Definitions
- the invention relates to a holding device according to the preamble of claim 1 for a shower device, wherein the holding device is fixed to a rod.
- the problem here is that an adjustment of a clamping device to different manufacturing tolerances of both the rod and the holder and possibly the clamping device itself is necessary, which must be performed separately for each holding device. Furthermore, the clamping effect or friction effect in a dry rod can be quite different than with a wet rod, so that in one case, the clamping effect may be far stronger than necessary and in the other case marginally low.
- EP 091032 A2 which represents the closest prior art EP 091032 A2 describes a holding device with rod for a shower device.
- a piston In the tubular rod is a piston with an annular permanent magnet, which is associated with a corresponding other permanent magnet in a movable carriage.
- the NL 1028853 C1 describes a further holding device with rod, on which a displaceable holder for a hand shower and a further holder are arranged. These have magnets which hold the holders on the rod and secure against independent displacement.
- the DE 1489255 A describes another similar holding device with a rod and a holder movable thereon.
- the holder is a permanent magnet with two laterally arranged pole shoes, which reach from the outside of the rod. Due to the magnetic force of the holder holds the hand shower in the desired position on the rod.
- the invention has for its object to provide a holding device mentioned above, with a pivoting of the hand shower is possible in at least two angular positions.
- the rod of the holding device is on a wall or the like. fixed, advantageously with vertical orientation. It is hollow or has an inner space, as is customary for such rods for holding shower facilities.
- the holding device has a holder for the shower device, which can be fastened to the rod, wherein the holder can be moved or moved on the rod, in particular for height adjustment.
- the shower device by clamping or insertion in an opening on the holding device or on the holder can be fastened, so it can be removed.
- a carriage which is arranged displaceably therein, wherein the displaceability is opposite to a certain clamping action or friction effect. This means that the carriage can only be moved with effort.
- the carriage has at least one magnet or a magnetic element.
- the holder engages over the rod and has a plurality of magnets or magnetic elements, wherein a magnet is provided either on the holder and / or on the carriage, so in no case should two magnetic elements come into interaction.
- magnets and magnetic elements For example, comprises ferromagnetic materials, but at least two cooperating elements is always at least one magnet or a permanent magnet.
- the magnets are provided such that the holder can be mounted on the rod such that in a holding position of the holding means, the magnet of the carriage interacts with one of the magnets of the holder.
- the magnet of the carriage thus holds the magnet of the holder and thus prevents slipping or falling off of the holder.
- the carriage itself is advantageously held in the rod by its own frictional action or clamping effect, wherein this clamping effect or friction effect can be particularly advantageous by the attractive force of the magnets.
- a holder for the shower device is indeed fixed with clamping effect or friction effect on the rod.
- this is mainly caused by the carriage, and since this is in the interior of the rod, there are always the same conditions, so no change of moisture or dryness, which makes a complex adjustment necessary.
- the holder Due to the holding force of the magnets, the holder can be fixed through the rod or through the wall thereof.
- the retainer cuffs around the rod and may include other means for providing increased frictional engagement with the rod to further prevent slippage, but need not be. This will be discussed in more detail below.
- the at least one magnet on the carriage and the magnets are arranged on the holder so that they have the smallest possible distance from each other in the holding position of the holding device. They become advantageous essentially held at a distance from the wall thickness of the rod or more to each other.
- a plurality of magnets are advantageously also provided on the carriage and distributed particularly advantageous in the direction of displacement of the carriage on the rod. It can be at least two or more magnets.
- the magnets on the carriage and also on the holder should extend fairly or as far as possible along this displacement direction in order to improve the holding effect as much as possible. In this case, they can be provided, for example, at or near one end of the carriage, ie above and below.
- the magnets on the holder are particularly advantageous arranged exactly the same as the carriage.
- the magnets are advantageously mounted on the carriage on the side, which point to the shower attachment to be fastened to the shower.
- a tilting moment of a rod attached to the holder can be taken into account, and to be provided an upper magnet on the back of the carriage and a lower magnet on the front of the carriage.
- Magnets are suitably provided on the holder, since in each case the smallest possible distance between the corresponding magnets of the carriage and holder can be achieved.
- a friction effect of the carriage is formed on the rod as a permanent frictional resistance or as a kind of friction brake.
- projections and / or sections of elastic material may be provided, which presses the carriage against the rod.
- elastomers such as rubber or the like. at. They can develop a frictional effect, which in some places of the carriage tends to be punctiform or in at least one place substantially ring around the sledge.
