Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour l'impression par transfert sur des substrats, comprenant :
    a) le revêtement d'une couche antiadhésive en matériau synthétique d'un matériau de transfert en des zones qui ne sont pas prévues pour le transfert sur le substrat, avec une substance durcissant aux UV, le revêtement
    - présentant au moins une image qui est imprimée avec des encres usuelles sur la couche antiadhésive en matériau synthétique ou
    - étant une feuille colorée, ou
    - étant une combinaison de ce qui précède,
    b) le transfert au moins partiel de l'image ou de la feuille colorée ou de la combinaison de ce qui précède sous l'effet de la chaleur et de la pression sur le substrat ;
    c) l'élimination du matériau de transfert du substrat, les zones revêtues par la substance durcissant aux UV de la couche antiadhésive en matériau synthétique étant détachées du substrat et les zones présentant l'image de la couche antiadhésive en matériau synthétique ou les zones de feuille colorée ou la combinaison de ce qui précède restant assemblées avec le substrat.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant :
    - l'impression de l'image et l'application de la substance durcissant aux UV en un seul cycle de travail.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant :
    - l'impression de l'image et l'application de la substance durcissant aux UV sur la couche antiadhésive dans un seul dispositif, de préférence dans une imprimante couleur, l'imprimante couleur présentant un poste d'impression pour l'application d'encres durcissant aux UV ainsi qu'une lampe UV.
  4. Procédé pour l'impression par transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les encres usuelles transférant l'image, telles que les encres toner, les teintures, les encres Offset, les encres de flexographie ou d'autres encres appropriées sont en particulier des encres de sublimation.
  5. Procédé pour l'impression par transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la substance durcissant aux UV est une laque durcissant aux UV, une encre durcissant aux UV ou une autre substance durcissant aux UV appropriée.
  6. Procédé pour l'impression par transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, le substrat étant un tissu textile, un imprimé, du bois, du cuir ou un autre substrat approprié.
  7. Procédé pour l'impression par transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, la couche antiadhésive en matériau synthétique étant constituée par une feuille thermoformable appropriée pour l'impression par transfert sous pression élevée.
  8. Installation d'impression destinée à être utilisée lors de l'impression de substrats au moyen d'un procédé d'impression par transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant un matériau de transfert qui présente une couche antiadhésive en matériau synthétique, la couche antiadhésive étant revêtue, en des zones qui ne sont pas prévues pour le transfert sur le substrat, avec une substance durcissant aux UV et où la couche antiadhésive
    - présente au moins une image qui est imprimée avec des encres usuelles sur la couche antiadhésive en matériau synthétique ou
    - est une feuille colorée, ou
    - est une combinaison de ce qui précède, et où le matériau de transfert est approprié, après un transfert au moins partiel de l'image ou de la feuille colorée ou d'une combinaison de ce qui précède, sous l'effet de la chaleur et de la pression sur le substrat, pour être retiré du substrat, où les zones revêtues avec la substance durcissant aux UV de la couche antiadhésive en matériau synthétique sont détachées avec le matériau de transfert du substrat et les zones représentant l'image de la couche antiadhésive en matériau synthétique ou les zones colorées de la feuille ou la combinaison de ce qui précède reste(nt) assemblée(s) avec le substrat.
  9. Installation d'impression selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la substance durcissant aux UV est une laque durcissant aux UV, une encre durcissant aux UV ou une autre substance durcissant aux UV appropriée.
