Claims (10)

  1. Eine Hüllenmaschine (10) umfassend einen Speicher (11) zum Zuführen eines Folienstreifens (12), der auf eine Packung, die in einem Packbereich (14) der Maschine angeordnet ist, zu wickeln ist, wobei die Maschine ferner eine Positioniervorrichtung (16) zum Positionieren des Folienstreifens auf der Packung und eine zwischen dem Speicher (11) und der Positioniervorrichtung (16) angeordnete Speichervorrichtung (17) zum Anreichern eines Folienstücks umfasst, wobei die Speichervorrichtung (17) umfasst:
    - einen Weg (18) für den Durchgang des Folienstreifens durch die Speichervorrichtung zwischen einem Eingang (19) und einem Ausgang (20) der Speichervorrichtung;
    - zwei an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Folienstreifens entlang des Wegs (18) angeordnete bewegliche Rollen (21, 22), wobei jede bewegliche Rolle eine zentrale Drehachse aufweist, die quer zu der Richtung der Bewegung des Folienstreifens entlang des Wegs angeordnet ist und die parallel zur Oberfläche der Folie entlang des Wegs ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Speichervorrichtung (17) ferner umfasst:
    - eine Unterstützung (23), welche die beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) unterstützt und welche angetrieben ist, die beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) entlang eines Bogens um eine Mittelachse (24), welche zwischen den und parallel zu den beweglichen Rollen angeordnet ist, herum zu bewegen, um diese den Weg (18) für den Durchgang des Folienstreifens durch die Speichervorrichtung von gegenüberliegenden Richtungen kreuzend von einer Ruhestellung in eine Speicherstellung zu bewegen, um den Folienstreifen zwischen den beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) umzulenken und das Folienstück in der Speichervorrichtung anzureichern.
  2. Eine Hüllenmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Speichervorrichtung (17) zwei fixierte Rollen (30, 31) umfasst, welche parallel zu den beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) und in gegenüberliegenden Stellungen bezüglich der Mittelachse (24) und auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Folienstreifens entlang des Wegs (18) sind, um den Folienstreifen weiter zwischen den beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) während der bogenförmigen Bewegung der beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) von der Ruhestellung in die Speicherstellung um die Mittelachse (24) umzulenken.
  3. Eine Hüllenmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterstützung (23) für die beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) drehbare Unterstützungsarme (25, 26) umfasst, die zwischen einem oder beiden Enden einer jeden drehbaren Rolle und einer motorgetriebenen Welle (27), die zu der Mittelachse (24) koaxial ist, angeschlossen sind.
  4. Eine Hüllenmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die fixierten Rollen (30, 31) durch zwischen einem oder beiden Enden einer jeden fixierten Rolle und einer fixierten Achse (34) koaxial mit der Mittelachse (24) verbundene Unterstützungsarme (32, 33) unterstützt sind.
  5. Eine Hüllenmaschine gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die motorgetriebene Welle (27) mit einem Antrieb (28) über einen kinematischen Riemen oder eine Kettenverbindung (29) verbunden ist.
  6. Eine Hüllenmaschine wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass stromabwärts der beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) sich eine motorgetriebene Vorrichtung (35) zum Steuern der Bewegung des aus dem Ausgang (20) der Speichervorrichtung austretenden Folienstreifens befindet.
  7. Eine Hüllenmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass stromaufwärts der beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) sich eine Vorrichtung (40) zum Schneiden und optional Schweißen des Folienstreifens in Querrichtung befindet.
  8. Eine Hüllenmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Weg (18) der Folie zwischen dem Eingang (19) und dem Ausgang (20) der Speichervorrichtung vertikal ist, wenn die beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) in der Ruhestellung sind.
  9. Eine Hüllenmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Folienstreifen ein Streifen einer schlauchförmigen Folie ist oder aus ihm ein schlauchförmiger Folienstreifen gebildet wird und dass die Positioniervorrichtung (16) einen Rahmen (16b) aufweist, um den Streifen an schlauchförmiger Folie von oben im Packbereich (14) während einer Bewegung der beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) von der Speicherstellung zurück zu der Ruhestellung auf die Packung aufzubringen.
  10. Ein Verfahren zum Verpacken einer Packung mit einem Folienstück mittels einer Maschine (10) gemäß irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend folgende Schritte:
    - Zuführen eines Folienstücks vom Vorratsspeicher (11) zum Ausgang (20) der Speichervorrichtung (17);
    - Halten des vorderen Endes des Folienstücks stromabwärts der Speichervorrichtung;
    - Betätigen der Speichervorrichtung, um die beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) von der Ruhestellung zu der Speicherstellung zu bewegen, während das Zuführen des Folienstücks vom Vorratsspeicher (11) fortgesetzt wird, damit sich das Folienstück in der Speichervorrichtung (17) anreichert;
    - Betätigen einer Vorrichtung (40) zum Quer-Schneiden des Folienstücks stromaufwärts der beweglichen Rollen (21, 22), um das angereicherte Folienstück abzutrennen;
    - Betätigen der Positioniervorrichtung (16), um im Packbereich das Stück der Folie auf der Packung zu positionieren, während die beweglichen Rollen (21, 22) von der Speicherstellung zurück zu der Ruhestellung bewegt werden, um das angereicherte Folienstück an die Positioniervorrichtung (16) freizugeben.