- their elasticity or their dimensioning should be such that they unfold an approximately equal frictional effect in view of the production tolerances for the rod and the slide as well as for themselves.
- a friction brake may be designed so that their essential frictional action is created or activatable by the force of attraction of the magnets of the carriage and the magnets of the holder or their attraction effect or at least substantially influenced by it.
- the slide in the pole may under certain circumstances have so much play that he just does not fall down by his own weight. Only when the magnets of the holder pull the carriage with its magnet against the rod or press uses such a friction brake with its main frictional effect. This allows a largely independent of manufacturing tolerances, since this defined friction effect does not depend on influences such as diameter of the rod or diameter of the carriage, which is subject to larger manufacturing tolerances.
- a further friction brake can be provided on the holder itself, ie outside of the rod. This can either act permanently or only be effected by a torque which prevails with held Effervescent device when an operator has released the holder after a possible adjustment.
- a friction brake on the holder can also be reinforced by the attraction of the magnets or even activated, as it has been explained in a similar manner previously for a friction brake on the carriage.
- a freewheel device may be provided, which makes a movement of the holder together with the carriage in one direction easier than in the other. This can be achieved that an upward adjustment is very easy.
- the holding device need not be applied by the holding device actually no major forces, but only down, so that the holder does not slip on the rod. It is possible that the freewheel device is active or effective only in a sliding position when the holder is attached to the rod.
- the freewheel device is formed on the carriage and has a rolling or spherical body.
- This is arranged in a receptacle on the carriage between the carriage and the wall of the rod, wherein the receptacle is provided in the manner of an oblique recess or with an inclined wall to the inside of the wall of the rod.
- This rolling or spherical body can be mounted in the receptacle in such a way that it slips upwards out of the slope during movement of the holder and thus does not hinder the movement.
- the holder is moved downwards, it is pressed into the slope, in particular by friction by abutment against the wall of the rod, and thus the frictional effect in this direction is increased.
- a hydraulic freewheel device can be provided.
- the carriage is sealed against the inside of the wall or the inner cross section of the rod and the rod as a whole is filled with a fluid, preferably a liquid such as an oil.
- the carriage has a through valve, so that during a movement of the carriage in the rod, a fluid exchange between the two divisions formed by the carriage can take place in the bar.
- This passage valve has a higher flow resistance or a smaller flow cross-section with a movement of the carriage downwards than in the direction of movement of the carriage upwards.
- Such a passage valve can, for example, by differently formed slats or check valves or the like. be formed.
- the holder is pivotable relative to the rod to a greater extent.
- a plurality of magnets are arranged according to the invention on two opposite sides of the carriage and the holder has a holder portion which engages around the rod or engages over. This spreading takes place with a sleeve-like holder portion in which an opening is provided.
- Such an opening in the holder portion is at least partially considerably larger than the rod itself to create the pivoting possibility.
- the opening of a narrower part which corresponds for example substantially to the outer cross section of the rod, in another part and thus forms an extension.
- This extension extends in a pivoting plane of the holder, and more preferably, the opening transitions upward into the extension so that a lower end of the holder is less pivoted than an upper one.
- the magnets of the carriage lie in the pivoting plane of the holder.
- the holder itself also has magnets, namely on a back and a front side, approximately in the pivoting plane, so that they are each seen in the pivoting plane relative to corresponding magnets on the carriage.
- There may be defined two pivotal positions of the holder in that the holder bears against the bar respectively with the front or the rear end of the opening. In a first pivot position, the magnets on the front of the holder bear against the rod, and in a second pivot position, the magnets on the back of the holder contact the rod. In this case, the holder is pivoted further away from the rod in the second pivoting position, so that advantageously a shower device attached thereto is also further pivoted away from the rod and has a different angle.
- a pivoting of the holder relative to the rod in a pivoting plane may be designed differently.
- the carriage on one side or on both sides of the carriage with the same or maximum distance to the pivot plane magnets, in particular they are arranged outside the pivot plane and with magnets on both sides symmetrical to the pivot plane.
- opposite magnets are arranged in one or two rows on the side of the rod such that here several rows are provided, which are exactly opposite depending on the pivot position of the magnet on the carriage. This means that all magnets are outside the pivot plane and in each pivot position further pivoting or pivoting back is prevented by the magnetic force, which simultaneously secures the holder against slipping.
- a rod may be formed as a tube with a rounded cross section, for example with a circular cross section. alternative may be provided an angular cross section, for example, a flat rectangular cross-section.
