The left baffle 306 and the right baffle 314 can prevent the mounting platform 211 from sliding off the chassis 101, and meanwhile, the left baffle 306 and the right baffle 314 are made of colloid materials, so that the left baffle 306 and the right baffle 314 can provide a buffering effect when the mounting platform 211 slides to a terminal point, and the stability of the operation process is improved; wherein, left T type groove is seted up to left end plate 801, left T type groove is including left vertical groove 805 and left transverse groove 803 of intercommunication, right T type groove is seted up to right end plate 802, right T type groove is including right vertical groove 806 and right transverse groove 804 of intercommunication, left end plate 801 is the rectangle, left end plate 801's width is less than left vertical groove 805's width and is greater than the width of right vertical groove 806, right end plate 802 is the rectangle, right end plate 802's height is less than right transverse groove 804's height, right end plate 802's width is less than right transverse groove 804's width and is greater than left transverse groove 803's width, thereby can realize, left end plate 801 and right baffle 314 cooperate in order to avoid mounting platform 211 to follow the left side landing of guide rail 210, right end plate 802 and right baffle 314 cooperate in order to avoid mounting platform 211 to follow the right side landing of guide rail 210, safety and practicality.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the second drive system comprises a second pneumatic motor 206 and a flange bearing 208, the second pneumatic motor 206 being mounted to a mounting platform 211 by a second mount 207 and having a second output shaft 209; the flange bearing 208 is connected to the second output shaft 209 at one end and to the lower end of the vertical arm 102 at the other end to rotate the vertical arm 102. By providing the flange bearing 208, a smooth connection between the second output shaft 209 of the second air motor 206 and the vertical arm 102 is enabled, thereby making the rotation of the vertical arm 102 smoother.
In some embodiments, not shown in the drawings, the mounting platform 211 is provided with an avoiding groove for the nozzle 307 to pass through, the avoiding groove extends from one end of the mounting platform 211 to the other end along the sliding direction of the mounting platform 211, wherein the second base 207 is detachably mounted on the mounting platform 211, so as to mount the second pneumatic motor 206 and the vertical arm 102 to one end or the other end of the mounting platform 211 as required. In the operation process of the sprinkler 100, in some cases, the green belt in the middle of the road (i.e. along the traveling direction, on the left side of the sprinkler 100) needs to be sprinkled, in some cases, the green belt on the shoulder side of the road (i.e. along the traveling direction, on the right side of the sprinkler 100) needs to be sprinkled, in order to prevent the mounting platform 211 and the rack 205 from extending too much relative to the vertical arm 102, the position of the vertical arm 102 on the mounting platform 211 needs to be adjusted, i.e. the vertical arm 102 is mounted at the left end or the right end of the mounting platform 211 as much as possible, and at this time, the mounting position of the vertical arm 102 on the mounting platform 211 can be manually changed as required. In some embodiments, second base 207 may be removably mounted to mounting platform 211 in a quick and easy manner, such as by a pin, an electromagnetic mount, or a snap. Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing the water sprinkler 100 spraying green belts on the road shoulder on the right side along the traveling direction of the water sprinkler 100, in which the vertical arm 102 is located on the right end side of the mounting platform 211, and the mounting platform 211 is moved to a right position by the rack 205; referring to fig. 6, which is a schematic view illustrating the operation of the sprinkler 100 for sprinkling green belts in the middle of the road on the left side along the traveling direction of the sprinkler 100, in this case, the vertical arm 102 is located at the left end side of the mounting platform 211, and the mounting platform 211 is moved to a suitable position on the left side by the driving of the rack 205, so that the mounting platform 211 can be prevented from extending beyond the vertical arm 102 by an excessive length, and safety accidents can be prevented.