Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour mise en forme capillaire, comprenant une poignée (2), un corps de chauffe allongé (3) destiné à chauffer les cheveux, un élément terminal (4) et un mécanisme (19) destiné à emprisonner de manière libérable les extrémités des cheveux devant être mis en forme, ledit corps de chauffe (3) présentant une première partie d'extrémité (21) associée à la poignée (2) et une deuxième partie d'extrémité (22) opposée à cette première partie d'extrémité (21), ledit élément terminal (4) étant associé au corps de chauffe (3) au niveau de la deuxième partie d'extrémité (22),
    caractérisé en ce que ledit mécanisme (19) destiné à emprisonner de manière libérable les extrémités des cheveux est associé à l'élément terminal (4), ledit élément terminal (4) étant séparé du corps de chauffe (3) et étant conçu pour traiter les extrémités des cheveux de façon différente de la partie restante de la mèche de cheveux traitée par le corps de chauffe (3).
  2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit élément terminal (4) est tel qu'il ne permet pas de transférer de la chaleur aux extrémités des cheveux.
  3. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit élément terminal (4) présente une partie conçue pour être en contact avec les extrémités des cheveux, qui est constituée d'un matériau thermiquement isolant.
  4. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ledit élément terminal (4) comprend une fente (10) destinée à l'insertion des extrémités des cheveux.
  5. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit mécanisme d'emprisonnement (19) comprend au moins un élément élastique (12) qui est logé à l'intérieur de ladite fente (10) et qui est conçu pour permettre l'insertion et l'emprisonnement de manière libérable des extrémités des cheveux entre l'élément élastique (12) lui-même et une paroi (24b) de la fente (10).
  6. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ladite paroi (24b) de la fente (10) est constituée d'un matériau thermiquement isolant.
  7. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans lequel ledit élément élastique (12) pousse activement contre ladite paroi (24b) de la fente (10).
  8. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, dans lequel ledit élément élastique (12) présente une forme allongée le long d'un axe longitudinal et présente une surface plate, qui est inclinée par rapport audit axe longitudinal et fait face à une paroi de ladite fente (10) de manière à former un guide (14) destiné à faciliter l'insertion desdites extrémités des cheveux.
  9. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, dans lequel ledit mécanisme (19) destiné à emprisonner les extrémités des cheveux comprend également un élément d'accessoire (16) logé à l'intérieur de ladite fente (10) de manière à dépasser dudit élément terminal (4), la partie (18) de l'élément d'accessoire (16) dépassant dudit élément terminal (4) étant conçue pour diviser les cheveux en mèches.
  10. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'élément élastique (12) est logé à l'intérieur dudit élément d'accessoire (16).
  11. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la deuxième partie d'extrémité (22) dudit corps de chauffe (3) est creuse, de manière à loger au moins partiellement ledit élément terminal (4) en son sein.
  12. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit corps de chauffe (3) comprend un élément de chauffe électrique en son sein.
  13. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit élément terminal (4) ne comporte pas d'éléments de chauffe électrique.
  14. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le mécanisme (19) destiné à emprisonner les extrémités des cheveux est distinct de l'élément terminal (4).
  15. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément élastique (12) comprend un dispositif de réglage destiné à permettre le réglage de la force de préhension des cheveux en fonction du type de cheveux à mettre en forme.
