Claims (12)
- Baugruppe zur Abwicklung und zum Schneiden einer Folie, insbesondere für Verpackungsmaschinen und Ähnliches, welche zumindest eine Einheit (2) zur kontrollierten Ergreifung des Endwulstes von zumindest einer Folie (A) und zumindest eine Einheit (3) zum Schneiden der Folie (A) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zumindest eine Greifeinheit (2) und die zumindest eine Schneideinheit (3) derart geführt sind, dass sie sich in Relation zueinander jeweils entlang eines jeweils vorbestimmten einstellbaren Arbeitstaktes mittels bereitgestellter Bewegungs- und Einstellelemente (4) bewegen können, und zwar von einem im Wesentlichen angrenzenden Aufbau, bei welchem ein Klemmelement (5) von der Greifeinheit (2) den Endwulst von der Folie (A) verriegelt, um sie somit von dem jeweiligen Spulenkörper (B), in dem nachfolgenden Schritt zur wechselseitigen Bewegung, weg von der Schneideinheit (3) abzuwickeln, zu einem beabstandeten Aufbau, bei welchem die Greifeinheit (2) und die Schneideinheit (3) bei der maximalen wechselseitigen Distanz sind, welche durch die Einstellung zuvor eingestellt ist, und wobei das Schneidelement (6) von der Schneideinheit (3) die abgewickelte Folie (A) bei der zuvor bestimmten Länge schneidet, wobei die Schneideinheit (3) Elemente (7) zum unidirektionalen Stoppen der Folie (A) enthält, welche dazu ausgelegt sind, sie jeweils in der Abwicklungsrichtung beizubehalten, um sie somit während des Schrittes zur wechselseitigen Annäherung zur Greifeinheit (2) abzuwickeln, um es zu ermöglichen, dass die Kante von der Folie (A) durch die Greifeinheit (2) in dem nachfolgenden, im Wesentlichen angrenzenden Aufbau eingeklemmt wird, wobei die Baugruppe (1) dazu ausgelegt ist, die Folie (A) kontinuierlich abzuwickeln und sie in Abschnitte von einer zuvor bestimmten einstellbaren Länge zu schneiden.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungs- und Einstell-Elemente (4) zumindest einen Ausleger (8) enthalten, welcher sich um eine Achse drehen kann, welche hierzu quer verläuft und durch einen im Wesentlichen mittigen Abschnitt davon durchläuft, wobei das Ende von einem ersten Stab (9) entlang eines ersten Abschnittes (8a) des Auslegers (8) selektiv schwenkbar ist, und an dem weiteren Ende mit der Greifeinheit (2) drehbar in Zusammenhang steht, wobei das Ende von einer zweiten Stange (10) entlang eines zweiten Abschnittes (8b) von dem Ausleger (8) selektiv schwenkbar ist, und an dem weiteren Ende mit der Schneideinheit (3) in Zusammenhang drehbar ist, wobei die selektive Schwenkung der ersten Stange (9) entlang des jeweiligen ersten Abschnittes (8a) eine Einstellung des Arbeitstaktes von der Greifeinheit (2) erlaubt, und wobei die selektive Schwenkung von der zweiten Stange (10) entlang des jeweiligen zweiten Abschnittes (8b) die Einstellung des Arbeitstaktes von der Schneideinheit (3) erlaubt.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Abschnitt (8a) durch zumindest einen jeweiligen ersten gekrümmten Schlitz (11) beeinflusst ist, in welchen das Ende von der ersten Stange (9) selektiv geschwenkt werden kann, und wobei der zweite Abschnitt (8b) durch zumindest einen zweiten gekrümmten Schlitz (12) beeinflusst ist, in welchen das Ende von der zweiten Stange (10) selektiv geschwenkt werden kann.
- Baugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmelemente (5) von der Greifeinheit (2) zumindest eine Klemme enthalten, welche dazu ausgelegt ist, an dem Endwulst von der Folie (A) in dem im Wesentlichen angrenzenden Aufbau für die Greifeinheit (2) und die Schneideinheit (3) zu schließen, um ihre Abwicklung in dem nachfolgenden wechselseitigen Beabstandungsschritt zu ermöglichen, und dazu ausgelegt ist, in dem beabstandeten Aufbau für die Greifeinheit (2) und die Schneideinheit (3) zu öffnen, um somit den geschnittenen Abschnitt von der Folie (A) der zuvor bestimmten Länge freizugeben.
- Baugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidelemente (6) von der Schneideinheit (3) zumindest ein Schneidwerkzeug (6a) enthalten, welches derart betätigt wird, so dass es sich von einer Position, welche mit Bezug auf die Folie (A) entfernt ist, in dem beabstandeten Aufbau für die Greifeinheit (2) und die Schneideinheit (3) zu einer Schneidposition in dem im Wesentlichen angrenzenden Aufbau für die Greifeinheit (2) und die Schneideinheit (3) bewegen kann.
- Baugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidelemente (6) von der Schneideinheit (3) zumindest eine Rolle (3b) enthalten, welche sich selektiv umdrehen kann, und mit zumindest einer Umfangsklinge (6c) bereitgestellt ist, wobei die Klinge (6c) von der Folie (A) in dem beabstandeten Aufbau für die Greifeinheit (2) und die Schneideinheit (3) entfernt ist, und wobei zumindest eine Klinge (6c) in einer Position zum Schneiden von der Folie (A) in dem entsprechenden im Wesentlichen angrenzenden Aufbau für die Greifeinheit (2) und die Schneideinheit (3) angeordnet ist.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rolle eine Verteilung von Umfangsklingen (6c) enthält, wobei die Klingen (6c) in dem beabstandeten Aufbau von der Folie (A) beabstandet sind, und wobei zumindest eine von den Klingen (6c) in einer Position zum Schneiden von der Folie (A) in dem entsprechenden im Wesentlichen angrenzenden Aufbau angeordnet ist.
- Baugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungsregel für das Schneidelement (6) in Bezug auf die Bewegungsregel von dem Ausleger (8) im Wesentlichen synchron ist.
- Baugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unidirektionalen Stoppelemente (7) von der Schneideinheit (3) zumindest ein Rad enthalten, welches gegen die Folie (A) anschlägt, und auf einer jeweiligen Kontaktoberfläche angeordnet ist, welche auf der Schneideinheit (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Rad (7) lediglich in Annäherungsrichtung von der Schneideinheit (2) zu der Greifeinheit (3) gegen eine Umdrehung gesperrt ist, um somit die Folie (A) lediglich in der Abwicklungsrichtung auf der jeweiligen Kontaktoberfläche gesperrt beizubehalten, und um somit auf der Folie (A) zu umdrehen, und um ihre Abwicklung in dem Schritt zum Entfernen von der Schneideinheit (3) von der Greifeinheit (2) zu erlauben.
- Baugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausleger (8) und die Schneidelemente (6) mittels geeigneter Bewegungsüberführungselemente mit einer einzelnen Motorantriebseinheit verbunden sind.
- Baugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifeinheit (2) und die Schneideinheit (3) derart betätigt werden, dass sie sich auf jeweiligen Führungen bewegen, welche mit einem Halterahmen von einer Verpackungsmaschine (C) starr gekoppelt sind.
- Baugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifeinheit (2) dazu ausgelegt ist, den Abschnitt von der geschnittenen Folie (A) der zuvor eingestellten Größe direkt auf einem jeweiligen Behälter (D), welcher zu verpacken ist, freizugeben, welcher einer entsprechenden Hebestation (14) für den Behälter (D) zugeführt wird.