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the third driving system includes a telescopic cylinder 302, the swing arm 103 is connected to the vertical arm 102 through a bearing, the telescopic cylinder 302 is mounted on the vertical arm 102, a piston rod 303 of the telescopic cylinder 302 is connected to the swing arm 103 to drive the swing arm 103 to achieve angular adjustment, and the telescopic cylinder 302 is easier to implement relative to a motor, less prone to faults such as short circuit, lower in cost, and suitable for being used in a mechanism such as the sprinkler 100.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the electrically controlled spraying device further comprises a pneumatic control system 308, the pneumatic control system 308 comprises a pneumatic storage tank 310 and a solenoid valve 309, the pneumatic storage tank 310 is mounted on the chassis 101 and is used for providing air to the first pneumatic motor 201, the second pneumatic motor 206 and the telescopic cylinder 302, and the solenoid valve 309 is disposed above the pneumatic storage tank 310 and is connected to an air passage of the pneumatic storage tank 310. It should be noted that the air passage of the air storage tank 310 is specifically implemented as an air delivery pipe 315, on one hand, the sprinkler 100 itself has an air storage system, for example, for braking, so that the sprinkler 100 can be conveniently installed and modified; on the other hand, the pneumatic control system 308 is used for realizing the actions of translation, lifting, up-and-down swinging and the like of the spray head 301 of the electric control type spraying device, so that the manufacturing cost and the electric power cost can be saved, the use of a motor is reduced for the sprinkler 100, the situations of short circuit and the like can be prevented, and the sprinkler is safer and more reliable.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the spray head 301 includes a joint 403, a connecting pipe 402 and a spray nozzle 401 connected in sequence, the joint 403 is detachably mounted on an end portion of the swing arm 103, the connecting pipe 402 is rotatably hinged to the joint 403 through a hinge shaft, the joint 403 is formed with a groove for accommodating a portion of the connecting pipe 402, a torsion spring 405 is disposed on the hinge shaft, the torsion spring 405 is disposed in the groove and is used for restoring the connecting pipe 402 to a position coaxial with the swing arm 103, a limiting convex edge 404 is disposed on an upper edge of the joint 403, a magnetic block 407 is disposed on a lower side of the connecting pipe 402, a plurality of electromagnets 406 are disposed on a side wall of the groove, and the plurality of electromagnets 406 are disposed along a rotation path of the magnetic. From this setting, can adjust nozzle 401 to different positions rapidly, can simplify mounting structure on the one hand, on the other hand can change nozzle 401's spraying direction rapidly, avoids water to spray to the pedestrian or can not touch on the object of water. In some embodiments, not shown in the figures, only one electromagnet 406 may be provided and installed on the bottom wall of the groove, so that the spray head 301 can quickly avoid pedestrians or objects which cannot touch water.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, the electrically controlled spraying device further comprises a water supply system comprising a water storage tank 104, a main pipe system and a branch pipe system, the water storage tank 104 having a water filling opening 105 and a water discharge opening 701; the main pipe system is connected with the water outlet 701 and is provided with a three-way ball valve 702, and the three-way ball valve 702 is positioned between the water outlet 701 and a water inlet 710 of the water pump 703; the branch pipeline system comprises a main pipeline, a first branch 706, a second branch 705 and a branch pipeline 711, one end of the main pipeline is connected to a water outlet 709 of the water pump 703, the other end of the main pipeline is connected with the first branch 706 and the second branch 705, the first branch 706 is connected with the branch pipeline 711 and is connected with the spray pipe 307 through the first valve body 708, the second branch 705 is connected with the fire fighting pipeline through the second valve body 704, and the fire fighting pipeline is further communicated with a water outlet 701 through the third valve body 707. The electrically controlled sprinkler can be conveniently transformed into a vehicle with a fire-fighting function, and the vehicle has multiple purposes, convenience and high efficiency.
