Claims (13)

  1.     dans lequel les moulures de formage (5, 7) de la pièce d'outillage supérieure (3) et/ou de la pièce d'outillage inférieure (4) sont réalisées de telle manière qu'elles entrent en contact à des moments différents avec les évidements (6, 8) de la pièce d'outillage inférieure (4) et/ou de la pièce d'outillage supérieure (3),
    caractérisé en ce que,
    les arêtes des moulures de formage (5, 7) orientées en regard de la pièce à usiner (2) comportent des arrondis dont les rayons de courbure sont compris entre 1 et 20 mm, en particulier entre 2 et 10 mm et en ce que l'évidement (6, 8) qui entre en premier en prise avec la moulure de formage (5, 7) a un rayon de courbure inférieur à celui de la moulure de formage (5, 7) qui entre en dernier en prise avec l'évidement correspondant (6, 8).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    les moulures de formage (5, 7) et les évidements (6, 8) disposés entre les moulures de formage (5, 7) sont disposés sur deux côtés en regard de la pièce d'outillage supérieure (3) et de la pièce d'outillage inférieure (4).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    les moulures de formage (5, 7) et les évidements (6, 8) disposés entre les moulures de formage (5, 7) sont ménagés sur quatre côtés de la pièce d'outillage supérieure (3) et de la pièce d'outillage inférieure (4), dans lequel respectivement deux des quatre côtés sont disposés en regard.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    les moulures de formage (5, 7) et lesdits évidements (6, 8) disposés entre les moulures de formage (5, 7) sont ménagés sur trois côtés de la pièce d'outillage supérieure (3) et de la pièce d'outillage inférieure (4), disposés en triangle.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    les moulures de formage (5, 7) et lesdits évidements (6, 8) disposés entre les moulures de formage (5, 7) sont disposés en cercle sur la pièce d'outillage supérieure (3) et de la pièce d'outillage inférieure (4).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 - 5,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    la hauteur des moulures de formage (5, 7) est comprise entre 20 et 120 mm, dans lequel, la hauteur des moulures de formage (5, 7) varie sur leur longueur.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 - 6,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    la hauteur des moulures de formage (5, 7) est différente sur chacun des côtés de la pièce d'outillage supérieure (3) et/ou de la pièce d'outillage inférieure (4), dans lequel la différence de hauteur entre deux moulures de formage (5, 7) adjacentes est comprise entre 5 et 30 mm.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 - 7,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    la hauteur des moulures de formage (5, 7) du côté extérieur de la pièce d'outillage supérieure (3) et/ou de la pièce d'outillage inférieure (4) est supérieure à celles du côté intérieur, ou que la hauteur des moulures de formage (5, 7) du côté intérieur de la pièce d'outillage supérieure (3) et/ou de la pièce d'outillage inférieure (4) est supérieure à celles du côté extérieur.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 - 8,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    la largeur des moulures de formage (5, 7) est comprise entre 10 et 40 mm.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 - 9,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    les moulures de formage (5, 7) sont incurvées dans le sens de la longueur.

    caractérisé en ce que,
