Definitions
- the invention relates to a guide shoe for guiding a climbing profile of a climbing system in the field of construction according to the preamble of claim 1 and a combination of such a guide shoe with a climbing profile.
- the applicant is a Disklettersystem described having at least one scaffold unit, which is feasible in a guide, and at least one lifting drive, which is detachably attachable directly to punctual brackets on the building.
- the lifting drive can have a guide shoe, on which the scaffold unit can be guided via a climbing profile.
- the DE 38 42 094 a displaceable on a wall sections movable platform, which has on the wall in the direction of travel fastened at certain intervals support shoes, at least two spaced apart arranged, along the wall between at least two support shoes extending support rails and at least one at least two juxtaposed support rails in the direction of travel displaceable and lockable arranged shift console, wherein alternately the support rails and the sliding bracket are moved upwards.
- Each support rail is associated with a linear drive, which advances the sliding console in the region of the associated mounting rail in comparison to the length of a section so small steps that unequal displacements of adjacent linear drives are taken by one step by the elasticity of the cooperating components, and that all linear actuators of a common drive and control unit are jointly driven and controlled so that a further step is only initiated when all linear drives have completed the previous step.
- the invention has for its object to improve such a guide shoe, in particular with regard to ease of use and to provide an improved in this respect combination of a guide shoe with a climbing profile.
- the guide shoe according to the invention can be regarded as part of the linear actuator, since a drive component of the linear actuator, such as a hydraulic cylinder, can support it to lift the guided in the guide shoe frame unit.
- the guide shoe according to the invention preferably has one or more support elements in the form of pawls or support bolts which cooperate with corresponding elements on the climbing profile, such as projections or climbing cams, for supporting the climbing profile and thus the entire scaffolding unit.
- the guide shoe according to the invention may also be provided in an area for guiding the climbing profile, which is slightly removed from the drives.
- the guide shoe according to the invention has at least one guide jaw, the is slidably and pivotally, so that the guide shoe of the climbing profile, to whose leadership it is provided, is solvable.
- the climbing profile for example by the design as an I-profile, one or more undercuts, in which engage the guide jaws to guide the climbing profile in the vertical direction and in particular to absorb horizontal forces.
- Such horizontal forces arise when the scaffolding unit provided with the climbing profile (s) is not lifted by means of a crane (which is also conceivable), but by one or more drives, which are supported, for example, on one or more guide shoes.
- the middle leg extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the structure, so that between the upper and the lower leg on both sides of the middle leg undercuts arise, in which the guide jaws can engage.
- the guide jaws can be moved and swiveled so that the guide shoe can be detached from the climbing profile.
- This offers the advantage that the guide shoe of the climbing profile is already solvable at a time when it is initially still in engagement with the climbing profile.
- the ability to disengage the guide jaws from the climbing profile does not require waiting until the scaffold assembly, including the climbing profile, is sufficiently "continued to climb" before the guide shoe can be disassembled.
- the guide jaws are already at a time when the climbing profile is still in the range of the considered guide shoe, disengaged from the climbing profile, and the guide shoe is a total disassembled.
- the Guide jaws are, as mentioned, displaceable and pivotable for this purpose.
- the guide jaws could initially be displaceable in a largely vertical direction in use, in order, for example, to move them into a region in which pivoting about the vertical direction away from the climbing profile is made possible. This also allows the guide jaw (s) are disengaged from the climbing profile, so that the guide shoe is a total of this solvable.
- the at least one guide jaw can be locked in at least one position by at least one spring-loaded locking element.
- the locking element is biased in at least one locked position.
- the position in which the guide jaw is to be locked it may be, for example, a position in which the guide jaw is so engaged with the climbing profile that this can be performed.
- the lockable position may be a position in which the guide jaw is disengaged from the climbing profile, in other words a "park" or standby position.
- the spring-loaded, biased in a locked position locking increases the ease of use, as in a simple and safe way, an operation of the guide jaws for engaging or disengaging bringing is possible.
- the bias in the locked position the locking element moves during the adjustment almost automatically in the desired position.
- the locking element is provided captive.
- the locking element may be provided such that it moves in one direction against the force of the spring element provided for spring element, and the movement in the other direction is limited by a stop.
- a largely hook-shaped locking element which has, for example, an operating section at the "bow" of the hook is particularly preferred.
- the locking can be done for example by the short, adjoining the bow leg, and in the region of the long, anschelloenden to the bow leg, the hook-shaped locking element can be performed.
- the biasing force can be overcome and the locking portion can be disengaged.
- the locking element according to the invention differs for example from any arrangements in which a locking element is provided in the form of a Absteckbolzens, which is mounted captive, for example by means of a chain.
