Abstract

L'appareil électrique basse tension avec au moins un emplacement de repérage (3) selon l'invention comporte un corps isolant (2) comprenant l'emplacement de repérage (3), au nombre d'au moins un, cet emplacement (3) comportant des moyens de fixation (6) d'un élément de repérage (4). L'emplacement de repérage (3) comprend une zone de marquage (5) située par rapport à l'extérieur du corps isolant (2) en avant ou sensiblement dans le même plan que la partie la plus avancée des moyens de fixation (6).

Description

APPAREIL ELECTRIQUE BASSE TENSION AVEC UN EMPLACEMENT DE REPERAGE
La présente invention concerne un appareil électrique basse tension comprenant au moins un emplacement de repérage.
Un tel appareil comporte de façon connue un corps isolant comprenant l'emplacement de repérage, au nombre d'au moins un, cet emplacement comportant des moyens de fixation d'un élément de repérage.
Les emplacements de repérage de type connu, par exemple du document DE202004010070 permettent de rapporter un élément de repérage et de le fixer pour réaliser un marquage de l'appareil.
Il apparaît toutefois que si l'utilisateur n'a pas à sa disposition un élément de repérage d'un type adapté à l'emplacement de repérage, il ne peut pas procéder au marquage de l'appareil.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier à cet inconvénient, en proposant un appareil basse tension dont le marquage est facilité.
A cet effet, la présente invention a pour objet un appareil basse tension du type précité, caractérisé en ce que l'emplacement de repérage comprend une zone de marquage située par rapport à l'extérieur du corps isolant en avant ou sensiblement dans le même plan que la partie la plus avancée des moyens de fixation.
Grâce aux dispositions selon l'invention, il est possible de procéder au marquage de l'appareil basse tension en rapportant un élément de repérage adapté aux moyens de fixation, mais également de procéder au marquage en portant une inscription sur la zone de marquage, ou en procédant à la fixation d'une étiquette sur la zone de marquage, par exemple par collage, en accédant facilement à la zone de marquage. De préférence, les moyens de fixation comprennent au moins deux organes de fixation, la zone de marquage étant située entre les deux organes de fixation.
Avantageusement, des parties de guidages inclinées sont ménagées sur les bords latéraux de la zone de marquage pour faciliter la découpe d'une bande fixée sur la zone de marquage. Ces dispositions permettent par exemple de procéder au collage d'une bande adhésive sur un ensemble d'appareil positionnés côtes à côte sur un rail, puis de découper la bande facilement pour individualiser ces appareils, l'outil de découpe étant guidé par les moyens de guidage entre les parois de deux appareils électriques adjacents.
De préférence, la zone de marquage est une zone sensiblement plane.
Avantageusement, les organes de fixation comprennent un logement muni de moyens de retenue disposés sur un bord du logement situé du côté du centre de l'emplacement de fixation par rapport au logement.
Ces dispositions permettent d'une part de faciliter l'encliquetage et d'autre part de réduire l'encombrement de l'emplacement de repérage. Il suffit en effet d'appuyer au centre de l'élément de repérage pour que les pattes de l'élément de repérage de forme complémentaire du logement s'écartent et se rabattent dans le logement.
De préférence, les organes de fixation situés de part et d'autre de la zone de marquage comprennent des butées latérales asymétriques.
Ces dispositions permettent d'assurer un maintien latéral de l'élément de repérage tout en permettant de retirer facilement celui par un mouvement rotatif.
Avantageusement, la zone de marquage présente une largeur supérieure à 5 mm, et de préférence supérieure à 9 mm.
Ces dispositions permettent d'assurer une surface suffisante pour réaliser un marquage ou un collage sur la zone de marquage. De toute façon, l'invention sera bien comprise à l'aide de la description qui suit, en référence au dessin schématique annexé représentant, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, une forme d'exécution de ce module et de ce montage.
La figure 1 représente une vue en coupe partielle d'une partie d'un appareil selon l'invention comprenant un emplacement de repérage.
La figure 2 est une vue de détail de la figure 1 , a échelle agrandie.
La figure 3 est une vue de dessus de l'emplacement de repérage dé figure 1.
Selon un mode de réalisation représenté sur les figures 1 à 3, un appareil électrique basse tension comporte un corps isolant 2 comportant au moins un emplacement de fixation 3 d'un élément de repérage 4. L'emplacement de repérage comprend une zone de marquage plane 5 située entre deux organes de fixation 6, cette zone étant située en avant ou sensiblement dans le même plan que la partie la plus avancée des organes de fixation 6. La zone de marquage présente une largeur de l'ordre d'1 cm.
Des parties de guidages inclinées 7 sont ménagées sur les bords latéraux de la zone de marquage pour faciliter la découpe d'une bande fixée sur la zone de marquage 5.
Les organes de fixation 6 sont constitués par des logements formés par deux cavités comprenant une arête de retenue 8, destinés à recevoir des pattes de fixation élastiques 9 de l'élément de repérage 4 susceptible de coopérer avec l'arête de retenue 10, situées de part et d'autre de cet élément de repérage 4.
L'arête de retenue 8 est située sur un bord de la cavité 6 situé du côté du centre de l'emplacement de repérage par rapport à la cavité. Les cavités situées des deux côtés de l'emplacement sont délimitées respectivement par des butées latérales 12 asymétriques.
Comme il va de soi, l'invention ne se limite pas à la seule forme de réalisation de cet appareil, décrite ci-dessus à titre d'exemple, mais elle embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Appareil électrique basse tension avec au moins un emplacement de repérage (3), comportant un corps isolant (2) comprenant l'emplacement de repérage (3), au nombre d'au moins un, cet emplacement (3) comportant des moyens de fixation (6) d'un élément de repérage (4), caractérisé en ce que l'emplacement de repérage (3) comprend une zone de marquage (5) située par rapport à l'extérieur du corps isolant (2) en avant ou sensiblement dans le même plan que la partie la plus avancée des moyens de fixation (6).
2. Appareil selon la revendication 1 , dans lequel les moyens de fixation comprennent au moins deux organes de fixation (6), la zone de marquage étant située entre les deux organes de fixation (6).
3. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel des parties de guidages inclinées (7) sont ménagées sur les bords latéraux de la zone de marquage (5) pour faciliter la découpe d'une bande fixée sur la zone de marquage (5).
4. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la zone de marquage (5) est une zone sensiblement plane.
5. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, dans lequel les organes de fixation (6) comprennent un logement muni de moyens de retenue (8) disposés sur un bord du logement (6) situé du côté du centre de l'emplacement de fixation (3) par rapport au logement (6).
6. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, dans lequel les organes de fixation (6) situés de part et d'autre de la zone de marquage (5) comprennent des butées latérales asymétriques (12).
7. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la zone de marquage présente une largeur supérieure à 5 mm, et de préférence supérieure à 9 mm.
