Claims (17)
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee oder dergleichen, die dazu geeignet ist, in einer Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Getränken wie zum Beispiel Kaffee oder dergleichen verwendet zu werden, umfassend:einen inneren Behälter (12), der einen Gehäuse-Hohlraum (14) für den pulverförmigen Kaffee (16) definiert,einen äußeren Behälter (18), der einen Gehäuse-Hohlraum (20) des inneren Behälters (12) definiert,wobei der innere Behälter (12) geschlossen und aus einem Wasser- sowie Sauerstoff-durchlässigem Material hergestellt ist,wobei der äußere Behälter (18) Wasser- und Sauerstoffundurchlässig sowie ein Eingrenzungs- undVerstärkungselement für den inneren Behälter (12) ist, und wobei die Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie ein unteres Schutzelement (60) umfasst, das zwischen einem Boden (24) des inneren Behälters (12) und einem Boden (36) des äußeren Behälters (18) eingefügt ist.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach Anspruch 1, wobei der äußere Behälter (18) wenigstens einen Abschnitt umfasst, der eine höhere Steifigkeit als der innere Behälter aufweist.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der innere Behälter (12) eine erste Lage (22) umfasst, die so geformt ist, dass sie einen Boden (24), Seitenwände (26) und eine Kante bildet.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend ein oberes Schutzelement (52), das zwischen dem inneren Behälter (12) und einer Schließ-Membran (34) des äußeren Behälters (18) eingefügt ist.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der innere Behälter (12) umfasst:eine erste Lage (22), die so geformt ist, dass sie einen Boden (24), Seitenwände (26) und eine Kante (28) des inneren Behälters (12) bildet, wobei sich die Kante (28) transversal außerhalb der Seitenwände (26) erstreckt,und eine zweite Lage (30), die eine im wesentlichen plane Umschließung bildet, die an der Kante (28) angelegt ist.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Gehäuse-Hohlraum (20), der durch den äußeren Behälter (18) definiert ist, relativ zur Form des inneren Behälters (12) gegengeformt ist.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der äußere Behälter (18) ein erstes Element (32) und ein zweites Element (34) umfasst,
wobei das erste Element (32) einen Boden (36), Seitenwände (38) und eine Kante (40) des äußeren Behälters (18) definiert, wobei die Seitenwände (38) und der Boden (36) den Gehäuse-Hohlraum (20) des inneren Behälters (12) formen,
und wobei das zweite Element (34) eine Schließ-Membran definiert, die an der Kante (40) des äußeren Behälters (18) angelegt ist. - Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Boden (36) des äußeren Behälters (18) eine Vertiefung (48) umfasst.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Boden (36) des äußeren Behälters (18) dazu geeignet ist, durch Durchstoßen, ausgeführt von einem Stempel, geöffnet zu werden.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei ein Boden (36) des äußeren Behälters (18) dazu geeignet ist, während des Druckanstiegs innerhalb der Kartusche geöffnet zu werden.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das untere Schutzelement (60) wasserdurchlässig ist.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das untere Schutzelement (60) dazu geeignet ist, eine bestimmte Entfernung zwischen dem Boden (24) des inneren Behälters (12) und dem Boden (36) des äußeren Behälters (18) beizubehalten.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das untere Schutzelement (60) aus einer Lochscheibe hergestellt ist, die dazu geeignet ist auf dem Boden (36) des äußeren Behälters (18) aufzuliegen.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das untere Schutzelement (60) aus einer Platte oder einer Folie, welche dazu geeignet ist, dem Stanzen standzuhalten und den inneren Behälter zu schützen, hergestellt sein kann.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das untere Schutzelement (60) wenigstens teilweise innerhalb einer Vertiefung (48) untergebracht ist, die in dem Boden (36) des äußeren Behälters (18) gebildet ist.
- Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das untere Schutzelement (60) eine geringere Quer-Abmessung als die Quer-Abmessung des äußeren Behälters (18) aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kartusche (10) für pulverförmigen Kaffee oder dergleichen, die dazu geeignet ist, in einer Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Getränken wie zum Beispiel Kaffee oder dergleichen, verwendet zu werden, wobei das Verfahren umfasst:Herstellung eines geschlossenen inneren Behälters (12) aus Wasser-und Sauerstoff-durchlässigem Material, wobei der Behälter einen Gehäuse-Hohlraum (14) für den pulverförmigen Kaffee (16) definiert, in den der Kaffee vor dem Schließen des inneren Behälters (12) gepresst wird,Einbringen des inneren Behälters (12) in einen äußeren Behälter (18), welcher das Eingrenzungs- und Verstärkungselement des inneren Behälters (12) ist, vor dem Schließen des äußeren Behälters (18), wodurch der Letztere gegenüber Wasser und Sauerstoff undurchlässig gemacht wird, wobei die Kartusche für pulverförmigen Kaffee ein unteres Schutzelement (60) umfasst, das zwischen einem Boden (24) des inneren Behälters (12) undeinem Boden (36) des äußeren Behälters (18) eingefügt wird.