- the rod is not a closed tube, but is for example designed in the manner of a U-profile, wherein the legs may also be very short under certain circumstances.
- a U-shaped undercut profile is formed, so that a carriage with this clamping effect can be supported therein to prevent slipping and losing.
- an aforementioned profile is referred to as a rod, and the invention can also be realized, possibly even with a flat profile as a rod.
- Fig. 1 shows a conventional holding device 11 for a dashed hand shower head 12, with a rod 14.
- the rod 14 may in the usual way and manner be attached to a wall, not shown here, be screwed for example at both ends.
- the rod has an inner space 14 and is a closed tube with a circular cross-section and a small wall thickness.
- the holding device 11 has a holder 17 with a clamping part 19 projecting to the left into which the lower part of the hand shower 12 can be plugged or clamped in the usual manner for holding.
- the clamp member 19 is adjustably mounted on a holder portion 20.
- the holder portion 20 has an opening 21 to the right and thus engages around the rod 14 like a cuff.
- the opening 21 is only slightly larger than the rod 14, so that the holder 17 without significant friction along the rod 14 can be moved. But it can be provided on the inside of the opening 21 additional, the friction-increasing coatings or rubber parts, in particular in Fig. 1 left at the opening. This will be discussed in more detail later.
- the holder portion 20 has two superimposed magnets 22, for example permanent magnets, which are arranged along an axis which is parallel to the dash-dotted center longitudinal axis the rod 14 extends.
- the magnets 22 are located at a very small distance from the rod 14 or they are only covered by a thin material region of the holder portion 20.
- a carriage 30 having a cross section which is a little smaller than that of the interior 15 of the rod 14, of the shape but this corresponds.
- the carriage 30 has two magnets 32, which are approximately as large as the magnets 22 in the holder 17 and these are arranged exactly opposite, ie along a line parallel to the central longitudinal axis of the rod 14 straight lines.
- the carriage 30 may be made of plastic, for example, in particular be a plastic injection molded part.
- the magnets 32 can either be injected or subsequently be pressed into corresponding recesses or glued. As explained above, it is possible to replace either only the magnets 22 or only the magnets 32 by magnetic or ferromagnetic elements such as iron pieces. Thus, the magnetic attraction can still be achieved for mounting on the rod 14th
- the carriage 30 has a circumferential oblique groove 34, with a shape which is obliquely towards the outside of the carriage 30 at the top and approximately at right angles below.
- a ball 35 In the groove 34 is a ball 35.
- Groove 34 and ball 35 form a kind of freewheel for the carriage 30 in the sense that upon movement of the carriage 30 upwards the ball 35 loosely seated in the groove.
- the ball 35 When moving downward, the ball is clamped between the slope of the groove 34 and the inside of the rod 14 and here increases the frictional effect, which opposes the easy mobility of the carriage 30 down.
- the ball 35 may advantageously have a strong rubbing surface, for example a kind of rubber surface.
- rubber rings 37 used for additional friction effect.
- the slide 30 is pulled by the force of attraction of the magnets 22 and 32 to each other even more to the left to the holder 17 and thus presses even more against the inside of the rod 14. So here the friction is increased, so that the carriage 30 and the magnetically coupled with him holder 17 together with hand shower 12 does not slip off.
- the friction influencing facilities or the freewheel in the form of the groove 34 with ball 35 ensures that the frictional force of the carriage 30 in the rod 14 is not or only slightly influenced by conventional manufacturing tolerances. Rather, for example, by magnetic attraction of the carriage 30 in the rod 14 to the left a relatively well-defined or definable friction present, which is largely independent of manufacturing tolerances and under certain circumstances makes adjustment unnecessary.
- a in Fig. 1 illustrated freewheel with the groove 34 and the ball 35 as a mechanical freewheel could be a longitudinal bore provided by the carriage 30, for example, by its central axis.
- a through valve may be provided with well-defined passage characteristics.
- the entire rod 14 is then filled with a fluid such as oil and sealed at both ends. Now, if the carriage is moved up or down, the fluid must pass through the gate valve, so that in turn there is a kind of friction or braking action of the carriage inside the rod.
- Such a passage valve could also be designed to allow the carriage to move upwardly with the flow direction of the fluid from top to bottom through the carriage more easily than movements in the reverse direction.
- a displacement of the holding device 11 can be made easier upward than down.
