Claims (9)
- Dispositif de couplage (9a, 9b) entre deux rails (2, 3 ou 4) mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre d'un guidage d'extraction de meuble (1) avec un dispositif de rentrée automatique (5) qui est fixé sur un premier rail fixe (2) et présente un accumulateur de force (8) pouvant subir la tension, et avec un activateur (17) raccordé à un second rail (3, 4), lequel est couplé, au-delà d'une course de déplacement déterminée, au dispositif de rentrée automatique (5) et est séparé de celui-ci après la tension de l'accumulateur de force (8), sachant qu'à l'état séparé, l'accumulateur de force (8) est fixé à l'état tendu jusqu'au nouveau couplage avec l'activateur (17) par rapport au premier rail (2), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de couplage (9a, 9b) se compose d'un pot de couplage (10) sollicité par l'accumulateur de force (8) du dispositif de rentrée automatique, mobile dans des limites longitudinales dans une douille de guidage (7) qui est fixée par rapport au rail fixe (2), avec un piston de commande (11) logé dedans de manière mobile à l'encontre de l'action d'un accumulateur de force (12), ainsi que d'un activateur (17), sachant que l'activateur (17) est réalisé cylindrique au moins dans sa zone (9b) opposée au piston de commande (1') et présente une rainure périphérique (18) à côté de son extrémité libre, dans laquelle au moins deux billes d'encliquetage (14) se trouvant dans des perçages radiaux (13) du pot de couplage (10) s'engagent lorsque le piston de commande (11) est éloigné par l'activateur (17) et à l'encontre de l'action de l'accumulateur de force (12) se trouvant dans le pot de couplage (10) de telle sorte que les billes d'encliquetage (14), en appui sur sa surface enveloppe (15) en cas de piston de commande non actionné (11) et reposant sur un flanc d'appui (16) de la douille de guidage (7), se trouvent en dehors de la zone d'appui du piston de commande (11).
- Dispositif de couplage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités côté avant tournées l'une vers l'autre du piston de commande (11) et de la zone formant la seconde moitié de couplage (9b) de l'activateur (17) s'engagent les unes dans les autres par complémentarité de formes.
- Dispositif de couplage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités côté avant du piston de commande (11) et de la zone formant la seconde moitié de couplage (9b) de l'activateur (17) s'engagent l'une dans l'autre de manière à se centrer automatiquement.
- Dispositif de couplage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le piston de commande (11) est équipé d'un évidement (19) conique et la seconde moitié de couplage (9b) est équipée d'une pointe à embout conique (20) de forme correspondante.
- Dispositif de couplage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur de force (8) sollicitant le pot de couplage (10) est un ressort de traction.
- Dispositif de couplage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur de force (12) sollicitant le piston de commande (11) est un ressort de compression.
- Dispositif de couplage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les accumulateurs de force (8, 12) se composent de ressorts hélicoïdeuse, de ressorts à gaz comprimé ou similaires.
- Dispositif de couplage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'activateur (17) est logé de manière oscillante sur un rail médian (4) prolongeant l'extraction d'un dispositif d'extraction de meuble (1) et est équipé, sur sa zone d'extrémité se trouvant éloignée de la première moitié de couplage (9a), d'une branche d'entraînement (21) qui se trouve dans un évidement (20), situé dans la course de déplacement de l'activateur (17), d'un rail de roulement (3).
- Dispositif de couplage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les composants du dispositif de couplage (9a, 9b) sont fabriqués en plastique, en métal, de préférence en acier spécial, en céramique ou en une combinaison des groupes de matériaux précités.
