Elément de refroidissement (110) selon une des trois revendications précédentes, l'élément de stockage (148) comprenant au moins un agent d'immobilisation, l'agent d'immobilisation étant aménagé pour épaissir le produit de refroidissement, l'agent d'immobilisation comprenant de préférence au moins un des agents suivants : gélatine ; agar-agar ; pectine ; alcools polyvinyliques condensés.
  6. Elément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes, la chambre de stockage (118) et la chambre de fluide (120) étant raccordées l'une à l'autre par au moins un canal de fluide (116), le canal de fluide (116) comprenant au moins un des canaux de fluide (116) suivants : au moins un canal de fluide (116) traversant l'élément de séparation (114), en particulier au moins un alésage et/ou un canal de pores ; au moins un canal de fluide (116) formé par une cloison de séparation entre l'élément de séparation (114) et l'enveloppe (112).
  7. Elément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes, l'élément de séparation (114) comprenant au moins un élément de séparation (114) en forme de feuille, en forme de plaque ou en forme de disque, au moins un canal de fluide (116) configuré comme un interstice de fluide étant formé entre l'élément de séparation (114) et l'enveloppe (112) pour l'échange de produit de refroidissement (126) fluide entre la chambre de stockage (118) et la chambre de fluide (120).
  8. Elément de refroidissement (110) selon la revendication précédente, l'élément de séparation (114) comprenant une multiplicité d'éléments de séparation (114) en forme de feuille, en forme de plaque ou en forme de disque empilés les uns sur les autres.
  9. Elément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes, l'élément de séparation (114) comprenant au moins un des éléments suivants : un non-tissé, en particulier un non-tissé synthétique ; une matière plastique extrudée thermiquement isolante, en particulier un polyéthylène extrudé, un polystyrène extrudé, un polypropylène extrudé, un polyamide extrudé; une plaque support vidée d'air.
  10. Elément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes, l'élément de séparation (114) étant mécaniquement flexible.
  11. Elément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes, l'élément de séparation (114) présentant des propriétés thermiquement isolantes, de préférence au moins une des propriétés suivantes :
    - une conductibilité thermique de 0,01 W/(m*K) à 0,5 W/(m*K), de façon particulièrement préférée dans la plage de 0,035 W/(m*K) ;
    - une résistance au passage de chaleur d'au moins 0,05 m2K/W.
  12. Elément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes, l'élément de séparation (114) étant configuré de sorte qu'il peut absorber une proportion de produit de refroidissement de 1 % maximum, de préférence de 0,2 % maximum.
  13. Elément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre :
    - un produit de refroidissement (124, 126) avec une composante polaire de produit de refroidissement, l'élément de séparation (114) présentant au moins par tronçons des propriétés hydrophobes, ou
    - un produit de refroidissement (124, 126) avec une composante non polaire de produit de refroidissement, l'élément de séparation (114) présentant au moins par tronçons des propriétés hydrophiles.
  14. Elément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes, la chambre de fluide (120) étant constituée au moins d'une des façons suivantes : la chambre de fluide (120) est, totalement ou partiellement, disposée entre l'élément de séparation (114) et la paroi de transfert de chaleur (122) ; la chambre de fluide (120) est, totalement ou partiellement, contenue dans l'élément de séparation (114), en particulier dans un volume poreux de l'élément de séparation (114).
  15. Elément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre au moins un des produits de refroidissement (124, 126) suivants : eau ; un mélange aqueux contenant de la saumure ; un alcool ; une huile ; une graisse ; une paraffine ; un liquide, en particulier de l'eau et/ou un alcool, avec au moins un additif, en particulier au moins un sel et/ou au moins un sucre.
  16. Elément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes, l'élément de refroidissement (110) présentant au moins un élément isolant (134), l'élément isolant (134) empêchant au moins partiellement une intrusion de chaleur par le biais d'au moins une paroi de l'enveloppe (112), en particulier au moins une paroi différente de la paroi de transfert de chaleur (122),
  17. Elément de refroidissement (110) selon une des trois revendications précédentes, l'enveloppe (112) présentant au moins un marquage (156) pour repérer la paroi de transfert de chaleur (122), et/ou l'enveloppe (112) présentant une forme extérieure asymétrique qui permet au moins de détecter et/ou d'empêcher au moins partiellement une insertion inversée de l'élément de refroidissement (110) dans un conteneur de refroidissement (136).
  18. Conteneur de refroidissement (136) pour le refroidissement d'un produit à refroidir (140), comprenant au moins un conteneur extérieur (138) thermiquement isolant et au moins un élément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes, l'élément de refroidissement (110) étant disposé dans le conteneur extérieur (138) de sorte que la paroi de transfert de chaleur (122) est tournée vers le produit à refroidir (140), le conteneur extérieur (138) présentant de préférence au moins un logement (152) pour la fixation spatiale de l'élément de refroidissement (110) de sorte que, dans le cas de l'élément de refroidissement (110) logé dans le logement (152), la paroi de transfert de chaleur (122) de l'élément de refroidissement (110) est tournée vers le produit à refroidir (140).
  19. Procédé de refroidissement d'un produit à refroidir (140) avec utilisation d'au moins un élément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes visant un élément de refroidissement (110), l'élément de refroidissement (110) étant choisi de sorte qu'il présente au moins un produit de refroidissement (124, 126) avec un point de fusion et/ou une plage de fusion inférieur(e) à une température cible pour le refroidissement du produit à refroidir (140), le point de fusion et/ou la plage de fusion se situant à l'intérieur d'une plage de tolérance prédéfinie inférieure à la température cible, l'élément de refroidissement (110) étant surrefroidi à une température de surrefroidissement inférieure à la température cible et en particulier inférieure à la plage de tolérance, et l'élément de refroidissement (110) étant ensuite amené avec sa paroi de transfert de chaleur (122) directement ou indirectement en contact thermique avec le produit à refroidir (140).
  20. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de refroidissement (110), en particulier d'un élément de refroidissement (110) selon une des revendications précédentes visant un élément de refroidissement (110), comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - au moins une partie de fond (142), en particulier une poche en feuille, d'une enveloppe (112) de l'élément de refroidissement (110) est fabriquée ;
    - au moins une réserve de produit de refroidissement est placée dans la partie de fond (142) ;
    - au moins un élément de séparation (114) est placé dans la partie de fond, l'élément de séparation (114) étant configuré pour diviser un espace intérieur de l'enveloppe (112) en une chambre de stockage (118) logeant la réserve de produit de refroidissement et une chambre de fluide (120), l'élément de séparation (114) étant agencé pour éloigner essentiellement de la chambre de fluide (120) le produit de refroidissement (124) dans l'état d'agrégat solide, et pour permettre au produit de refroidissement (126) dans l'état d'agrégat solide de passer de la chambre de stockage (118) à la chambre de fluide (120) ; et
    - au moins une partie de couvercle (144) est placée sur la partie de fond (142) et raccordée à la partie de fond (142).