- This can be realized either by a passage valve with different properties in both directions or by two through valves, which only allow fluid to pass in the opposite direction, but provide for a larger passage cross-section for easier movement of the carriage upwards than for a downward movement.
- Another advantageous effect of the rubber rings 37 is not only in the increased friction or holding effect, but also in that they prevent the carriage in the rod 14 falls down when the holder 17 is not yet placed on the rod 14 or has been removed or the magnetic coupling between the magnets 22 in the holder and the magnets 32 in the carriage 30 is interrupted.
- the friction of the rubber rings 37 in the rod 14 should be sufficiently large to maintain the weight of the carriage 30.
- FIG Fig. 2 A particularly simple embodiment of a carriage 130 is shown in FIG Fig. 2 shown at a holding device 111, which in turn on a same rod 14 as in Fig. 1 is arranged.
- the holder 17 is as in Fig. 1 educated. The difference is only in the carriage 130, Neither groove nor ball or rubber rings Fig. 1 having.
- they are very thin, so that a distance between the magnets 22 and 132 is as small as possible for the largest possible magnetic force.
- Fig. 3 is a holding device 211 according to the invention arranged on a rod 14 as before.
- the holder 217 has a clamping part 219, which in turn points to the left and into which, similar to in Fig. 1 , a hand shower, not shown, can be inserted.
- the clamping member 219 is integrally into a holder portion 220 which engages around the rod 14. This can also be in addition to the sidecut top in Fig. 3 in the cross-section below in Fig. 3 be recognized.
- the clamping part 219 forms a kind of outer shell into which an inner part is inserted. However, this is done in the present example only for manufacturing reasons and not mandatory. So far as regards Fig. 3 the part surrounding the rod 14 is a holder portion 220.
- an opening 221 in the holder portion 220 has a shape which, although always the width of the rod 14, but is widened to the left to almost double the diameter of the rod 14. It can be seen as dashed is shown that the holder 217 can be pivoted on the rod 14 with two end positions, the left shown in solid lines and the right dashed lines.
- magnets 222 are provided along a line parallel to the longitudinal central axis of the rod 14, four each above the other. Furthermore, as viewed from above, four magnets 222 are disposed along the leftmost extremity of the opening 221 and fixed in the holder portion 220, respectively. Thus, there are two rows of magnets 222.
- the holder portion 220 has a flat and wide circumferential plastic or rubber ring 240. This is arranged in a corresponding recess on the inside of the holder portion 220. On the one hand, it can improve a frictional effect of the holder 217 on the rod 14 in order to prevent it from slipping downwards. Furthermore, it may act as a kind of hinge for pivoting the holder 217 on the rod 14, possibly also with low friction, in order to compensate for a mechanically necessary clearance in the opening 221.
- a carriage 230 At the height of the holder portion 220 is located in the rod 14, a carriage 230.
- This carriage 230 is similar to that from Fig. 2 formed, wherein it has considerably more magnets 232, namely four magnets 232 on each other. Furthermore, these magnets 232 are not only provided on the left-facing part of the carriage 230, but also on the right-facing, as in particular Fig. 3 can be seen well below. Rubber pads, as they are made of Fig. 2 may possibly be provided to enhance the friction effect. Furthermore, of course, even with such a carriage 230 a kind of freewheeling similar Fig. 1 be provided.
- FIG Fig. 4 Yet another holding device 311 according to the invention is shown in FIG Fig. 4 shown.
- a holder 317 has a clamping portion 319 projecting to the left similar to that Fig. 3 , A turn similar to in Fig. 3 formed holder portion 320 joins thereto and surrounds the rod 14.
- a plurality of magnets 322 are provided, as can be seen in the lower plan view.
- the magnets 322 are provided along three lines which meet approximately at the level of the lower rubber ring 340, that is, approximately at a pivot axis. Due to the formation of the holder portion 320 with the opening 321, the holder 317 can in turn be pivoted on the rod 14. However, here are not just how in Fig.
- a carriage 330 is basically designed to be relatively similar to the carriage 230 according to FIG Fig. 3 , However, the two rows of several magnets are not left and right in the plane of the drawing oriented, but forward and backward as it is in Fig. 4 shown below.
- the sled out Fig. 3 is twisted 90 °, so to speak.
- Magnets on the carriage and the holder may not be provided on both sides, but only on one side. If these magnets are strong enough, there will still be enough magnetic force to hold the holder against slipping. At the same time, in turn, the increase of the clamping action on the rod 14 can be achieved therebetween with increasing the friction effect.