In some embodiments, if a solution (e.g., a nutrient solution or an insecticide) needs to be sprayed, the solution can be directly added through the water filling port 105 of the water storage tank 104 of the water spraying cart 100, and the mixed solution can be prepared in the water storage tank 104 without an additional mixed drug compartment, which is convenient and practical. In addition, in order to cooperate with spraying solution, the spray head 301 can be replaced according to the requirement of spraying atomization, and meanwhile, the spray head 301 can be in pressure fit with the water pump 703 so as to obtain an ideal atomization effect and improve the spraying quality. It should be noted that the operation platform 106 can be used for standing operation when the nutrient solution or pesticide is added.
A sprinkler 100 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, comprising a cab 107 and an electrically controlled sprinkler according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the invention; wherein the control device 108 is located in the cab 107.
According to the sprinkler 100 of the second aspect of the present invention, due to the adoption of the electrically controlled sprinkler of the first aspect of the present invention, the translational motion of the mounting platform 211, the rotation of the vertical arm 102 and the swinging of the swing arm 103 are automatically controlled, the spraying point of the nozzle 301 does not need to be controlled by the operator, and the operator can easily control the spraying point and the spraying pressure of the nozzle 301 in the cab 107, so that the spraying process is safe and convenient, and the potential safety hazard is avoided; meanwhile, the spray head 301 is detachably mounted at the end of the swing arm 103, and the spray pipe 307 is detachably connected with the vertical arm 102 and the swing arm 103, so that the spray head 301 can be taken off from the vertical arm 102 and the swing arm 103 as required, and the spray head can be used for fire fighting in emergency or cleaning the sprinkler 100 per se, and is convenient and practical; in addition, by using the pneumatic control system 308 to power the first pneumatic motor 201, the second pneumatic motor 206, and the telescopic cylinder 302, safety, reliability, and cost savings are achieved.
The actual operation of the sprinkler 100 is described below in conjunction with fig. 1-7: before spraying, the electric control type spraying device opens corresponding pipeline valves (such as a first valve body 708, a second valve body 704, a third valve body 707 or a three-way ball valve 702), the flow and the pressure of water supply are well adjusted at the water output end, the flow and the pressure of the water supply are combined according to the universal working condition of the spraying operation and the diversity of the conditions of express lanes, intermediate green belts, emergency lanes and slopes of different road sections, during the operation, the spray head 301 is driven by the swing arm 103 to flexibly adjust the direction, the total length of the transmission mechanism of the rack 205 is 180cm, the total width is 10cm, and the total height of the position of the supporting foot rest 203 is 25cm, the main gear 204 is fixed through the first base 202, the main gear 204 and the rack 205 are in external meshing transmission to enable the rack 205 to move left and right, the rotatable second pneumatic motor 206 is installed on the rack 205 in a bolt connection and fixing mode, the output shaft of the second pneumatic motor 206, thereby driving the swing arm 103 to rotate, and generally, the distance between the body of the sprinkler 100 and the road edge stone is about 60 cm; when the operation is completed, the telescopic cylinder 302 is retracted to the initial state, and the swing arm 103 is retracted; the control of the spraying water source realizes the control of flow and pressure by opening and closing a hydraulic gate valve arranged in a pipeline, the hydraulic gate valve is controlled by an electromagnetic valve 309, and a control circuit of the electromagnetic valve 309 is connected with an operation device 108 (such as a handheld controller) in a cab 107 so as to realize the control of the spraying flow and pressure; meanwhile, the direction, the height and the like of the spray head 301 can be adjusted by using the control device 108, and when the pedestrian or an object which cannot touch water is encountered, the direction of the spray head 301 can be rapidly adjusted by using the electromagnetic adjusting system, so that the device is safe and efficient.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. An electrically controlled sprinkler for a sprinkler having a chassis, comprising:
the mounting mechanism is mounted on the chassis and comprises a mounting platform and a first driving system, and the mounting platform can move relative to the chassis under the driving of the driving system;
the spraying mechanism comprises a second driving system, a third driving system, a vertical arm, a swing arm, a spray head, a spray pipe and a water pump, wherein the vertical arm is driven by the second driving system to be rotatably installed on the installation platform, the swing arm is connected to the upper end of the vertical arm and is driven by the third driving system to swing up and down relative to the vertical arm, the water pump is installed on the chassis, the spray head is detachably installed at the end part of the swing arm, and the spray pipe is respectively connected to the water pump and the spray head, detachably and fixedly connected with the vertical arm and the swing arm and supported;
an operating device electrically connected to the mounting mechanism and the spraying mechanism.
