The object of the invention is to provide a relatively small, compact automated warehouse for drug packages of different types and sizes, which can be used flexibly and transportable, for example in hospitals and a warehouse management with a control of the drug withdrawal allowed.
This object is achieved by a compact automated warehouse for drug packages with the features of claim 1. The inventive compact automated storage for drug packages of different types and sizes has a housing, an electronic control device, a plurality of parallel arranged in the housing, inclined storage shafts and a removal tray. Each storage bay can accommodate a plurality of packages and has at its lower end a triggerable by the controller Lock on to control the delivery of individual packages. The storage shafts are arranged such that the upper ends are accessible from an operating front side of the housing and can be filled with packages and the lower ends are arranged on a rear side facing away from the front of the housing above a conveyor, so that the storage shafts over more than half, preferably at least two-thirds, of the depth of the housing. The depth of the housing is thus determined essentially by the length of the storage shafts. Below the storage shafts, a removal compartment accessible from the front of the housing is arranged. The conveyor catches the packages emerging from the lower ends of the storage shafts and carries them into the removal compartment. An operator input device for inputting an identification of the packages to be removed is coupled to the control device. The controller is configured to inspect the operator inputs for desired packages and, in response to these operator inputs, trigger the appropriate locks on storage bins. According to the invention, the compactness and the small size of the bearing is achieved, in particular, by dispensing with a complex operating device for removing the medicament packs. Further, the compactness is achieved in that the removal compartment is disposed below the storage shafts, both the upper ends of the storage shafts (for the purpose of filling) and the removal tray (for the purpose of removal) are accessible from the same front panel of the housing. In the rear area, a deflection of the transport direction takes place via the conveying device, in that the medicament packs sliding backwards in the bearing shaft are deflected forwards into the removal compartment. For this, only a small space is required beyond the lower ends of the storage shafts in the rear of the housing, which does not need to be much larger than the maximum dimension of a drug package. Despite its compactness and small size automated warehouse of the invention allows those in the known bulky bearings usual picking and management of the inserted and withdrawn drug packages. For this purpose, the control device checks the operator inputs for desired packages and then triggers in response to these the appropriate locks on the storage shafts. The control device monitors with the help of appropriately arranged sensors and the filling of the storage shafts, so that can always be monitored and optionally displayed, which and how many drug packages are included in the warehouse and which shafts may need to be refilled.
In a preferred embodiment, the inclined storage shafts have a different size, that is, different widths and heights, wherein each storage shaft can accommodate a plurality of similar packs. The use of sorted storage compartments simplifies the control. All you have to do is make sure that the drug packages are placed in the respective storage slot when filling them.
In a preferred development of the invention, the conveying device is a conveyor chute, on whose inclined sliding surface the packets emerging from the lower ends of the storage shafts fall. Preferably, the removal tray is arranged under the storage shafts drawer. The conveyor chute catches the packages emerging from the lower ends of the storage shafts and transports them into the drawer. In order to remove the packages that have been conveyed in, the drawer can be moved out of the housing toward the front of the operating panel. In a particularly simple embodiment, the removal is done manually by the operator. A preferred embodiment of this compact automated warehouse is characterized in that a plurality of storage shafts are arranged side by side in several equally wide, stacked planes. Preferably, the drawer extends over the entire width of the bearing shaft levels. This allows a particularly simple and space-saving design of the conveyor.
In a preferred development of the bearing according to the invention, the operator input device additionally detects an identification of the operator. The control device ensures storage of the identification of the operator in association with the identifications of the removed packages. The operator input device preferably has a reading device for a medium identifying the operator, for example a chip card reading device. In a particularly preferred further development, a release device which releases the removal from the removal compartment and can be actuated by the control device is provided. This can be tracked in a secure manner, which operator has taken which drug packages. In this preferred embodiment, the removal compartment is preferably a drawer arranged below the storage shafts, wherein the drawer can be moved out of the housing for removal of the packages conveyed in towards the operating front side. The actuatable by the control device Verriegelungsvorrichung is a moving out of the drawer locking device. The controller is configured to inspect the operator inputs for desired packages and, in response to these operator inputs, trigger the appropriate locks on the storage bays and subsequently release the drawer-locking device. The drawer can be pulled out by the operator as soon as the locking device is released.
In a preferred embodiment, the operator input device is also accessible from the front of the operator. This allows only the operator front of the bearing contains functional elements that must be accessible. This allows a juxtaposition of several inventions camp.
The electronic control device preferably comprises a microprocessor and is also arranged in the housing. Each storage shaft preferably has an electronic triggering device, which is activated, for example, by the microprocessor of the control device.
An advantageous development of the bearing according to the invention is characterized in that the housing has devices which allow movement of the bearing. For example, the housing is provided with feet to which rollers are attached.
Advantageous and / or preferred developments of the invention are characterized in the subclaims.

The entry of the respective drug packages to be outsourced can also be carried out remotely in an alternative embodiment, for example via an interface to a merchandise management system. In this case, the machine receives via a cable connection or wireless information about which packages are outsourced. After the appropriate packages have been delivered to the
In addition to the input of the identification information of the drug packages to be outsourced, it may additionally be necessary in one embodiment to enter an identification of the operator and / or an affected patient (either manually or via a memory card). This information is then stored together with the information about the outsourced packs.
In addition, an electrically releasable lock can be provided on the drawer, which is released only when an authorized operator identification of the control device, for example, when the standing in front of the warehouse operator enters a predetermined identification code (via a keyboard) or an ID card in introduces a reading device.
