  • Capsules have for some time been present on the market for producing a drink, for example a coffee drink.
  • Such capsules comprise a watertight plastic container for preserving the integrity of an aromatic essence present therein until the time of its use, wherein its cover and its base, after the removal of their suitable aluminium plates, are perforated by suitable perforator members, present in the seat of the infuser apparatus in which the capsule is housed, in order to create an entrance path for the infusion water and an exit path for the infusion.
  • Such capsules have various drawbacks, including the fact that for their perforation, only extraneous elements present in their housing seat are employed. This requires a correct positioning of the capsule in its housing seat, in order to be subjected to a precise perforation, given that an incorrect perforation risks negatively influencing the infusion by distorting the optimal infusion paths inside the container or the optimal pressure conditions inside the container during the infusion. In addition, a distorted perforation can also cause material detachments, which contaminate the infusion, as well as the undesired exit of coffee powder from the capsule.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur une capsule de retenue (1) à usage unique de poudre d'essence aromatique pour produire une infusion, cette capsule étant caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend un réceptacle (2) à base perforée (4) recouvert extérieurement d'un élément protecteur (5), et un élément perforateur (6) présent sur le côté interne dudit élément protecteur et actionnable par la pression du fluide qui est créée à l'intérieur du réceptacle de façon à permettre la sortie de ladite infusion du réceptacle.

Claims (24)

  1. Capsule à usage unique contenant (1) la poudre d'une essence aromatique pour la réalisation d'une infusion, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un récipient (2) comportant une base perforée (4) faisant partie de la paroi de la capsule et étant recouverte extérieurement par un élément de protection (5), et un élément perforateur (6) présent sur le côté interne dudit élément de protection (5) et capable de fonctionner grâce à la pression du fluide créée à l'intérieur dudit récipient (2), de sorte à permettre la sortie de ladite infusion dudit récipient (2).
  2. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le côté interne de ladite base (4) est recouvert par un filtre (9).
  3. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément perforateur (6) est solidaire de ladite base (4) déformable suite à la pression du fluide créée à l'intérieur dudit récipient (2).
  4. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite base (4) est soumise à une déformation élastique ou élasto-plastique.
  5. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite base (4) comporte une ou plusieurs nervures de raidissement afin de contrer la pression interne dudit récipient (2) substantiellement non déformé, jusqu'à une certaine valeur seuil.
  6. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite base (4) comporte une direction de déformation parallèle à un axe de symétrie (7) dudit récipient (2) qui se développe de façon orthogonale par rapport à un couvercle (3) dudit récipient (2) et à la dite base (4) dudit récipient (2).
  7. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément perforateur (6) se développe longitudinalement de façon parallèle audit axe de symétrie (7) à partir d'une position centrale de ladite base (4).
  8. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de protection (5) est une plaque d'aluminium.
  9. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite base (4) est rentrée vers l'intérieur dudit récipient (2), en ce que le périmètre dudit élément de protection (5) est associé à celui de ladite base (4), et en ce que ledit élément perforateur (6) est projeté à partir du côté externe de ladite base (4) dans un espace délimité entre ladite base (4) et ledit élément de protection (5).
  10. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit filtre (9) est rigide et repose sur le côté interne de ladite base (4) avec une disposition orthogonale au dit axe de symétrie (7) dudit récipient (2), de sorte à générer une pression de pénétration sur ladite base (4) orientée de façon prédominante le long de ladite direction de déformation.
  11. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que un filtre en papier supplémentaire (11) est associé au côté interne dudit filtre (9).
  12. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément perforateur (6) est solidaire de ladite base (4) avec laquelle il forme une seule pièce.
  13. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément perforateur (6) dispose d'une section terminale apicale (13) située sur un plan incliné par rapport au dit axe de symétrie (7).
  14. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite base (4) comporte une pluralité d'orifices calibrés (15).
  15. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément perforateur (6) comporte un orifice calibré (17) sur l'extension d'un orifice calibré (18) de ladite base (4).
  16. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit filtre (9) est déformable suite à la pression du fluide créée à l'intérieur dudit récipient (2) et en ce que ledit élément perforateur (6) est solidaire dudit filtre déformable (9).
  17. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit filtre (9) est soumis à une déformation élastique ou élasto-plastique.
  18. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite base (4) est rigide et comporte un orifice de positionnement (19) dudit élément perforateur (6).
  19. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite base (4) comporte une empreinte (20) adaptée à recevoir ledit filtre déformable (9) lors de sa déformation.
  20. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le périmètre dudit élément de protection (5) est associé à celui de ladite base (4) et à celui dudit orifice de positionnement (19) dudit élément perforateur (6).
  21. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit couvercle (3) dispose d'au moins une fente (21) pour faciliter l'entrée d'une eau d'infusion à l'intérieur dudit récipient (2).
  22. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle dispose d'un code-barres pour son identification.
  23. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit code-barres est positionné sur ledit élément de protection (5).
  24. Capsule à usage unique (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit code-barres codifie les informations qui déterminent une programmation automatique de la machine à café qui les lit et les reconnaît.
