Claims (10)
- Bodybuilding- und/oder Heilgymnastik-Vorrichtung, darin bestehend, eine Kurbel (1) mit einer Hand oder zwei Händen zu drehen, um eine mechanische Einheit (2) mit einstellbarem Moment (10) vom Typ Zimmerfahrrad (4) anzutreiben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Achse (3) der Kurbel (1) in der Höhe in Bezug zum Boden (Δh) bewegt, sobald die Kurbel in die eine oder die andere Richtung mittels mechanischer Mittel (5-5') gedreht wird, die eine große Schraube (11) oder eine Zahnstange (24) oder eine Schnur verwenden, damit ein Bediener (7), der zur Seite des Mechanismus oder vor diesem platziert ist, dazu angeleitet wird, ständig die Position seiner Füße (26) auf dem Boden oder auf einer Auflage mit neigbarer Fläche (27) zu ändern.
- Bodybuilding-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbel (1) einerseits einen teleskopartigen Hebelarm (6), dessen Länge, die den Radius des zu durchlaufenden Kreises definiert, durch eine Schraube (8) festgestellt ist, und andererseits einen Drehgriff (9) umfasst, der das Ergreifen mit der Hand erleichtert.
- Bodybuilding-Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanische Einheit (2) und ihr Antriebssystem (5'), die durch eine Kurbel (1) angetrieben werden, bei einer ersten Version in einem auf zwei Säulen (141) (142) gleitenden Gehäuse (13) montiert ist, dessen Neigung (i) einstellbar ist, und dass sich das Gehäuse in der Höhe (Δh) bewegt, sobald die Kurbel (1) gedreht wird, die mit einem Getriebe (21) verbunden ist, das selbst mit einer Zahnstange (24) oder einer Schnur (35) verbunden ist, die auf dem Säulenvorbau (15) befestigt ist und sich um die Achse 3 wickelt.
- Bodybuilding-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der am Boden (25) befestigte Säulenvorbau (15) auch an der Decke durch ein Gestänge (17) befestigt ist.
- Bodybuilding-Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanische Einheit (2) am Boden befestigt ist, und dass das Antriebssystem (5) durch die Kurbel (1) nach einer zweiten Version auf der Achse (23) der mechanischen Einheit angelenkt ist, damit die Höhenbewegung (Δh) der Kurbelachse (3) durch Neigung (α) erfolgt, sobald die Kurbel (1) gedreht wird, die mit einem Getriebe (21) verbunden ist, das selbst durch eine Kette (28) mit einem Schneckengehäuse (12) verbunden ist, das an einer großen an der Struktur angelenkten Schraube (11) befestigt ist.
- Bodybuilding-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie am Boden (32) und an der Decke durch ein Gestänge (19) befestigt ist.
- Bodybuilding-Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Getriebe (21) umfasst, das von einem Hebel (20) gesteuert wird, um die Drehrichtung (F) der Kurbel (1) auszuwählen, sowie von einem weiteren Hebel (16), um die Richtung und die Geschwindigkeit der Bewegung der Achse (3) der Kurbel (1) zu steuern.
- Bodybuilding-Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die große Schraube (11) auf einer Seite an die Struktur durch eine Achse (29) und auf der anderen gleitend in einer kreisbogenförmigen Gleitschiene (30) angelenkt ist.
- Bodybuilding-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbel (1) mit einem zweiten Griff versehen ist, um eine Kurbeleinheit in Form einer Kurbelwelle zu bilden.
- Bodybuilding-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein elektronisches Gehäuse (18) umfasst, dass Informationen zum physischen Verbrauch des Bedieners, wie Dauer der Belastung und verbrauchte Kalorien, liefert.