- a known Absteckbolzen is neither spring-loaded nor performed in the unlocked, namely pulled-out position.
- the locking element according to the invention is spring-loaded and preferably also guided in the unlocked position. As a result, the locked position can be achieved much easier.
- the guide shoe can be fastened by means of at least one fastening element, for example a screw, to a wall or a ceiling of a building to be created.
- the guide shoe preferably has at least one opening, for example a lateral opening, through which a fastening element, for example the screw, is accessible.
- the guide shoe according to the invention further comprises at least one, preferably at least two superimposed support elements, such as a pawl or a support pin, which serve to support the climbing profile.
- at least two superimposed support elements such as a pawl or a support pin, which serve to support the climbing profile.
- the guide shoe according to the invention is further developed in that at least one support element in a position in which this is disengaged from the climbing profile, can be fixed.
- at least one support bolt which serves to cooperate with the climbing cams provided on the climbing profile can be "parked” in a retracted, generally disengaged position.
- fix at least one support element in a disengaged position it should be mentioned that it can be provided independently of all the preceding and following features on a guide shoe to improve its handling. Preferably, however, this feature may be combined with all features described herein.
- At least one spring element is currently preferred, into which the support element can to a certain extent be “snapped” in order to fix it in the disengaged position.
- the support member can be released from the spring element to return it to the operating position.
- such a spring element ensures a reliable fixation of the support element in the "parking position".
- the use of at least one spring clip has proven, for example, can be designed so that it "disguised” a disengaged support pin to fix this.
- the guide shoe itself and / or at least one guide jaw bevelled in at least one direction and / or rounded finds the climbing profile in his forward movement in the vertical direction, in which it must be “threaded” in a mounted on the building guide shoe, easier his way.
- the bevel and / or rounding can cause the climbing profile to reach its correct position in the guide shoe during its vertical movement.
- the solution of the above-mentioned object is achieved by a combination of a guide shoe in one of the previously described embodiments and a climbing profile, in which the climbing profile has at least one bevel at at least one end.
- the threading of the climbing profile is further facilitated in an advantageous manner in the interaction between the guide shoe and the climbing profile by, as described above for the guide shoe, any inaccuracies in the positional relationship be remedied by the fact that the climbing profile in a sense "on the bevel along" his Way in the guide shoe finds.
- the guide shoe can be attached to an already created wall section of a building or by means of a suitable intermediate piece to an already created ceiling.
- the guide shoe has (on each side) two lateral openings 16, of which the upper opening 16.1 can be advantageously used to insert a suitable tool, for example a socket wrench, and to put it on the screw head of the screw 14, to solve this.
- a suitable tool for example a socket wrench
- the guide shoe 10 can be suspended to a certain extent on the screw shaft and can be removed in an advantageous manner already when the screw 14 was even slightly detached, to the top.
- the screw which is not expected to unintentionally loosen, no displacement of the guide shoe 10 is possible, extends through the guide shoe in a direction approximately perpendicular to the plane of Fig. 1 a locking pin 20 with an attached handle 22nd
- the guide shoe seen in plan view, in approximately the shape of a "U", the bottom of which are formed by the rear wall 18 and its sides by two side walls 24, 26.
- the above-mentioned openings 16 are formed in the side walls 24, 26.
- the embodiment shown has a transverse to the guide shoe 10 extending support 28, in the embodiment shown in the form of a bolt.
- a removable drive such as a hydraulic cylinder
- a scaffolding unit having the climbing profile designated by "30"
- This lifting is done, as is well known, stepwise in that the (not shown) hydraulic cylinder is extended.
- the hydraulic cylinder is retracted again.
- the climbing profile 30 including the scaffolding unit provided thereon (not shown) is supported by (in this embodiment) climbing cams 32 Fig. 1 only to recognize a climbing sock 32 is understood that several climbing cams are provided with a certain grid along the climbing profile 30.
- the climbing cams 32 have funnel-shaped notches 34 which are rounded towards the bottom and into which, in the embodiment shown, support bolts 36 can reach for supporting the climbing profile 30.
- support bolts 36 in particular the in Fig. 1 discernible superimposition arrangement of two support bolts 36.1, 36.2, their guidance in curved contours 38 and further details is again on the above-mentioned DE 10 2006 026 201 referred to the applicant.
- the guide shoe 10 is characterized in the embodiment shown by the fact that for each of the support bolts 36 is a subsequent to the actual guide contour 38 recess 40 is provided, in which the respective support pin 36 thereby parked in a standby or disengaged position can be that he can be snapped into a spring clip 42.