2. An electrically controlled spraying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first drive system includes:
the guide rail is fixedly arranged on the chassis through a supporting foot stand, and the mounting platform is slidably arranged on the guide rail;
a first pneumatic motor mounted to the chassis by a first mount, the first pneumatic motor having a first output shaft;
a main gear connected to the first output shaft;
and the rack is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the mounting platform and is meshed with the main gear so as to drive the mounting platform to slide along the guide rail.

An electrically controlled spraying device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the mounting platform is provided with a stop block, the stop block is positioned on one side of the vertical arm, the upper end of the guide rail is detachably provided with a limit switch, the limit switch is positioned between the stop block and the vertical arm and is positioned on a moving path of the stop block, and the mounting position of the limit switch on the guide rail can be adjusted according to needs.

An electrically controlled spraying device as claimed in claim 3, wherein: mounting platform's both ends still are provided with left baffle and right baffle, the tip of guide rail corresponding be provided with left side baffle with right baffle complex left end board and right end board, left side baffle with right side baffle is made by the colloid material to play the cushioning effect, wherein, left side T type groove is seted up to the left end board, left side T type groove is including the left vertical groove and the left transverse groove of intercommunication, right side T type groove is seted up to the right end board, right side T type groove is including the right vertical groove and the right transverse groove of intercommunication, the left end board is the rectangle, the width of left end board is less than the width in left side vertical groove just is greater than the width in right vertical groove, the right end board is the rectangle, the height of right end board is less than the height in right transverse groove, the width of right end board is less than the width in right transverse groove just is greater than the width in left side transverse groove.
5. An electrically controlled spraying device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the second drive system includes:
a second pneumatic motor mounted to the mounting platform by a second base and having a second output shaft;
and one end of the flange bearing is connected with the second output shaft, and the other end of the flange bearing is connected with the lower end of the vertical arm so as to drive the vertical arm to rotate.

An electrically controlled spraying device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the mounting platform is provided with an avoiding groove for the spray pipe to pass through, the avoiding groove extends to the other end from one end of the mounting platform along the sliding direction of the mounting platform, the second base is detachably mounted on the mounting platform, and the second pneumatic motor and the vertical arm are mounted at one end or the other end of the mounting platform according to needs.

An electrically controlled spraying device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the third driving system comprises a telescopic cylinder, the swinging arm is connected with the vertical arm through a bearing, the telescopic cylinder is installed on the vertical arm, and a piston rod of the telescopic cylinder is connected with the swinging arm to drive the swinging arm to realize angle adjustment.

An electrically controlled spraying device as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the electric control type spraying device further comprises a pneumatic control system, the pneumatic control system comprises a gas storage tank and an electromagnetic valve, the gas storage tank is mounted on the chassis and used for providing a gas source for the first pneumatic motor, the second pneumatic motor and the telescopic cylinder, and the electromagnetic valve is arranged above the gas storage tank and connected into a gas path of the gas storage tank.

the branch pipeline system comprises a main pipeline, a first branch pipeline, a second branch pipeline and a branch pipeline, one end of the main pipeline is connected to a water outlet of the water pump, the other end of the main pipeline is connected with the first branch pipeline and the second branch pipeline, the first branch pipeline is connected with the branch pipeline and is connected with the spray pipe through a first valve body, the second branch pipeline is connected with a fire-fighting pipeline through a second valve body, and the fire-fighting pipeline is communicated with the water outlet through a third valve body.
11. A watering cart, characterized by comprising:
a cab;
an electrically controlled spraying device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10;
wherein the control device is located in the cab.
