  • Packaging machines are known in the art that are equipped with packaging plates on which a product to be packaged is abutted and inserted inside a plastic heat-shrinking film. After such operation, the product and the plastic film wrapping the product itself are translated into a welding and packaging area by heat-shrinking the film. Claims (14)

  1. Machine conditionneuse (1) comprenant:
    - au moins un plateau de conditionnement à translation (20); et
    - au moins une structure de support à encombrement réduit (30);
    caractérisée en ce que ladite structure de support à encombrement réduit (30) comprend au moins trois béquilles de soutien (31) essentiellement en forme de "L", pouvant être démontées lors du transport de ladite machine conditionneuse (1) et pouvant être remontés sur le site de travail de cette machine conditionneuse (1) ; au montage de ladite machine conditionneuse (1) les extrémités supérieures desdites béquilles de soutien (31) étant aptes à être emboîtées dans les logements (33a) prévus sur un plan de support (33b) de ladite machine conditionneuse (1), les extrémités inférieures desdites béquilles de soutien (31) étant aptes à être emboîtées dans un élément di liaison (35) capable de raccorder entre elles et de manière inamovible lesdites les extrémités inférieures desdites béquilles de soutien (31)
  2. Machine conditionneuse (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en plus au moins une cloche formée à chaud (10).
  3. Machine conditionneuse (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite cloche basculante formée à chaud (10) comprend une cloche (11) en matière plastique moulée à chaud, ladite cloche (11) étant fixée à un châssis (13) en matière résistante à la chaleur produit par moulage, ledit châssis (13) comprenant tous les logements nécessaires pour contenir et fixer ladite cloche formée à chaud (11), les joints (15), le logement d'un joint profilé (12) de contraste pour une lame soudante et un logement pour la poignée de manoeuvre (14).
  4. Machine conditionneuse (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit plateau de conditionnement à translation (20) comprend un premier plan (21) coulissant transversalement le long des premiers moyens de glissière selon un sens FT perpendiculaire à une direction d'une ligne de conditionnement LC de ladite machine conditionneuse (1) et un second plan (23) superposé audit premier plan (21) et glissant sur lui le long des seconds moyens de glissière (25) selon un sens FL perpendiculaire à ladite ligne de conditionnement LC de ladite machine conditionneuse (1).
  5. Machine conditionneuse (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit plateau de conditionnement à translation (20) comprend des moyens de blocage d'une position dudit second plan (23) vis-à-vis dudit premier plan (21).
  6. Machine conditionneuse (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de blocage comprennent au moins un tourillon à vis (27).
  7. Machine conditionneuse (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de liaison (35) est formé de deux demi coquilles (35a) chacune desquelles possédant, dans sa partie interne, la moitié d'un siège de logement (35b) de chacune desdites extrémités inférieures desdites béquilles de soutien (31), l'union desdites deux demi coquilles (35a) définissant ledit siège de logement desdites extrémités inférieures de chacune desdites béquilles de soutien (31).
  8. machine conditionneuse (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que lesdites deux demi coquilles (35a) sont bloquées entre-elles par des emboîtements aux autres systèmes de blocage, comme par exemple des vis passantes (36a) avec leurs écrous (35b).
  9. Machine conditionneuse (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de liaison (35) comprend un élément central pourvu dans le sens radial d'un étrier de fixation (37) pour chacune desdites extrémités inférieures desdites béquilles de soutien (3 1), ladite fixation étant consolidée au moyen de vis (38) logées dans des trous passants (39) pratiqués à travers chacun desdits étriers de fixation (37) et à travers une position correspondante desdites extrémités inférieures desdites béquilles de soutien (31).
  10. Machine conditionneuse (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de liaison (35) comprend un élément central pourvu dans le sens radial d'un boulon de fixation (34) pour chacune desdites extrémités inférieures desdites béquilles de soutien (31), ledit boulon de fixation (37) pouvant être introduit à l'intérieur d'un siège desdites extrémités inférieures, ladite fixation étant consolidée au moyen de vis (38) logées dans des trous passants (39) pratiqués à travers chacun desdits boulons de fixation (34) et dans une position correspondant en lesdites extrémités inférieures desdites béquilles de soutien (31).
  11. Machine conditionneuse (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de liaison (35) comprend un élément central pourvu, sur une face supérieure d'un premier siège de logement (35c) accueillant lesdites extrémités inférieures, d'une première paire desdites béquilles de soutien (31) diamétralement opposées entre elles, et sur une face inférieure d'un second siège de logement (35d) perpendiculaire audit premier siège de logement (35c) accueillant lesdites extrémités inférieures d'une seconde paire desdites béquilles de soutien (31) diamétralement opposées entre elles, une fixation desdites extrémités inférieures desdites béquilles de soutien (31) audit élément de liaison à croisillon (35) étant consolidée au moyen de vis (38).
  12. Machine conditionneuse (1) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite extrémité inférieure de chacune desdites béquilles de soutien (31) est pourvue d'une encoche de référence pour aider au positionnement de ladite béquille de soutien (31) dans ledit élément de liaison (35) perpendiculairement au sol.
  13. Machine conditionneuse (1) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite béquille de soutien (31) est démontable en plusieurs éléments assemblables entre eux.
  14. Machine conditionneuse (1) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite béquille de soutien (31) est pourvue d'un siège de logement d'au moins un groupe de roues orientable (37).
