Definitions

  • the invention relates to a construction work implement according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a construction work implement is formed with an extendable mast having an upper mast member and a lower mast member, wherein the upper mast member is longitudinally displaceable relative to the lower mast member, a linear drive for displacing the two mast members relative to each other wherein the linear drive has an upper drive part, which is linearly actuated relative to a lower drive part of the linear drive, and a locking device for locking the two mast elements in an extended mast position.
  • the invention further relates to a method for operating a construction work implement, in particular a construction work implement according to the invention, according to claim 8.
  • a generic construction equipment is from the JP 2002-285775 known.
  • This document discloses a construction implement with a two-part extendable mast.
  • a mast cylinder is provided to its piston rod with the lower mast element.
  • the mast cylinder has a contact surface, which entrains the upper mast element during extension of the mast cylinder.
  • a feed cylinder for moving a drilling carriage is present.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a construction work implement and a method for operating a construction work tool, which allow for high reliability and versatility a particularly high efficiency.
  • An inventive construction tool is characterized in that the upper drive part of the linear drive is attached to the upper mast elements, that the lower drive part of the linear drive along the lower mast element is displaceable, and that on the lower mast element a fixing device is provided, with which the lower drive part of the linear drive for Moving the upper mast element releasably secured to the lower mast element.
  • an at least two-part mast is provided, the two mast parts extended by means of a linear drive and preferably can also be retracted again.
  • the linear drive is mounted on its upper side on the upper mast element.
  • a central idea of the invention can be seen in that the linear drive on its opposite lower side, however, is set only temporarily on the lower mast element, namely, when the two mast elements by means of the linear drive relative to each other or to be retracted.
  • the temporary attachment of the lower drive part to the lower mast element which is produced by means of the fixing device, makes it possible to transmit the pressure forces, which act upon extension and retraction of the mast elements in the linear drive, to the lower mast element.
  • the mast elements can be fixed relative to one another by means of the locking device, that is, the upper mast element is henceforth supported by the locking device.
  • the invention has recognized that after the production of the locking of the linear drive is no longer required for supporting the upper mast element, so that it can be used for other drive purposes.
  • the lower drive part of the linear drive released after locking the mast elements of the fixing device and thus be released from the lower mast element, so that the lower drive member again along the lower mast elements is displaceable.
  • the linear drive which was initially used to extend the mast, and is suspended from the upper mast element of the now locked mast can now serve other lifting tasks.
  • loads can be raised and lowered along the lower mast element by means of the linear drive.
  • the extension of the mast and the displacement of the drilling carriage along the mast can be accomplished with one and the same linear drive, so that no separate drive for the movement of the carriage relative to the mast is required. Consequently, according to the invention, a particularly economical and at the same time versatile construction equipment is obtained.
  • the linear drive only temporarily, namely in particular for the extension of the mast, is present at the mast base. If the mast is then extended to the desired height, in particular completely, the mast upper part is locked against the mast lower part.
  • the linear drive can henceforth be used for lifting tasks and, for this purpose, for example, be connected to the carriage at its lower drive part.
  • the construction work implement expediently has a control which is set up such that, in particular when the mast is extended, a connection between the lower drive part and the lower mast element for transmitting pressure forces from the lower drive part to the lower mast element is released via the fixing device, when the two mast elements are locked by means of the locking device.
  • the construction implement according to the invention may preferably be a soil cultivating device, for example a drilling device.
  • the linear drive according to the invention is used in particular for extending the upper mast element, ie for increasing the distance. But it can also be used to retract the upper mast element. For retraction can be provided, the lower drive member first set by means of the fixing device again on the lower mast element, then release the locking device and finally retract the linear drive together with the upper mast element. Under the displacement of the mast elements and the linear drive can thus be understood both an extension and a retraction. Under the upper mast element can be understood in particular the erdfernere of the two mast elements.
  • the upper drive part can also be hingedly attached to the upper mast element, so be articulated to the upper mast element.
  • the upper drive part is suitably attached to the upper mast element that tensile forces can be transmitted from the linear drive to the upper mast element via the attachment.
  • a guide device can be provided on the lower or / and on the upper mast element, which leads to the lower mast element displaceable lower drive part. According to the invention, such a guide can still be provided even if the lower drive part is released by the fixing device.
  • the locking device is expediently remotely operable, for example, hydraulically remote-controlled, and may in particular be formed positively.
  • it may have a bolt, in particular bolts, which is carried out for locking by corresponding recesses in the upper mast element and in the lower mast element.
  • the locking device may be provided on the lower mast element.
  • a frictional locking device can be provided.
  • the fixing device is expediently provided in the region of the mast base, that is in a remote from the upper mast element, the bottom end facing the lower mast element.
  • the fixing device defines the lower drive part only in one spatial direction on the lower mast element. Since the displacement of the upper mast element namely usually only compressive forces occur in linear operation, it may be sufficient if the fixing device secures the lower drive part against a directed from the upper mast element away, so a downward displacement.
  • the fixing device has a stop which expediently limits a displacement path of the lower drive part away from the upper mast element, that is to say limits the displacement path towards the bottom.
  • the fixing device is entirely passive without active control elements, so that a structurally particularly simple and reliable construction work equipment is obtained.
  • the stop is designed such that it can absorb at least the forces acting on the linear drive during the extension of the two mast elements and deliver them to the lower mast element.
  • the stop can also be adjustable. In particular, it can be moved out of the path of the lower drive part and retractable into the track. Also, the stop can be provided adjustable in height. According to the invention, the stop is arranged on the lower mast element.

  • the linear drive is a hydraulic cylinder with two opposite piston rods.
  • the upper drive part may be a first piston rod and the lower drive part may be a second piston rod, wherein a cylinder housing is arranged between the two piston rods. Due to the design with two piston rods, a particularly high buckling resistance can be achieved with low weight. • the auxiliary slide can also be connected when pulling a drill string with the carriage.
  • the carriage can be simultaneously connected to the lower drive part of the linear drive, so that the auxiliary slide can support the linear drive, or the carriage can be separated from the lower drive part, so that the auxiliary slide applies the tensile forces alone.