- the opening of the spring clip 42 has a substantially matching with the recess 40 contour, with the exception of provided at the ends of the bracket thickening 44, which serve to retain the respective support bolt 36.
- guide jaws 46 are provided on the guide shoe 10 so that they can be displaced, swiveled and locked. How closer in Fig. 2 it can be seen, the guide jaws 46 serve the engagement in undercuts 48, which are provided on the I-shaped climbing profile 30.
- the portions of the guide serving during displacement and / or pivoting are articulated by largely U-shaped bracket 50 to a substantially horizontal axis 52 in the position of use, so that they are pivotable about the horizontal axis 52. In the engaged position this is Panning, as in Fig. 2 recognizable for the upper guide jaw 46.1, prevented by the behind-gripped leg 54 of the climbing profile 30.
- the guide jaw 46 can be pivoted away from the climbing profile 30 about the horizontal axis 52.
- the guide jaw 46 can be locked by means of a hook-shaped locking element 56.
- the shorter leg 58 of the locking member 56 extends through a suitable opening or bore 68 in the axis 52.
- the longer leg 60 serves as a guide by extending through holes in both legs of the bracket 50 on the horizontal Axis 52 facing away from the side are provided.
- a coil spring 62 is bounded by a stop 64 at the end closer to the free end of the longer leg 60. At its other end, the coil spring 62 abuts against the upper leg of the bracket 50 in the figure. In the locked position shown, the coil spring 62 may be either relaxed or biased to pressure.
- the shorter leg 58 is reliably pressed into the associated bore 68, or a release from the bore 68 is at least difficult, namely, when the spring 62 is relaxed in the locked state shown, but the spring force must be overcome to the locking element 56 total lift and thus bring the shorter leg 58 out of engagement.
- the end of this shorter leg is designed to be tapered.
- the arc 66 which connects the two legs 58, 60 together, creates an easily accessible operating section, namely by the Operators with a finger or a tool in a simple manner below the arc 66 engage, by applying a force to move it upward and the locking member 56 can disengage.
- the respective guide jaw 46 can be displaced along the axis 52 after disengaging the locking member 56.
- the locking element 56 may (according to Fig. 2 in a counterclockwise direction) are slightly pivoted back and subsequently inserted with its shorter leg 58 through the bore 70 in the bracket 50 of the guide jaw 46 and through the locking hole 68 in the axis 52. This has the consequence that the guide jaw 46 is locked in one of the climbing profile 30 disengaged, but still directed to this position.
- the guide jaws 46 are also pivotable.
- For the lower guide jaw 46.2 is shown how this was swung back from the climbing profile 30.
- Fig. 3 This is supplementary in Fig. 3 shown.
- the illustrated guide jaw is in this representation, compared with the situation of Fig. 1 has been pivoted back through 180 °, and the shorter leg 58 of the locking member 56 has in turn been brought into engagement with a (the "lower") locking bore 68 to hold the pivoted guide jaw 46 in this position.
- both are shown in each case locked position, as well as in the movement in the unlocked position, as well as in the unlocked position, so if the free end of the shorter leg 58 is in an area outside the axis 52 and optionally the bracket 50, a guide by means of provided in the bracket 50 holes.
- the locking element 56 in the embodiment shown in an advantageous manner by captive that its movement in accordance with the in Fig. 1 shown alignment is bounded down by the arc 66. At the top, the locking element 56 can not escape due to the spring 62 and the cooperating stop 64.
- the support bolts 36 are fixed by the respective spring clips 42 in the "park position" to reliably disengage them from the climbing cams 32.
- completely disengaged position of the guide shoe 10 according to the invention can be disassembled in a simple manner, even in the presence of the climbing profile 30.
- he may, for example, with reference to the in Fig. 3 shown side view, a little with respect to the drawing plane of Fig. 3 and tilted about a horizontal axis, and then obliquely upward, past the climbing cam 32, to be removed.
- the guide jaw 46 has a bevel 72, and on the other Guide shoe 10 on its side walls 24, 26 a rounding 74.
- the climbing profile 30 just with his (in Fig. 1 unrecognizable) upper end in the guide shoe 10 is "threaded"
- this is brought in case of inaccuracies in the positional relationship by the slope 72 and / or the rounding 74 in the correct position.
- the total resulting insertion opening can be described as funnel-shaped.
- the measures described ensure an introduction to the correct position in the direction perpendicular to the structure, in other words in the direction from left to right in FIG Fig. 1 .
- This direction corresponds to the direction from left to right in Fig. 4 , How out Fig. 4 it can be seen, the guide jaws 46 are also beveled at its lower end in this direction. In other words, the guide jaws extend at their respective lower end relative to that width, which they have in their predominant course to each other, a little outward. As a result, a kind of insertion funnel is created in this direction.
