Abstract

Le système consiste en un poids (1) déplaçable graduellement le long d'un guide basculant (10) qui oscille lorsque l'utilisateur effectue un exercise en entraînant le même poids (1) lors de cet exercise pour chaque position déterminée du poids (1) le long du guide basculant (10). Le déplacement du poids (1) le long du guide basculant (10) permet d'augmenter ou de diminuer graduellement le poids à entraîner lors de l'exercise effectué par l'utilisateur, par l'intermédiaire d'une combinaison d'un bras de résistance constitué par le poids (1) déplaçable le long du guide basculant (10) et par deux roues de puissance (4) et de résistance (5) associées l'une à l'autre par un moyen de transmission (7), la roue de puissance (4) étant connectée à des moyens actionnés par l'utilisateur (13, 14) et la roue de résistance (5) étant connectée à l'axe (3) du guide basculant (10).