The problem here is that an adjustment of a clamping device to different manufacturing tolerances of both the rod and the holder and possibly the clamping device itself is necessary, which must be performed separately for each holding device. The invention has for its object to provide a holding device mentioned above, with a pivoting of the hand shower is possible in at least two angular positions.
This object is achieved by a holding device with the features of
The rod of the holding device is on a wall or the like. fixed, advantageously with vertical orientation. It is hollow or has an inner space, as is customary for such rods for holding shower facilities. The holding device has a holder for the shower device, which can be fastened to the rod, wherein the holder can be moved or moved on the rod, in particular for height adjustment. Advantageously, the shower device by clamping or insertion in an opening on the holding device or on the holder can be fastened, so it can be removed. According to the invention in the rod, a carriage, which is arranged displaceably therein, wherein the displaceability is opposite to a certain clamping action or friction effect. This means that the carriage can only be moved with effort. The carriage has at least one magnet or a magnetic element. The holder engages over the rod and has a plurality of magnets or magnetic elements, wherein a magnet is provided either on the holder and / or on the carriage, so in no case should two magnetic elements come into interaction. In the following description, only magnetic is used, and it is assumed that these are magnets and magnetic elements For example, comprises ferromagnetic materials, but at least two cooperating elements is always at least one magnet or a permanent magnet.
The magnets are provided such that the holder can be mounted on the rod such that in a holding position of the holding means, the magnet of the carriage interacts with one of the magnets of the holder. The magnet of the carriage thus holds the magnet of the holder and thus prevents slipping or falling off of the holder. The carriage itself is advantageously held in the rod by its own frictional action or clamping effect, wherein this clamping effect or friction effect can be particularly advantageous by the attractive force of the magnets.
Thus, it is possible that a holder for the shower device is indeed fixed with clamping effect or friction effect on the rod. However, this is mainly caused by the carriage, and since this is in the interior of the rod, there are always the same conditions, so no change of moisture or dryness, which makes a complex adjustment necessary. Due to the holding force of the magnets, the holder can be fixed through the rod or through the wall thereof. The retainer cuffs around the rod and may include other means for providing increased frictional engagement with the rod to further prevent slippage, but need not be. This will be discussed in more detail below.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the at least one magnet on the carriage and the magnets are arranged on the holder so that they have the smallest possible distance from each other in the holding position of the holding device. They become advantageous essentially held at a distance from the wall thickness of the rod or more to each other.
In a further embodiment of the invention, a plurality of magnets are advantageously also provided on the carriage and distributed particularly advantageous in the direction of displacement of the carriage on the rod. It can be at least two or more magnets. The magnets on the carriage and also on the holder should extend fairly or as far as possible along this displacement direction in order to improve the holding effect as much as possible. In this case, they can be provided, for example, at or near one end of the carriage, ie above and below. The magnets on the holder are particularly advantageous arranged exactly the same as the carriage.
The magnets are advantageously mounted on the carriage on the side, which point to the shower attachment to be fastened to the shower. In an embodiment of the invention, a tilting moment of a rod attached to the holder can be taken into account, and to be provided an upper magnet on the back of the carriage and a lower magnet on the front of the carriage. Magnets are suitably provided on the holder, since in each case the smallest possible distance between the corresponding magnets of the carriage and holder can be achieved.
In one embodiment of the invention can be provided that a friction effect of the carriage is formed on the rod as a permanent frictional resistance or as a kind of friction brake. For this purpose, projections and / or sections of elastic material may be provided, which presses the carriage against the rod. For example, elastomers such as rubber or the like. at. They can develop a frictional effect, which in some places of the carriage tends to be punctiform or in at least one place substantially ring around the sledge. Furthermore, their elasticity or their dimensioning should be such that they unfold an approximately equal frictional effect in view of the production tolerances for the rod and the slide as well as for themselves.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, a friction brake may be designed so that their essential frictional action is created or activatable by the force of attraction of the magnets of the carriage and the magnets of the holder or their attraction effect or at least substantially influenced by it. This means that the magnets of the carriage and the holder tighten in the holding position and thus press the carriage on the holder and against the rod, so that advantageously projections and / or portions of the aforementioned elastic and provided with high friction material , In this case, the slide in the pole may under certain circumstances have so much play that he just does not fall down by his own weight.
In an additional embodiment of the invention, a further friction brake can be provided on the holder itself, ie outside of the rod. This can either act permanently or only be effected by a torque which prevails with held Effervescent device when an operator has released the holder after a possible adjustment. Finally, a friction brake on the holder can also be reinforced by the attraction of the magnets or even activated, as it has been explained in a similar manner previously for a friction brake on the carriage.
