However, here are not just how in Fig. 3 shown, two pivotal positions, namely in the respective outermost ends of the pivoting movement possible, the right being shown in dashed lines, but also an intermediate position shown in phantom. For this purpose, a carriage 330 is basically designed to be relatively similar to the carriage 230 according to FIG Fig. 3 , However, the two rows of several magnets are not left and right in the plane of the drawing oriented, but forward and backward as it is in Fig. 4 shown below. The sled out Fig. 3 is twisted 90 °, so to speak.

Zu beiden Seiten der Magnete 332 im Schlitten 330 befinden sich in jeder der drei Schwenkstellungen Magnete 322 am Halter 317 und sichern so diese Schwenkstellung. Es ist klar, dass bei dieser Anordnung die Kraft, mit der der Schlitten 330 zu dem Halter 317 bzw. den ihn umgebenen Halterabschnitt 320 gezogen wird, durch die beidseitige Anordnung der Magnete 222 und 322 aufgehoben wird, so dass sich keine magnetisch hervorgerufene Klemmwirkung an der Stange 14 ergibt. Um das Wegfallen dieser Klemmwirkung für die Erhöhung der Reibungswirkung gegen ein Abrutschen des Halters 317 an der Stange 14 zu ersetzen weist der Schlitten 330 wiederum Gummipads 338 auf, wie sie bereits zuvor zu Fig. 2 beschrieben worden sind.On both sides of the magnets 332 in the carriage 330 are located in each of the three pivot positions magnets 322 on the holder 317 and thus secure this pivotal position. Claims (14)

  1. Holding device (11, 111, 211, 311) having a rod (14) for a shower device (12) on the rod (14), where said rod is fixed to a wall or the like and has an interior space (15) and the holding device (11, 111, 211, 311) has a holder (17, 117, 217, 317) attachable to the rod (14) for the shower device (12), where the holder is designed movable along the rod, where a slide (30, 130, 230, 330) is arranged movably inside the rod with a certain clamping effect and friction effect, where the slide has at least one magnet (32, 132, 232, 332) or one magnetic element and where the holder (17, 117, 217, 317) has several further magnets (22, 122, 222, 322) or magnetic elements, where the holder grips around the rod (14) to attach the holder at least such that in a holding position the magnet (32, 132, 232, 332) or the magnetic element of the slide (30, 130, 230, 330) interacts with the magnets (22, 122, 222, 322) or magnetic elements of the holder (17, 117, 217, 317) with magnetic attraction to prevent by said magnetic attraction the holder slipping downwards, where several of the magnets (232, 332) are arranged on two opposite sides of the slide (230, 330) and the holder (217, 317) has a sleeve-like holder section (220, 320) with an opening (221, 321) gripping around the rod (14), characterized in that the opening (221, 321) in the holder section is considerably larger than the rod (14) at least in some areas in order to create a possibility for swiveling the holder (217, 317), where the opening (221, 321) merges from a narrower part into a wider part and thereby forms a widened portion extending in a swivel plane of the holder (217, 317).
  2. Holding device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the magnets (32, 132, 232, 332) are arranged on the slide (30, 130, 230, 330) and the magnets (22, 122, 222, 322) on the holder (17, 117, 217, 317) in such a way that they have the shortest distance from one another in the holding position.
  3. Holding device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that along the movement direction of the slide (30, 130, 230, 330) on the rod (14) at least two of the magnets (32, 132, 232, 332) of the slide are provided at a distance from one another on the slide, where one of the holder magnets (22, 122, 222, 322) on the holder (17, 117, 217, 317) is assigned and provided opposite to each of the magnets (32, 132, 232, 332) on the slide (30, 130, 230, 330).
  4. Holding device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a friction effect of the slide (30, 130, 230, 330) is designed at least partially as a permanent friction resistance as a friction brake.
  5. Holding device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a friction brake can be activated in terms of its main friction effect in the holding position (13) by the attraction of the magnets (32, 132, 232) of the slide (30, 130, 230) and the magnets (22, 122, 222) of the holder (17, 117, 217).
  6. Holding device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a friction brake (240, 340) is provided on the holder (217, 317) for generating a friction effect between the holder and the rod (14).
  7. Holding device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a freewheel device (34, 35) making a movement of the holder (17, 117, 217, 317) together with the slide (30, 130, 230, 330) easier upwards than downwards, where the freewheel device is active and effective in a movement position, where the freewheel device is provided on the slide (30) with roller or ball elements (35) arranged inside a receptacle (34) on the slide (30), where the receptacle (34) has a wall sloped relative to the inner wall of the rod (14).
  8. Holding device according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized by a freewheel device (34, 35) making a movement of the holder (17, 117, 217, 317) together with the slide (30, 130, 230, 330) easier upwards than downwards, where the freewheel device is active and effective in a movement position, where the freewheel device is designed on the slide as a hydraulic freewheel with the slide being sealed off from the inside of the rod, where liquid is contained in the rod above and below the slide, where the slide has a straight-way valve, where the straight-way valve has in the downward movement direction of the slide a lower flow cross-section than in the upward movement direction of the slide.
  9. Holding device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the magnets (232) of the slide (230) are in the swivel plane and the magnets (222) of the holder (217) are arranged on a front side and rear side of the holder (217) in the swivel plane such that they are in each case opposite corresponding magnets (232) on the slide (230), where two swivel positions of the holder (217) are defined by contact of the magnets (222, 232) on the front of rod (14) as a first swivel position and by contact of the magnets (222, 232) on the rear of the rod as a second swivel position.
  10. Holding device according to Claim 9, characterized in that the holder (217) is swung further away from the rod (14) in the second swivel position.
  11. Holding device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the holder (317) is swivellable in the swivel plane relative to the rod (14) into various swivel positions, where some of the magnets (332) of the slide (330) are arranged on both sides of the slide (330) at the same distance or at the maximum distance from the swivel plane and some of the magnets (322) of the holder (317) are arranged on the side of the holder (317) and opposite to one another.
  12. Holding device according to Claim 11, characterized in that the magnets (322) are provided on the holder (317) in one plane and parallel to the swivel plane in several equal rows each precisely opposite the magnets (332) of the slide (330) in a different swivel position.
  13. Holding device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rod (14) has a rounded cross-section.
  14. Holding device according to one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the rod has an angular cross-section.
