Claims (12)
- Operating facility (1) for a gas-heated cooking appliance (6), with a display (2) for displaying information, a rotating knob (3), which incorporates the display (2) and is provided to be rotatable in relation thereto, and a transmission element (14), which is designed to transmit a rotating movement of the rotating knob (3) to a valve stem (13) of a gas valve (12) of the cooking appliance (6), wherein the rotating knob (3) drives the transmission element (14) by means of a gear unit (17), wherein the gear unit (17) has at least two toothed wheels (21, 22, 23, 24) arranged within the rotating knob, wherein the at least two toothed wheels (21, 22, 23, 24) are configured as spur wheels, wherein the rotating knob (3) has an internally toothed, first spur wheel (21), which engages with one externally toothed, second spur wheel (22) of the at least two toothed wheels arranged within the rotating knob (3).

- Operating facility according to claim 7, characterised in that the support element (37) is connected with a form, force and/or material fit to the cover (4) featuring the display (2).
- Operating facility according to claim 8, characterised in that the support element (37) is configured in the form of an arm which extends radially through a cutout (35) in a pipe or double web (32) connected in a non-rotational manner to the cover (4).

- Operating facility according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the display (2) is designed to display a rotation position of the rotating knob, a temperature stage of a gas burner assigned to the gas valve (12), a temperature, a time or a timer.
