Claims (1)

  1. Procédé de manufacture d'une surface de glissement cylindrique, caractérisé en ce que, dans une première étape, des rainures circonférentielles macroscopiques ou des profilés (2) en spirale ressemblant à un filetage sont formés dans un alésage d'un cylindre ou une chemise de cylindre en alliage léger par fluotournage, gravure ou moulage, dans une deuxième étape, des contre-dépouilles (4) sont formées par un procès de façonnage, et dans une troisième étape du procédé, une couche anti-usure (3) est appliquée par soudage sur ladite chemise de cylindre traitée ou ledit alésage d'un cylindre traité ou par projection plasma, projection à la flamme ou projection par jet à grande vitesse sur ladite chemise de cylindre traitée ou ledit alésage d'un cylindre traité, de sorte que des flancs partiels (6) des rainures circonférentielles ou des profilés en spirale (2) ressemblant à un filetage, orientés vers un outil de revêtement, présentent un angle d'arrivée du jet de médium dudit outil de revêtement sur les flancs partiels (6) de presque 90°.
