Abstract

L'appareil de tamisage selon l'invention sert à traiter une suspension encrassée de fibres, par exemple formées pendant le traitement de vieux papiers. L'appareil présente un boîtier (1) doté d'un tamis (3) qui sépare une chambre (2) de matière traitée du boîtier (1). Un rotor (4) peut être déplacé étroitement contre le tamis (3), ce qui libère ce dernier et forme en outre un écoulement rotatif. Le boîtier (1) présente une partie principale (7), en particulier cylindrique, dont le centre forme par rapport à l'axe (12) du rotor (4) un angle oblique (α) compris entre 1 et 60° et de préférence entre 5 et 25°. La position typique d'utilisation de cet appareil est un agencement debout.

Claims (13)

  1. Appareil de tamisage pour une suspension fibreuse encrassée comprenant un boîtier (1) présentant des sections transversales fermées, essentiellement circulaires, une tubulure d'entrée (10) qui conduit latéralement dans ce boîtier (1), un tamis (3), un rotor (4) pouvant être entraîné, qui peut être déplacé à proximité du tamis (3) par rapport à celui-ci, afin de le maintenir exempt d'obstructions, une chambre de matière première (2), qui est séparée du boîtier (1) par le tamis (3) et qui est pourvue d'une sortie de matière première (5), ainsi qu'une conduite de sortie (6) raccordée au boîtier (1) pour des impuretés présentes dans la suspension, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (1) présente une partie principale (7) à symétrie de révolution constituant au moins 30 %, de préférence au moins 50 % de son volume interne, dont l'axe médian (11) est orienté par rapport à l'axe (12) du rotor (4) suivant un angle oblique (α) compris entre 1° et 60°, de préférence entre 5° et 25°, le boîtier (1) présentant entre la partie principale (7) et le tamis (3) une partie de raccordement (8) s'élargissant sous forme conique par rapport à la partie principale (7), laquelle partie de raccordement (8) est sectionnée au niveau de la transition (14) à la partie principale (7) à angle droit par rapport à l'axe médian (11) de la partie principale (7).
  2. Appareil de tamisage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'il présente des dispositifs de fixation qui conduisent à une position d'utilisation dans laquelle l'axe (12) du rotor (4) est orienté par rapport à la verticale (13) suivant un angle (β) compris entre 0° et 30°, de préférence entre 10° et 20°, et en ce que le tamis (3) est disposé au-dessus de la partie principale (7).
  3. Appareil de tamisage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le boîtier (1) présente, entre la partie principale (7) et le tamis (3), une partie de raccordement (8) concentrique au rotor (4).
  4. Appareil de tamisage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la tubulure d'entrée (10) débouche dans la région inférieure de la partie principale (7).
  5. Appareil de tamisage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'une partie conique (9) se rétrécissant se raccorde à la partie principale (7).
  6. Appareil de tamisage selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la conduite de sortie (6) pour les impuretés se raccorde à l'extrémité inférieure de la partie conique (9).
  7. Appareil de tamisage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie principale (7) présente à une extrémité une distance minimale au rotor (4), qui correspond au maximum à 50 % du diamètre du rotor.
  8. Appareil de tamisage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rotor (4) est pourvu de pales (15).
  9. Appareil de tamisage selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    des éléments d'impact (16) fixes radialement à l'extérieur se situent à la périphérie des pales (15), et sont disposés de telle sorte qu'ils puissent servir, lors de la coopération avec les pales, à fragmenter les éléments de la bande de papier pas encore dissous.
  10. Appareil de tamisage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures du tamis (17) sont rondes et ont un diamètre minimal compris entre 10 et 20 mm.
  11. Appareil de tamisage selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les ouvertures du tamis (17) sont rondes et ont un diamètre minimal compris entre 2 et 5 mm.
  12. Utilisation de l'appareil de tamisage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour le traitement d'une suspension de vieux papier contenant des impuretés,
    de sorte que la suspension de vieux papier contenant des impuretés soit à la fois nettoyée et davantage dissoute.
  13. Utilisation de l'appareil de tamisage selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'axe (12) du rotor (4) est orienté par rapport à la verticale (13) suivant un angle (β) compris entre 0° et 30°.
