Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Deckblättern zur Herstellung von Zigarren, wobei eine Nutzung eines Tabakblatts (1) erfolgt, das in eine Anzahl von in einer Längsrichtung des Blatts (1) im Wesentlichen parallele Streifen (5) zerschnitten wird, wobei sich die Steifen in der Richtung von dessen Mittelrippe (2) erstrecken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Enden der Streifen über ähnliche, spitze Winkel (α) im Hinblick auf die Längsrichtung abgeschnitten werden, und wobei:a. das Verfahren umfasst, die Streifen (5) so aus dem Tabakblatt (1) herauszuschneiden, dass sie sich im Wesentlichen zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Seitenrippen (3) erstrecken, oderb. das Verfahren umfasst, die Dicke der Seitenrippen zu messen, und wenn eine Dicke der Seitenrippen (3) unter einem bestimmten Wert liegt, die Streifen (5), die aus dem Tabakblatt (1) herausgeschnitten werden, Teile einer oder mehrerer Seitenrippe/n (3) enthalten,wobei die Enden mehrerer auf diese Weise erhaltener Streifen (5) miteinander verbunden werden, um ein durchgehendes Deckblattband (10) zu bilden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der spitze Winkel in etwa mit dem Winkel zusammenfällt, den die Mittelrippe (2) und die Seitenrippen (3) des Blatts (1) einschließen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei mehrere Streifen aus einer Hälfte eines Tabakblatts ausgeschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (9) zweier Streifen (5) übereinandergelegt und zwischen Walzen zugeführt werden, so dass die Enden (9) ineinandergepresst und miteinander verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Zerschneiden eines Tabakblatts (1) in Streifen (5) die Streifen optisch abgetastet werden, und im Falle, dass eine Unregelmäßigkeit (7) in einem Streifen erfasst wird, dieser auf beiden Seiten der Unregelmäßigkeit (7) quer durchgeschnitten wird, und der die Unregelmäßigkeit enthaltende Zwischenabschnitt (8) entfernt wird, wobei beide Enden (9) der übrigen Teile des Streifens (5) auf dieselbe Weise wie ein normal erhaltener Streifen (5) behandelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckblattstreifen (5) mit Materialien, die zum Endprodukt verarbeitet werden können, wie etwa sogenannten "homogenisierten Tabakblatt"-Teilen, Fasern und Papierarten, die geraucht werden können, verstärkt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckblattstreifen (5) mit einem Umblatt aus homogenisierter Tabakfolie kombiniert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erhaltene Band auf eine Rolle aufgewickelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erhaltene Band spiralförmig auf eine Einlage aufgewickelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erhaltene Band einer Zigarrenwickelmaschine zugeführt wird, indem es von der Rolle abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erhaltene Deckblattband (10) um eine als kontinuierlicher Strang in einer Längsrichtung zugeführte Einlage gewickelt wird, woraufhin beide Längsränder (12) des Bands (10) miteinander verbunden werden.
- Rolle, die mit einem darauf aufgewickelten Deckblattband (10) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band gemäß dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 erhalten ist.
- Zigarre, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie unter Verwendung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 11 erhalten ist, wobei der kontinuierliche Strang in Teile mit der gewünschten Länge zerschnitten ist.
