Le système de porte selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'une branche du profilé de guidage (10b) de l'autre guide linéaire (8b) supporte également le poids du vantail de porte coulissante (2), le profilé de guidage (10a, 10b) étant logé au moyen d'un palier à circulation de billes, d'un guide à rouleaux ou d'un guide coulissant à grande capacité de charge, sur une barre de guidage (9a, 9b).
