  • La présente invention concerne le domaine du conditionnement d'articles du type bouteilles, canettes, flacons ou briques, dans une caisse en carton ondulé ou plat ou encore en un autre matériau semi rigide.
  • Pour le transport, la manipulation, la protection, la conservation et la mise à disposition d'articles se présentant sous la forme ci-dessus, on rassemble ceux-ci en un paquet polyédrique, parallélépipédique notamment, et on utilise une enveloppe rigide ou semi rigide telle que le carton pour les maintenir ensemble.
  • Un moyen connu pour réaliser cette enveloppe consiste à découper une plaque de façon à ménager quatre panneaux alignés dont les dimensions permettent de recouvrir chacune des faces du paquet : la face inférieure, la face supérieure et deux faces latérales opposées reliant les deux premières faces. Cette enveloppe forme ainsi une ceinture ; des rabats latéraux sont articulés le long des panneaux, en particulier le long des panneaux latéraux pour constituer ensemble des panneaux et assurer la fermeture de l'emballage sur les deux autres côtés latéraux du paquet.
  • L'inconvénient de ce type d'emballage est qu'il doit être déchiré et désassemblé à la mise à disposition des articles. Il est peu pratique.
  • La demanderesse s'est fixé comme objectif la réalisation d'un emballage à la fois pratique d'utilisation et facile à fabriquer.
  • Un autre objectif est la réalisation d'un emballage de type inviolable. C'est-à-dire un emballage dont l'ouverture conduit à la destruction d'un moyen d'attache constituant la preuve de son ouverture.
  • Les objectifs sont atteints avec un emballage conforme à l'invention.
  • L'emballage multiple en carton ou autre matériau semi rigide pour des articles tels que des bouteilles ou autres contenants rigides pour liquide, comprenant une barquette pour contenir lesdits articles et une enveloppe en forme de ceinture, la barquette étant disposée à l'intérieur de la ceinture de façon à pouvoir coulisser à la manière d'un tiroir,
    • la ceinture étant formée d'une première plaque de carton, rainurée de manière à définir au moins quatre panneaux de ceinture,
    • la barquette étant formée par pliage d'une seconde plaque de carton, découpée et rainurée de façon à définir un panneau de fond, deux premiers panneaux latéraux opposés coulissant dans la ceinture et deux seconds panneaux latéraux opposés transversaux,
    • la barquette et la ceinture étant retenues l'une à l'autre avant mise à disposition des articles par un moyen d'attache solidarisant la barquette à la ceinture,
    est caractérisé par le fait que le moyen d'attache relie la ceinture à l'un desdits premiers panneaux latéraux de la barquette.
  • Le moyen d'attache comprend avantageusement un point de colle. Le point de colle est plus particulièrement appliqué sur une portion de l'une ou l'autre de la barquette ou de la ceinture, prédécoupée en pointillés de façon à céder par traction.
  • Conformément à un mode de réalisation, les deux seconds panneaux latéraux opposés transversaux de la barquette sont réalisés par assemblage de volets articulés sur les deux premiers panneaux latéraux opposés.
  • La présente invention porte également sur un procédé de fabrication d'un emballage du type ci-dessus, comprenant une phase initiale avec la découpe et le rainurage d'une première plaque de ceinture, la découpe et le rainurage d'une seconde plaque de barquette, la superposition de la seconde sur la première plaque de façon à faire coïncider le panneau de fond de la seconde plaque avec un panneau de la première plaque et l'attache des deux plaques par lesdits moyens d'attache.
  • Avantageusement, la plaque double obtenue est mise en volume par pliage des panneaux de la première plaque ensemble avec les panneaux de la seconde plaque.
  • On décrit maintenant un mode de réalisation de l'invention à titre d'exemple non limitatif, en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
    • la figure 1 représente en perspective les deux éléments de l'emballage, la barquette étant séparée de la ceinture,
    • la figure 2 représente les deux éléments de l'emballage avant leur séparation,
    • la figure 3 représente les deux plaques de carton pour former l'un la barquette, l'autre la ceinture, séparément puis assemblés prêts à être montés.
  • L'emballage que l'on voit sur les figures 1 et 2 comprend un premier élément d'emballage 10 en forme de barquette et un second élément d'emballage en forme de ceinture 20. La barquette contient des articles, ici des bouteilles, dressés sur le fond de la barquette et constituant un paquet B. Avant mise en service, la barquette avec ses articles est logée à l'intérieur de la ceinture 20. Un moyen d'attache relie un panneau de flanc 11 de la barquette au panneau de flanc 21 de la ceinture qui lui est adjacent. Ce moyen d'attache est avantageusement un point de colle. Il est situé de préférence au niveau d'une portion 21A du flanc 21 qui est prédécoupée dans le carton, le long d'une ligne fermée, de façon à pouvoir en être détachée aisément par simple traction ou pression.
  • A la mise en service, l'utilisateur pose l'emballage sur une surface horizontale, écarte le panneau de flanc 21 de la ceinture du panneau de flanc 11 de la barquette, en rompant le moyen d'attache. On peut alors tirer la barquette par une poignée, telle que la poignée 12A sur la face du panneau de flanc 12.
