Erfindungsgemäß umfasst eine solche Bedieneinheit eine Funktion zur Einstellung der Endlagen des Torlaufs und/oder zur automatischen Einstellung der Überlastabschaltung und zur Einprogrammierung von Handsendern. Diese Funktionen können auch von Laien durchgeführt werden, so dass eine Auslagerung in die externe Steuerung zumindest aus sicherheitstechnischen Gründen nicht notwendig ist. Man gibt dem Käufer des Torantriebs damit die Möglichkeit, gewisse Grundfunktionen der Torsteuerung selbst einstellen zu können. Die als externes Gerät ausgeführte Programmiereinheit weist dabei weitere Funktionen auf, nämlich sicherheitsrelevante Funktionen. Diese können dann nur von dem Servicetechniker durchgeführt werden, so dass eine Fehlbedienung durch Laien ausgeschlossen wird. - The door drive according to claim 6, wherein the data transmission connection between the programming unit (2) and the door control (1) is effected via a radio connection or an optical interface, in particular with a clocked light-emitting diode.
- The door drive according to any of the preceding claims, comprising a drive unit which is mounted on the ceiling above the door and moves the door via a tappet guided in a rail.
- The door drive according to claim 8, wherein the door control (1) is integrated in the drive unit.
