Claims (10)
- Fixation de ski (10), particulièrement une fixation de ski de randonnée, de ski de télémark ou de ski de fond, avec un boîtier (11) apte à être monté sur un ski ou sur un moyen de glissement sur la neige similaire, boitier dans lequel est logé de manière déplaçable un élément d'engrènement (12) du côté fixation qui est apte à être mis en prise fonctionnelle avec un élément d'engrènement du côté semelle d'une chaussure, l'élément d'engrènement du côté fixation (12) comprenant un crochet ou une bride d'engrènement (14) logé(e) longitudinalement déplaçable dans le boîtier (11) et apte à se déplacer, dans une position de verrouillage, dans une ouverture d'accès (13) ouverte vers le haut pour l'élément d'engrènement du côté semelle, l'extrémité (21) de l'élément d'engrènement (12) du côté fixation qui est située opposée à la bride d'engrènement (14) pouvant être reliée avec un levier d'activation (16) pour le déplacement de la bride d'engrènement (14) par un élément d'accouplement (15) insérable à partir du côté supérieur du boîtier de fixation (11),
caractérisée en ce que
le côté avant de l'ouverture d'accès (13) dans le boîtier de fixation (11), côté qui est situé opposé à la bridé d'engrènement (14) et tourné vers celle-ci, est constitué par une plaque d'appui (17) en métal ou un matériau similaire résistant à l'usure étant insérable à partir du côté inférieur du boîtier de fixation (11). - Fixation de ski selon la revendication 1,

la plaque d'appui (17) limitant le côté avant de l'ouverture d'accès (13) comporte une ouverture de passage (18) en fente transversale par laquelle l'élément d'engrènement (12) du côté fixation est logé de manière à pouvoir se déplacer longitudinalement. - Fixation de ski selon les revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisée en ce que
la plaque d'appui (17) limitant le côté avant de l'ouverture d'engrènement (13) fait partie d'un profil en T (19). - Fixation de ski selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisée en ce que
la bride d'engrènement (14) de l'élément d'engrènement (12) du côté fixation fait partie d'une plaque (20) en forme de bande en métal ou un matériau résistant similaire, dont le bord transversal avant (21) situé opposé à la bride d'engrènement (14) comporte une section (22) pliée vers le haut, à laquelle l'élément d'accouplement (15) peut être attaché pour l'accouplement de manière à pouvoir se déplacer d'un côté à l'autre respectivement avec la bride d'engrènement (14) et l'élément d'engrènement (12) comprenant celle-ci. - Fixation de ski selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisée en ce que
l'élément d'accouplement (15) présente une rainure transversale (23) s'étendant transversalement à la direction longitudinale de la fixation, dans laquelle, une fois la fixation montée, s'immerge un allongement (24a) faisant saillie au-delà d'un axe de pivotement (24) du levier d'activation (16) tourné vers l'élément d'accouplement (15) si bien que l'élément d'accouplement (15) ainsi que l'élément d'engrènement (12) accouplé du côté fixation peuvent se déplacer d'un côté à l'autre à l'intérieur du boîtier de fixation (11), voire respectivement vers la position de verrouillage et sortant de celle-ci, par pivotement du levier d'activation(16)vers l'avant ou vers l'arrière.. - Fixation de ski selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisée en ce que
l'axe de pivotement (24) du levier d'activation (16) est formé par deux tourillons (25, 26) qui s'étendent diamétralement et sont retenus dans le boîtier de fixation (11) entre l'élément d'accouplement (15) d'un côté, et de l'autre des saillies de boîtier (27) s'étendant vers l'intérieur et attribuées au boîtier de fixation (11). - Fixation de ski selon la revendication 7,
caractérisée en ce que
les faces d'extrémités libres (28, 29) des tourillons (25, 26) dans la direction s'éloignant de l'extrémité de poignée (30) sont biseautés vers l'intérieur si bien qu'elles peuvent être mises en position de pivotement par un effort relativement peu important avec écartement latéral vers l'extérieur (la flèche 31) des saillies de boîtier (27) couvrant les tourillons (25, 26). - Fixation de ski selon la revendication 8,
caractérisée en ce que
les saillies de boîtier (27) couvrant les tourillons (25, 26) font partie de la paroi latérale de boîtier (32, 33). - Procédé de montage d'une fixation de ski selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que
à partir d'un boîtier de fixation (11), une plaque d'appui (17) en métal ou un matériau similaire résistant à l'usure qui limite le côté avant d'une ouverture d'accès supérieure (13) pour un élément d'engrènement du côté semelle d'une chaussure, est insérée d'abord à partir du bas (la flèche 34), par la suite l'élément d'engrènement (12) du côté fixation ayant la bride d'engrènement (14) est inséré depuis l'arrière (la flèche 35) si bien qu'il peut être guidé avec son bord transversal (21) situé opposé à la bride d'engrènement (14) à travers une ouverture (18) dans la plaque d'appui (17) limitant le côté avant de l'ouverture d'accès (13) si bien que la bride d'engrènement (14) avec son extrémité ouverte est tournée vers la plaque d'appui (17), et qu'un élément d'accouplement (15) est ensuite entreposé encore du haut (la flèche 36) entre l'élément d'engrènement (12) du côté fixation, en particulier attaché à l'élément d'accouplement (12) du côte fixation, et un levier d'activation (16), finalement l'élément d'accouplement (15) étant retenu dans le boîtier de fixation (11) au moyen du levier d'activation (16) qui peut être verrouillé là-dedans.