  • On réalise un tel emballage, au moyen de plaques de carton convenablement rainurées et découpées. La figure 3 représente de telles plaques : Une première plaque formant la ceinture et une seconde plaque formant la barquette.
  • Sur la seconde plaque formant la barquette 10, on distingue le panneau de fond 15 rectangulaire bordé de quatre panneaux latéraux. Les premiers panneaux 11 et 13 sont opposés, les seconds panneaux 12 et 14 sont opposés et articulés le long de lignes de pliage perpendiculaires aux lignes de pliage des panneaux 11 et 13. Le panneau 11 est pourvu de volets libres 111 et 112 du côté des panneaux 12 et 14. Le panneau 13 est pourvu de volets 131 et 132 libres du côté des panneaux 12 et 14. Les volets 111, 112, 131 et 132 sont découpés avec des encoches 111 A, 112A, 131A et 132A pour ménager des poignées avec les découpes 12A et 14A.
  • La plaque de carton 20 est une simple bande rectangulaire dont les rainures définissent quatre panneaux : 21, 23, 25 et 27. Le panneau 27 est bordé d'une languette 271 d'assemblage.
  • Pour préparer l'emballage on place la plaque 10 sur la plaque 20 de manière que les panneaux 15 et 25 soient superposés ; ils sont dimensionnés de manière à coïncider. Il en est de même des deux premiers panneaux de la barquette avec les panneaux de la ceinture, le panneau 11 sur le panneau 21, le panneau 13 sur le panneau 23. Les deux panneaux 11 et 21 comprennent chacun un élément détachable 11A et 21A. Les deux éléments 11A et 21 A coïncident. On les lie avec un point de colle ou autre moyen de fixation. De cette façon, quand on détache un élément l'autre est détaché aussi.
  • Le fabricant d'emballage prépare l'ensemble de la figure 3 et l'envoie à l'industriel pour le conditionnement des articles. Pour la mise en volume, on dresse ensemble les panneaux 13 et 23 perpendiculairement au fond 15-25. On fait de même avec les panneaux 11 et 21 qui sont liés l'un à l'autre. On termine la barquette en rabattant les volets à angle droit ainsi que les panneaux latéraux transversaux 12 et 14. Les découpes dans les différents panneaux forment ensemble une seule fente de poignée.
  • De préférence, on met en volume les plaques autour des articles disposés sur les plaques assemblées mais on peut aussi introduire les articles dans les barquettes déjà mises en volume.
  • De toute façon, on plie le panneau 27 sur la face ouverte supérieure de la barquette et on le lie au panneau 23 au moyen de la languette 271.
  • La barquette forme ainsi un tiroir dont les premiers panneaux latéraux opposés 11 et 13 de la barquette sont coulissants dans la ceinture, le long des panneaux 21 et 23.
  • L'emballage est alors prêt pour l'envoi.

Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un emballage multiple en carton ou autre matériau semi rigide pour des articles tels que des bouteilles ou autres contenants rigides pour liquide, comprenant une barquette (10) pour contenir lesdits articles et une enveloppe en forme de ceinture (20), la barquette étant disposée à l'intérieur de la ceinture de façon à pouvoir coulisser à la manière d'un tiroir, la ceinture étant formée d'une première plaque de carton, rainurée de manière à définir au moins quatre panneaux de ceinture (21, 23, 25, 27), la barquette étant formée par pliage d'une seconde plaque de carton, découpée et rainurée de façon à définir un panneau de fond (15), deux premiers panneaux latéraux opposés (11, 13) coulissant dans la ceinture (20) et deux seconds panneaux latéraux opposés transversaux (12, 14), la barquette et la ceinture étant retenues l'une à l'autre avant mise à disposition des articles par un moyen d'attache (11A, 21A) solidarisant la barquette à la ceinture, caractérisé par le fait que, le moyen d'attache reliant la ceinture à l'un desdits premiers panneaux latéraux de la barquette, et les deux seconds panneaux latéraux opposés transversaux (12, 14) de la barquette étant assemblés avec des volets articulés (111, 112 ; 131, 132) sur les deux premiers panneaux latéraux opposés (11, 13), le procédé comprend une phase initiale de découpe et de rainurage d'une première plaque de ceinture, de découpe et de rainurage d'une seconde plaque de barquette, puis la superposition de la seconde sur la première plaque de façon à faire coïncider ledit panneau de fond de la seconde plaque avec un panneau de la première plaque et l'attache de deux des panneaux des deux plaques par lesdits moyens d'attache.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication précédente selon lequel la plaque double obtenue est mise en volume par pliage des panneaux de la première plaque ensemble avec les panneaux de la seconde plaque.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes le moyen d'attache comprenant un point de colle ou une agrafe.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, le moyen d'attache étant appliqué sur une portion détachable (11A, 21A) d'un panneau de l'une ou l'autre de la barquette ou de la ceinture, prédécoupée en pointillés de façon à céder par traction ou pression.