In an embodiment of the invention, a freewheel device may be provided, which makes a movement of the holder together with the carriage in one direction easier than in the other. This can be achieved that an upward adjustment is very easy. Here, need not be applied by the holding device actually no major forces, but only down, so that the holder does not slip on the rod. It is possible that the freewheel device is active or effective only in a sliding position when the holder is attached to the rod.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the freewheel device is formed on the carriage and has a rolling or spherical body. This is arranged in a receptacle on the carriage between the carriage and the wall of the rod, wherein the receptacle is provided in the manner of an oblique recess or with an inclined wall to the inside of the wall of the rod. This rolling or spherical body can be mounted in the receptacle in such a way that it slips upwards out of the slope during movement of the holder and thus does not hinder the movement. When the holder is moved downwards, it is pressed into the slope, in particular by friction by abutment against the wall of the rod, and thus the frictional effect in this direction is increased.
As an alternative to a mechanical freewheel device with rolling or spherical bodies, a hydraulic freewheel device can be provided. In this case, the carriage is sealed against the inside of the wall or the inner cross section of the rod and the rod as a whole is filled with a fluid, preferably a liquid such as an oil. The carriage has a through valve, so that during a movement of the carriage in the rod, a fluid exchange between the two divisions formed by the carriage can take place in the bar. This passage valve has a higher flow resistance or a smaller flow cross-section with a movement of the carriage downwards than in the direction of movement of the carriage upwards. Such a passage valve can, for example, by differently formed slats or check valves or the like. be formed.
According to the invention, the holder is pivotable relative to the rod to a greater extent. For this purpose, a plurality of magnets are arranged according to the invention on two opposite sides of the carriage and the holder has a holder portion which engages around the rod or engages over. This spreading takes place with a sleeve-like holder portion in which an opening is provided. Such an opening in the holder portion is at least partially considerably larger than the rod itself to create the pivoting possibility. In this case, the opening of a narrower part, which corresponds for example substantially to the outer cross section of the rod, in another part and thus forms an extension. This extension extends in a pivoting plane of the holder, and more preferably, the opening transitions upward into the extension so that a lower end of the holder is less pivoted than an upper one.
Furthermore, it is possible that the magnets of the carriage lie in the pivoting plane of the holder. The holder itself also has magnets, namely on a back and a front side, approximately in the pivoting plane, so that they are each seen in the pivoting plane relative to corresponding magnets on the carriage. There may be defined two pivotal positions of the holder in that the holder bears against the bar respectively with the front or the rear end of the opening.
Alternatively, a pivoting of the holder relative to the rod in a pivoting plane may be designed differently. For this purpose, can be arranged on the carriage on one side or on both sides of the carriage with the same or maximum distance to the pivot plane magnets, in particular they are arranged outside the pivot plane and with magnets on both sides symmetrical to the pivot plane. On the holder in each case opposite magnets are arranged in one or two rows on the side of the rod such that here several rows are provided, which are exactly opposite depending on the pivot position of the magnet on the carriage. This means that all magnets are outside the pivot plane and in each pivot position further pivoting or pivoting back is prevented by the magnetic force, which simultaneously secures the holder against slipping.
On the one hand, a rod may be formed as a tube with a rounded cross section, for example with a circular cross section. alternative may be provided an angular cross section, for example, a flat rectangular cross-section. In yet a further embodiment of the invention, the rod is not a closed tube, but is for example designed in the manner of a U-profile, wherein the legs may also be very short under certain circumstances. Advantageously, a U-shaped undercut profile is formed, so that a carriage with this clamping effect can be supported therein to prevent slipping and losing. However, in the context of this application, an aforementioned profile is referred to as a rod, and the invention can also be realized, possibly even with a flat profile as a rod.

The
At about halfway up, the

It can even be provided that the
By using the rubber rings 37 and possibly further, the friction influencing facilities or the freewheel in the form of the

Such a passage valve could also be designed to allow the carriage to move upwardly with the flow direction of the fluid from top to bottom through the carriage more easily than movements in the reverse direction. Thus, a displacement of the holding
Another advantageous effect of the rubber rings 37 is not only in the increased friction or holding effect, but also in that they prevent the carriage in the

On the

The attraction of the magnets, in turn, forces the

In the dash-dotted pivot position of the
