Abstract
Description
Serving system consisting of a serving tray with grid-like recesses (compartments) and removable inserts.
The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claim I. In order to achieve a high efficiency in serving food and drinks at major events with sometimes several thousand participants (congresses, meetings), food must be prepared in a large number to save space, stored, cooled / heated and served.
It is known to serve food and drinks by means of trays. A relatively new way of serving, especially for larger events, is the portion serving of a buffet. All kinds of dishes are prepared in portions on small plates and bowls and then served to the guests. The guests usually do not sit as usual at tables or tables but move around in a similar manner to a standing reception in the rooms or linger at small bar tables or bar-like counters. The sizes of plates, cups and other containers are different. Likewise, the trays used are different sizes. So that the food does not slip on the trays, they are often covered with cloth napkins, which requires an additional cost. Most of these trays are carried with both hands. In particular, at large dislocations, e.g. Meetings, such serving is extremely "bulky" and inefficient in relation to the staff employed. On average, only about 10 servings per serving staff are served in this way. For clearing other trays are used again, so that the most decorated serving trays do not pollute.
Conventional serving trays of various materials and shapes can not always be used in globally standardized rail systems for storage, cooling, ovens, so-called convection machines, and corresponding transport containers. On traditional trays, plates or bowls have no fixed position, they are "loose" on the tray, so that they can slip or fall completely when serving, carrying and transporting conventional serving trays can due to their material properties a temperature range of -20 ° C to + 80 ° C in an uninterrupted work chain not stand hold without damage. Traditional serving trays are not suitable for direct food contact. Conventional serving trays are not permanently dishwasher-safe, they absorb moisture due to their material properties, swell, warp and have, so used, only a limited period of use. Conventional used food containers such as plates, bowls and small bowls have different sizes in width and height, so that a space-saving arrangement on a conventional serving tray and thus on the standard size camp shelves is not possible. In the conventional preparation and preparation of food of the type described, the individual portions are first deposited on sheets to store / cool them in the standardized rail systems to the serving point. Only shortly before serving these sheets are taken out, then either to heat them in special ovens or to make them on the appropriate plates. In a further step, these must then be put back on the serving trays.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine einfache Vorrichtung zum sicheren und mengenmäßig höherem Service zu schaffen, portions weise zu servierende Speisen auf einem ensprechenden Serviertablett zu placieren, das in weltweit genormten Systeme passt; ein Serviertablett für die Aufnahme von Geschirrteilen mit einer Linienführung im Rastermaß zu schaffen; ein Serviertablett zu schaffen, das auf Grund seiner Materialbeschaffenheit den gesamten Arbeitsprozess begleitet; ein Serviertablett zu schaffen, auf dem die mit einer Linienführung im Rastermaß versehenen Geschirrteile beim Transport und beim Servieren nicht verrutschen, ein Serviertablett zu schaffen, mit dem sich die mit einer Linienführung im Rastermaß versehenen Geschirrteile abräumen lassen und welches selbst Spülmaschinen tauglich ist; Geschirrteile mit einer Linienführung im Rastermaß zu schaffen, die sich konstruktiv in das Serviertablett integrieren lassen; Geschirrteile mit einer Linienführung im Rastermaß zu schaffen, die unterschiedliche Arten von Speisen und Getränke aufnehmen, Geschirrteile mit einer Linienführung im Rastermaß zu schaffen, die von ihrer Gesamthöhe die vorgegebenen Abstände der genormten Lager-, Regal-, Kühl-, Transport- und Ofensysteme berücksichtigen; Geschirrteile mit einer Linienführung im Rastermaß zu schaffen, die keine festgelegte Position auf dem Serviertablett haben sondern flexibel in verschiedenen Größen positioniert werden können; Lösung der AufgabeThe object of the invention is to provide a simple device for safe and quantitatively higher service to place portions to be served food on a ensprechenden serving tray, which fits into world-standard systems; to create a serving tray for the reception of dishes with a grid in lines; to create a serving tray that, due to its material properties, accompanies the entire working process; to provide a serving tray on which the crockery items provided with a ruled line do not slip during transport and serving, to provide a serving tray which can be used to scrape off the crockery items provided with a ruled line and which is suitable even for dishwashers; To create dishes with a grid in the grid, which can be structurally integrated into the serving tray; To create crockery items with a grid in the grid that accommodate different types of food and drinks to create crockery items with a line in the grid that take into account the predetermined distances of the standardized storage, shelf, cooling, transport and oven systems from their overall height ; To create crockery parts with a grid in the grid, which have no fixed position on the serving tray but can be flexibly positioned in different sizes; Solution of the task
This object is achieved by a device having the features of claim 1.
