Description
- La présente invention concerne un appareil de musculation et/ou de rééducation consistant à tourner une manivelle avec une ou deux mains pour déplacer et entraîner un ensemble mécanique à couple ajustable du type vélo d'appartement et permettant, en fonction de la position du corps de l'opérateur, de tonifier tous les muscles en un seul geste.
- Il est bon de savoir qu'il existe déjà de nombreuses propositions d'appareils de musculation et/ou de rééducation consistant à tourner une manivelle. Des recherches à l'INPI (Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle) font valoir trois brevets tels que :

EP 1566204 du 24 août 2005, -
US 4772015 du 20 septembre 1988, -
US 4773398 du 27 septembre 1988. - Ces trois brevets présentent des appareils aux fonctions à peut près semblables. C'est à dire celles où l'opérateur positionne ses pieds et/ou son corps pour faire travailler principalement les muscles supérieurs de son corps. Cependant, selon ces conditions, il n'y a pas de déplacement de pied pour la recherche, par exemple, d'un nouvel appui nécessitant l'action d'autres muscles.
- Il existe d'autres appareils de musculation très efficaces tels que ; le rameur à tirage latéral ou central et le vélo elliptique, mais ils présentent quelques inconvénients. En effet, certains muscles sont insuffisamment sollicités en effort et en déplacement. Il en va de même pour les articulations, la cage thoracique et la colonne vertébrale. Le document
GB 2 300 817 A - L'appareil selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. L'invention comporte un appareil tel que décrit à la revendication indépendante 1. Il comporte en effet un axe de manivelle réglable à hauteur d'homme grâce à des moyens mécaniques montés sur un ensemble mécanique provenant d'un vélo d'appartement. Le bras de levier de la manivelle est télescopique, il est ajustable en longueur pour décrire des ronds de rayon plus ou moins grands. L'opérateur choisit, suivant le type de mouvement recherché, de positionner son corps face au mécanisme ou de le tourner sur le côté. Quand l'opérateur actionne la manivelle, l'axe de rotation se déplace de manière simultanée, obligeant l'opérateur à changer la position d'appui de ses pieds sur le sol ou sur une estrade à plan inclinable. Le changement d'appui peut être du à une position assise sur les talons, soit à une position en extension sur la pointe des pieds, soit à un déplacement du pied sur le sol pour une meilleure position d'équilibre.
- L'invention est décrite ci-après à l'aide de deux exemples et de références aux dessins joints, dans lesquels :

figure 1 est une vue en plan d'une première version de l'appareil suivant un montage en portique, - la
figure 2 est une vue en plan d'une deuxième version de l'appareil suivant une embase constituée par une mécanique de vélo d'appartement, - la
figure 3 est une vue sur le côté de l'appareil deuxième version, - la
figure 4 est une vue de détail de l'équipement vis/écrou. - L'appareil représenté par la
figure 1 , selon une première version, comporte un portique (15) dont les deux colonnes (141 - 142) entretoisées sont montées sur des pieds fixés au sol (25) qui impose une inclinaison î des colonnes (14) sur le côté réglable de 0° à plus selon l'exercice physique recherché par l'opérateur. Suivant la rigidité recherchée de l'ensemble le portique est amarré au plafond par un système d'étayage (17). Sur les colonnes (14) une cage (13) coulisse. L'équipement de la cage comprend à sa partie basse l'ensemble mécanique (2) à couple ajustable (10) du type vélo d'appartement dont l'axe de sortie (23) est couplé à l'axe (3) de la manivelle (1) par un moyen mécanique (5') du type courroie/poulie ou roue dentée/chaîne ou engrenage. Le choix du sens de rotation de la manivelle est donné par un boîtier d'engrenage (21) commandé par un levier (20) à deux positions. De ce même boîtier d'engrenage (21) est issue une crémaillère (24) ou une corde attachée sur le portique (35). Dès que l'opérateur (7) tourne la manivelle, son axe entraîne des engrenages qui font monter ou descendre d'une valeur (Δh) l'ensemble de la cage (13) à une vitesse réglée par un levier de commande (16). Dans le cas de la corde, celle-ci s'enroule ou se déroule sur l'axe (3). - L'appareil représenté par les
figures 2 et 3 selon une deuxième version comporte un ensemble mécanique (2) à couple ajustable (10) du type vélo d'appartement (4) fixé au sol (32) et, à la demande, fixé aussi au plafond par un système d'étayage (19). L'axe (3) de la manivelle (1) est lié à l'axe (23) de sortie de l'ensemble mécanique de base (2) grâce à un moyen mécanique (5) comprenant une hampe équipée d'un ensemble poulie/courroie ou roue dentée/chaîne (22). - A la partie supérieure, comme dans la première version, un boîtier d'engrenage (21) commandé par un levier (20) permet de choisir le sens de la rotation de la manivelle. Dès que l'opérateur (7) actionne la manivelle celle-ci entraîne d'une part la rotation de l'axe (23) de l'ensemble mécanique (2) et d'autre part la rotation de l'axe (31) d'un boîtier (12) à vis sans fin amarré à une grande vis (11) articulée (29) sur la structure. L'action du boîtier a pour effet de faire varier l'inclinaison (α) de la hampe du moyeu mécanique (5) et donc de déplacer aussi l'axe (3) de la manivelle (1) de A vers B pour une variation en hauteur de (Δh). Cette variation de position de l'axe (3) de A vers B ou de B vers A entraîne l'opérateur (7) à changer la position de ses pieds (26) sur le sol ou sur une estrade à plan inclinable (27) tout en tournant la manivelle.
- La
figure 4 représente un système vis/écrou suivant un mode de réalisation. En effet il comprend un boîtier (12) à vis sans fin articulé sur un axe (31) sur lequel une chaîne (28) assure le couplage avec le boîtier d'engrenage (21). La roue dentée (33) du boîtier (12) transmet sa rotation à un écrou à bille (34) monté sur une grande vis à bille (11). Cette dernière est d'un côté articulée sur la structure par un axe (29) et de l'autre coulissante dans une glissière (30) construite en arc de cercle. - Après avoir réglé la hauteur de l'axe (3) il est possible aussi de régler la longueur du bras de levier télescopique (6) de la manivelle pour les deux versions (
Figures 1 et2 ). La longueur du bras de levier (1) définit le rayon de cercle à balayer (R1 - R2) que l'on fige par une vis de blocage (8). D'autre part une poignée (9) tournante favorise la prise en main de l'opérateur (7). Ce dernier, dans le cas de manoeuvre sur le côté peut disposer d'une manivelle en forme de vilebrequin à deux poignées tournantes. - Suivant un autre mode d'utilisation de l'appareil, concernant la deuxième version, les pieds de l'opérateur sont fixés par des attaches pour obtenir des positions ordonnées par l'instructeur suivant le type de travail du corps recherché. D'autre part l'appareil, selon les deux versions, peut être équipé d'un boîtier électronique (18) donnant les informations de dépenses physiques de l'opérateur tels que les calories, la durée ...
- L'appareil selon l'invention devrait trouver une place de choix dans les salles de sports et chez les particuliers par un apport majeur et original en matière de musculation.