- the upper end of climbing profile 30 is provided with two bevels 76 to facilitate further threading.
- the two bevels 76 directed to the building leg 54 is to be threaded between the closed guide jaws 46.
- the second guide jaw 46.2 in the position shown for the first guide jaw 46.1, in which the leg 54 is engaged behind.
- the slopes 76 at the top of the climbing profile 30 also compensate for inaccuracies in the alignment relationship in that the climbing profile 30 is guided along one of the two slopes 76 in the correct position. This also ensures that the in Fig. 2 also indicated climbing skirt 32 not hooked to the guide shoe.
- the dimensions are chosen such that even if the leg 54 of the climbing profile 30 abuts in the horizontal direction described above on one of the guide jaws 46, the climbing cam 32 in just this direction sufficiently spaced from the respective side wall 24, 26 of the guide shoe is that the further movement of the climbing profile 30 in the vertical direction and thus the further threading is not hindered.

Description
The invention relates to a guide shoe for guiding a climbing profile of a climbing system in the field of construction according to the preamble of claim 1 and a combination of such a guide shoe with a climbing profile.
In particular, for the creation of multi-storey, preferably particularly high buildings, it is known in the field of civil engineering to use self-climbing systems. These are the formwork that is required for the creation of vertical walls of the building. As soon as the newly created walls have hardened sufficiently, lifting drives are supported by suitable profiles to lift the so-called scaffolding units, which support the formwork so that the vertical walls can continue to "grow" in an area above. As these walls are being created, the scaffold assembly drives are "retraced" upward to further raise the scaffold assembly from the newly created portion as soon as it has sufficiently hardened.

The invention has for its object to improve such a guide shoe, in particular with regard to ease of use and to provide an improved in this respect combination of a guide shoe with a climbing profile.
The solution of this task is done firstly by the guide shoe described in claim 1.
In a similar manner as the guide described there, which is there in two parts and consists of a so-called wall and a guide shoe, the guide shoe according to the invention has at least one guide jaw, the is slidably and pivotally, so that the guide shoe of the climbing profile, to whose leadership it is provided, is solvable. It should be explained that the climbing profile, for example by the design as an I-profile, one or more undercuts, in which engage the guide jaws to guide the climbing profile in the vertical direction and in particular to absorb horizontal forces. Such horizontal forces arise when the scaffolding unit provided with the climbing profile (s) is not lifted by means of a crane (which is also conceivable), but by one or more drives, which are supported, for example, on one or more guide shoes. For example, in an I-profile, the middle leg extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the structure, so that between the upper and the lower leg on both sides of the middle leg undercuts arise, in which the guide jaws can engage. It should be mentioned at this point that a further, in principle, independent of the following features, but thus combinable, of the guide shoe described herein is seen in that it is made in one piece and at the same time can transmit horizontal forces.
The guide jaws can be moved and swiveled so that the guide shoe can be detached from the climbing profile. This offers the advantage that the guide shoe of the climbing profile is already solvable at a time when it is initially still in engagement with the climbing profile. However, the ability to disengage the guide jaws from the climbing profile does not require waiting until the scaffold assembly, including the climbing profile, is sufficiently "continued to climb" before the guide shoe can be disassembled. Rather, the guide jaws are already at a time when the climbing profile is still in the range of the considered guide shoe, disengaged from the climbing profile, and the guide shoe is a total disassembled. The Guide jaws are, as mentioned, displaceable and pivotable for this purpose.
Currently, a displaceability along a (in use state) substantially horizontal axis is preferred. Already such a shift may be sufficient to disengage the guide jaws from the climbing profile. Particular advantages, however, arise when the guide jaws additionally pivoted after the described displacement about the horizontal axis described, in a sense can be swung away or folded back from the climbing profile. As a result, for example, they can be "parked" in a folded-back position after a rotation through approximately 180 ° about the horizontal axis described, whereby the disassembly of the guide shoe is facilitated. However, it is also conceivable that the guide jaws are pivotable only about a largely vertical axis in use, to bring them out of engagement with the climbing profile. Furthermore, the guide jaws could initially be displaceable in a largely vertical direction in use, in order, for example, to move them into a region in which pivoting about the vertical direction away from the climbing profile is made possible. This also allows the guide jaw (s) are disengaged from the climbing profile, so that the guide shoe is a total of this solvable.
