskopf (14) zum Abnehmen wenigstens einer Komponente (31) von der Tafel (2); ein Sicherungsmittel (16) zum Sichern der Tafel (2) auf der Auflageebene (P1), wenigstens im Zusammenspiel mit der Komponente (31); und ein Anhebemittel (18, 25, 26) zum Bewegen der Tafel (2) aus der Auflageebene (P1) in eine Transferebene (P2), die oberhalb der Auflageebene (P1) positioniert ist; und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anhebemittel (18, 25, 26) eine Vielzahl von Hubvorrichtungen (18) umfasst, welche unterhalb der Tafel (2) positioniert sind, und welche wahlweise beweglich sind zwischen relativ angehobenen Arbeitspositionen, in welchen die Hubvorrichtungen (18) im Wesentlichen komplanar zu der Transferebene (P2) sind, und relativ abgesenkten Ruhepositionen, in welchen die Anhebevorrichtungen (18) komplanar sind zu oder unterhalb von der Auflageebene (P1) gemäß der Form und/oder den Abmaßen der Tafel (2).
  11. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 10, wobei die Auflage- und die Transferebene (P1, P2) im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander sind.
  12. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 10 oder 11, wobei die Hubvorrichtungen (18, 25, 26) eine Greif- und Transfereinheit (26) für die Tafel (2) umfassend, die parallel zu der Auflage- und zu der Transferebene (P1, P2) in einer ersten und/oder einer zweiten Richtung (4, 9), die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zueinander sind, beweglich ist.
  13. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 12, wobei die Greif- und Transfereinheit (26) in einer dritten Richtung beweglich ist, die senkrecht zu der Auflage- und der Transferebene (P1, P2) ist.
  14. Maschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, wobei jede Hubvorrichtung (18) mit einem Mittel (20) zum relativen Abrollen der Tafel (2) auf der Transferebene (P2) versehen ist.
  15. Maschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, wobei das Tragmittel (16) eine Vielzahl von Tragblöcken (16) umfasst, die an ihrem oberen Ende durch jeweils ebene Stirnseiten (17) begrenzt sind, welche die Auflageebene (P1) definierten, und welche wahlweise an eine pneumatische Saugvorrichtung anschließbar sind, gemäß der Form und/oder den Abmaßen der Tafel (2) und/oder der Komponente (31).
  16. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 15, wobei jede der genannten Anhebevorrichtungen (18) getragen wird durch einen entsprechenden der genannten Tragblöcke (16).
  17. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 15 oder 16, wobei die Tragblöcke (16) parallel zu der Auflage- und der Transferebene (P1, P2) in einer ersten und/oder einer zweiten Richtung (4, 9), die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zueinander sind, bewegbar sind.
  18. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 17, ferner umfassend eine Basis (3), die sich in der ersten Richtung (4) erstreckt; und eine Vielzahl von Querelementen (15), die auf der Basis (3) montiert sind, parallel zu der zweiten Richtung (9), sind entlang der Basis (3) in der ersten Richtung (4) beweglich und jedes von diesen trägt wenigstens einen entsprechenden der genannten Tragblöcke (16) beweglich entlang des Querelements (15) in der genannten zweiten Richtung (9).
  19. Maschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 18, wobei der Bearbeitungskopf (14) parallel zu der Auflage- und der Transferebene (P1, P2) in einer ersten Richtung und/oder einer zweiten Richtung (4, 9), die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zueinander sind, beweglich ist.
  20. Maschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 19, ferner umfassend ein Mittel zum Bohren und/oder Fräsen und/oder zur Kantenbearbeitung der Komponenten (31).
  21. Maschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 20, ferner umfassend eine Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung (32) zum Kennzeichnen der Tafeln (2) in Übereinstimmung mit jeder Komponente (31).
