Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a hoistway elevator system having a car therein, an elevator controller consisting of electronics with hardware and software to which various sensors and actuators are connected, and a smoke exhaust control system with smoke detectors connected thereto ,
  • the current lift shaft smoke extraction systems are extremely expensive and make the purchase of an elevator more expensive. It is the object of the present invention to provide an energy-efficient smoke monitoring in an elevator installation, in which the technical complexity is reduced.
  • control system for shaft smoke extraction is a part of the elevator control
  • hardware and software for the elevator control is supplemented by the required for the control system for Schachtentrauchun g software.
  • An electronic elevator control is always present for controlling the driving movements of the elevator car in the elevator shaft.
  • the elevator control consists of electronics to which various sensors and actuators are connected. Using software stored in the controller in a block, the operating commands and sensor signals are offset in setting commands that switch the drive for the car on or off, accelerate or decelerate, open or close doors, and output via load notes and the same.
  • the elevator control is connected to operating stations on different floors, which can be reached by car. Thus, a wiring in the elevator shaft is available for the elevator control.
  • the elevator installation generally has guides for the car and / or the counterweight in the elevator shaft, at which smoke detectors can be positioned.
  • the elevator installation according to the invention for an elevator shaft However, this can at least partially, for example, in outdoor facilities with training.
  • an elevator installation for an elevator shaft with a car arranged therein, an elevator control and a control system for shaft smoke extraction with at least one connected smoke detector
  • the elevator installation is characterized in that it has at least two smoke detectors, one of which is provided for the area which can be formed in the elevator shaft above the car and one for the region which can be formed in the elevator shaft underneath the car. Regardless of the position of the car, the different areas in the Elevator shaft are thus optimally monitored.
  • the smoke exhaust control system can be designed both as a separate control and as an integrated control in the elevator control.
  • suitable areas of the shaft wall, the shaft floor and the shaft ceiling can be used in addition to the existing guides.
  • the elevator control system is constructed as a bus system and the sensor system, control commands and other information relating to the control system for shaft smoke extraction can be transmitted by the bus system of the elevator control.
  • Bus systems are widely used as electronic networks in machinery and equipment. Bus systems operate over a data network to which various systems are connected via a microprocessor. The microprocessors send data packets into the data network which are provided with addressing, which urgency the transmitted data have and to whom the information contained in the data packet is directed.
  • the smoke exhaust control system can be connected to a bus system by also connecting the smoke exhaust control unit to the data network via a microprocessor and thus, for example, be able to receive sensor data and output control commands.
  • bus system components arranged away from the control - such as smoke detectors, actuators of smoke control dampers and the like - also be connected via a microprocessor accordingly.
  • the requirement of direct wiring between the more distant components and the control of the shaft smoke evacuation is thus eliminated.
  • the invention can also be implemented with a conventional wiring based transmission system. Also mixed forms are possible.
  • the smoke detectors are connected to the elevator control. This can be done for example via the above-described connection of the smoke detector to a bus system, but also for example via a conventional wiring.
  • the smoke detectors can transmit sensor signals to the elevator control.
  • the elevator control then forwards the sensor signals to the smoke removal control system, which may be designed as a subsystem, where they are evaluated and from where, depending on the result of the evaluation, control commands are forwarded to the elevator control or to other alarm transmitters, servomotors, interlocks and the like.
  • one or more punctiform smoke detectors are used as smoke detectors.
  • Pointed smoke detectors are available as standard components at low cost. The inherent disadvantage that they are only able to check a smoke in the region of their mounting location, can be overcome by several point smoke detectors are distributed in the elevator shaft. For example, it is particularly preferred to provide a punctiform smoke detector on the underside of the car, to be attached to the counterweight and / or in the shaft head. A single point smoke detector located anywhere in the elevator shaft could escape the accumulation of smoke in a part of the elevator shaft farther from the mounting location.
  • the car separates the above and below part of the elevator shaft from each other, it is advantageous if at least one point-shaped smoke detector is present in each case in the upper and lower part of the elevator shaft. If punctiform smoke detectors are located on the car and / or on the counterweight, the punctiform smoke detectors are each moved by the height of the elevator shaft when the car is being used. If the car is at the top of the elevator shaft, the counterweight is at the opposite end and vice versa.
  • the attachment of a point-shaped smoke detector in the region of the shaft head is useful because smoke often pulls up by the heat generated in a fire and can be expected for this reason that located in the elevator shaft smoke can be seen in particular in the shaft head.