According to the invention, the at least one guide jaw can be locked in at least one position by at least one spring-loaded locking element. Furthermore, the locking element is biased in at least one locked position. In the position in which the guide jaw is to be locked, it may be, for example, a position in which the guide jaw is so engaged with the climbing profile that this can be performed. Alternatively or In addition, the lockable position may be a position in which the guide jaw is disengaged from the climbing profile, in other words a "park" or standby position. The spring-loaded, biased in a locked position locking increases the ease of use, as in a simple and safe way, an operation of the guide jaws for engaging or disengaging bringing is possible. In particular, by the bias in the locked position, the locking element moves during the adjustment almost automatically in the desired position.
Preferred developments are described in the further claims.
The operability is further improved if the locking element is provided captive. For example, the locking element may be provided such that it moves in one direction against the force of the spring element provided for spring element, and the movement in the other direction is limited by a stop.
In this context, a largely hook-shaped locking element which has, for example, an operating section at the "bow" of the hook is particularly preferred. The locking can be done for example by the short, adjoining the bow leg, and in the region of the long, anschießenden to the bow leg, the hook-shaped locking element can be performed. By pulling, for example by the finger of a hand, on the described arc, the biasing force can be overcome and the locking portion can be disengaged.
As already mentioned, it also offers advantages when the locking element between the locked and unlocked position and preferably also not in the locked position is performed and is arranged for example in a guide. By this measure, the locking element according to the invention differs for example from any arrangements in which a locking element is provided in the form of a Absteckbolzens, which is mounted captive, for example by means of a chain. Such a known Absteckbolzen is neither spring-loaded nor performed in the unlocked, namely pulled-out position. In contrast, the locking element according to the invention is spring-loaded and preferably also guided in the unlocked position. As a result, the locked position can be achieved much easier.
According to the invention, the guide shoe can be fastened by means of at least one fastening element, for example a screw, to a wall or a ceiling of a building to be created. In this case, the guide shoe preferably has at least one opening, for example a lateral opening, through which a fastening element, for example the screw, is accessible. By this measure, the handling of the guide shoe can be further improved because the release of the structure and the subsequent disassembly, even in the presence of a climbing profile in a range "before" the guide shoe is considerably easier. This simple assembly is to emphasize in particular for the inventively preferred one-piece guide shoe, since for complete disassembly only the disengagement bringing the guide jaws and the release of the guide shoe is required in total by the building. Also, the feature described above is to be regarded as a peculiarity that is independent of all the above and below described features of the guide shoe according to the invention and also independently of its advantages unfolds, but can be combined with it.
Preferably, the guide shoe according to the invention is further developed in that at least one support element in a position in which this is disengaged from the climbing profile, can be fixed. In other words, for example, at least one support bolt which serves to cooperate with the climbing cams provided on the climbing profile can be "parked" in a retracted, generally disengaged position. This leads to a further ease of handling, for example when disassembling the guide shoe. Also to the last described feature of the possibility to fix at least one support element in a disengaged position, it should be mentioned that it can be provided independently of all the preceding and following features on a guide shoe to improve its handling. Preferably, however, this feature may be combined with all features described herein.
For the measure described last, at least one spring element is currently preferred, into which the support element can to a certain extent be "snapped" in order to fix it in the disengaged position. With comparatively little effort, the support member can be released from the spring element to return it to the operating position. Under ordinary circumstances, however, such a spring element ensures a reliable fixation of the support element in the "parking position".
Particularly advantageous in this context, the use of at least one spring clip has proven, for example, can be designed so that it "disguised" a disengaged support pin to fix this.
For the "threading" of a climbing profile in the guide shoe is further preferred that the guide shoe itself and / or at least one guide jaw bevelled in at least one direction and / or rounded. As a result, finds the climbing profile in his forward movement in the vertical direction, in which it must be "threaded" in a mounted on the building guide shoe, easier his way. In particular, if there are initially minor inaccuracies in the positional relationship, the bevel and / or rounding can cause the climbing profile to reach its correct position in the guide shoe during its vertical movement.
On the other hand, the solution of the above-mentioned object is achieved by a combination of a guide shoe in one of the previously described embodiments and a climbing profile, in which the climbing profile has at least one bevel at at least one end. In this way, the threading of the climbing profile is further facilitated in an advantageous manner in the interaction between the guide shoe and the climbing profile by, as described above for the guide shoe, any inaccuracies in the positional relationship be remedied by the fact that the climbing profile in a sense "on the bevel along" his Way in the guide shoe finds.

With regard to the various guides mentioned above, it should be emphasized that, as usual in the field of civil engineering, it is sufficient if the corresponding movement is "guided" within certain comparatively extensive tolerances. In essence, it is only important that a directed movement is ensured.
