Claims (3)
- Procédé de fabrication de produits contenant des pigments, dans lequel un concentré pigmentaire contenu dans un récipient doseur est ajouté à une quantité prédéterminée d'une matière de base et mélangé avec celle-ci, la fabrication du concentré pigmentaire demandant le remplissage, dans le récipient doseur, d'une première substance de base contenant un pigment et d'une seconde substance de base contenant également, de préférence, un pigment et le mélange desdites substances de base dans le récipient doseur, le récipient doseur présentant un cylindre de seringue possédant une ouverture pour piston et une ouverture de sortie, et l'ouverture pour piston étant bouchée au moyen du piston de seringue après l'apport de la substances de base préalablement au mélange, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de seringue reçoit, dans une première étape, l'apport d'une substance de base exempte de pigment et, dans une deuxième étape, l'apport de substances de base contenant un pigment et présentant une densité plus faible que celle de la substance de base exempte de pigment.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient doseur est rempli des substances de base au maximum à 90 %, notamment au maximum à 80 %, de son volume de remplissage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un orifice d'évacuation d'air pratiqué dans une paroi du cylindre de seringue pour faciliter l'introduction du piston de seringue dans l'ouverture pour piston est bouchée une fois que l'ouverture pour piston a été bouchée.