  • Rauchableitbleche be mounted on the car and / or the counterweight, thereby to guide a located in the elevator shaft smoke on the smoke detector.
  • the smoke detectors may be arranged in the vicinity of a door to the elevator shaft, because in the case of a fire in a projectile of a building, the smoke will in each case pass through the doors into the elevator shaft.
  • the smoke detector should be positioned so that the space required for the counterweight or a cylinder of a hydraulic lift is not impaired. If the car and the counterweight move in the elevator shaft, the smoke can be passed through the Rauchableitbleche on the smoke detectors.
  • At least one temperature sensor is connected to the elevator control.
  • the temperature sensor can be used to monitor the current temperature in the hoistway. If the temperature in the elevator shaft increases due to the operation, for example due to many users, solar radiation, waste heat from the drive or the like, the elevator control can output a signal to the control system for shaft smoke extraction and / or to a drive for opening and closing a smoke protection flap, through which the smoke protection flap opens is to bleed the elevator shaft and cool with fresh air. If the value measured by the temperature sensor exceeds a preprogrammed limit value, such a limit value can also be evaluated by the elevator control and / or the smoke exhaust control system as an indication of a fire, whereby the switching processes provided for a fire are triggered.
  • the elevator installation can have a moisture sensor and / or a wind sensor in order to be able to open or close the smoke protection flap in accordance with climatic conditions.
  • a motor-operated smoke damper can be actuated by the elevator control.
  • the motor-operated smoke damper is connected to a controller or a switch with the elevator control.
  • the elevator control and / or the control system for shaft smoke via the elevator control can transmit a corresponding control signal to the drive of the smoke damper, by which this is either opened or closed ,
  • the motor may be configured as a spring return motor, i. h., That the motor closes the flap against a spring and this holds electrically with power or by means of a lock. If the motor or the lock is de-energized, the spring pushes the flap.
  • the servomotor is designed as an electric motor, by which the flap is opened and closed electrically. This variant has the advantage that jamming of the flap can be overcome by vibrations or vibration functions of the engine.
  • the smoke protection flap and / or the smoke monitoring in the elevator shaft can be switched off by means of the elevator control.
  • energy is no longer consumed for the shaft smoke extraction system.
  • the smoke damper can be moved to a permanently open position before the monitoring is switched off. It can be provided that the elevator control can operate the damper when greater or lesser cooling is desired at high or lower temperatures in the duct.
  • the smoke protection flap is provided with an opening device, through which the flap can be brought into an open position in a defined fault.
  • an emergency power supply which may already be available for driving the car.
  • For an extra emergency power supply can then be dispensed with the shaft smoke, since the emergency power supply of the elevator provides sufficient power to open the smoke damper yet.
  • the smoke protection flap is always kept in a closed state in order to avoid unwanted heat losses from the shaft. All other functions such as smoke detector, temperature monitoring and damper control can be retained.
  • an elevator system 2 is shown schematically, which has an elevator shaft 4 and a car 6, which is movable up and down in the elevator shaft 4.
  • the car 6 is connected in the embodiment with a counterweight 8.
  • the movements of the car 6 are controlled by an elevator control 10.
  • the elevator control 10 is controllable via control panels 12, which are located in the individual floors of a building, but also in the car 6.
  • the control panels 12 are connected via a trained in this embodiment as a bus line 14 transmission system with the elevator control 10.
  • the control system 16 Connected to the elevator control 10 is the control system 16 for shaft smoke extraction.
  • smoke detector 18 Connected to the bus line 14 are smoke detector 18, a temperature sensor 20, a servomotor 22 for actuating the smoke damper 24, all of which can exchange information and data via the bus line 14.
  • the installation which is already present for the elevator control 10 and the control panels 12 in a conventional elevator installation 2, can thus be supplemented according to the invention in a simple manner by the components which are required for smoke monitoring and for a smoke extraction installation.
  • the power consumption of the entire system can be significantly reduced.
  • By integrating the smoke monitoring in the elevator control costs and space can be saved by components required for both systems are kept only once.
  • only a single switchgear cabinet only one emergency power supply and only one temperature sensor can be provided in the entire elevator installation 2, although these components are required both for the elevator control 10 and for the control system 16 for duct smoke extraction.
  • maintenance and control tasks of the elevator fitter can be simplified, whereby the operating costs for the elevator installation 2 decrease.