Claims (10)
- Appareil de musculation et/ou de rééducation consistant à tourner une manivelle (1) avec une ou deux mains pour entraîner un ensemble mécanique (2) à couple ajustable (10) du type vélo d'appartement (4), caractérisé en ce que l'axe (3) de la manivelle (1) se déplace en hauteur par rapport au sol (Δh) dès que l'on tourne la manivelle dans un sens ou dans l'autre grâce à des moyens mécaniques (5-5') utilisant une grande vis (11) ou une crémaillère (24) ou une corde, pour qu'un opérateur (7), tourné sur le côté ou face au mécanisme, soit amené dans son action à changer constamment la position de ses pieds (26) sur le sol ou sur une estrade à plan inclinable (27).
- Appareil de musculation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la manivelle (1) comprend d'une part un bras de levier (6) télescopique dont la longueur, définissant le rayon de cercle à balayer, est bloqué par une vis (8) et d'autre part une poignée (9) tournante favorisant la prise en main.
- Appareil de musculation selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble mécanique (2) et son système d'entraînement (5'), mû par une manivelle (1), est dans une première version, monté dans une cage (13) coulissante sur deux colonnes (141) (142) dont l'inclinaison ( î ) est réglable et que la dite cage se déplace en hauteur (Δh) dès que l'on tourne la manivelle (1) liée à une boîte à engrenages (21) elle-même liée à une crémaillère (24) ou à une corde (35) fixée sur le portique (15) s'enroule sur l'axe 3..
- Appareil de musculation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le portique (15) amarré au sol (25) est aussi amarré au plafond par un système d'étayage (17).
- Appareil de musculation selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble mécanique (2) est amarré au sol et que le système d'entraînement (5) par manivelle (1) est, selon une deuxième version, articulé sur l'axe (23) de l'ensemble mécanique pour que le déplacement en hauteur (Δh) de l'axe (3) manivelle s'opère par inclinaison (α) dès que l'on tourne la manivelle (1) liée à une boîte à engrenages (21) elle même en liaison par une chaîne (28) à un boîtier (12) à vis sans fin amarrée à une grande vis (11) articulée sur la structure.
- Appareil de musculation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est amarré au sol (32) et au plafond par un système d'étayage (19).
- Appareil de musculation selon les revendications 3 et 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un boîtier d'engrenage (21) commandé par un levier (20) pour choisir le sens de rotation (F) de la manivelle (1) et un autre levier (16) pour commander le sens et la vitesse de déplacement de l'axe (3) de la manivelle (1).

- Appareil de musculation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un boîtier (18) électronique donnant les informations de dépenses physiques de l'opérateur tels que la durée des efforts et les calories dépensées.
