Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Querschneiden von Bahnmaterialien, mit einer Schneidklinge (10), die von einer Walze (11) getragen ist, welche um eine Drehachse (R) rotiert, einer Gegen-Schneidklinge (12), die durch ein bewegliches Stützteil (13) getragen ist, und einem Betätigungssystem (14), um die Schneidklinge und die Gegen-Schneidklinge zu veranlassen, zyklisch miteinander zusammenzuarbeiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungssystem (14) eine Drehwelle (35) aufweist, die mit zumindest einer Nocke (36) ausgestattet ist, welche gegen ein von einem Endabschnitt (32) des Stützteils (13) getragenes Gegenelement (37) arbeitet, um das Stützteil (13) zu bewegen und die Gegen-Schneidklinge (12) selektiv dazu zu bringen, mit der Schneidklinge (10) zusammenzuarbeiten; wobei das Stützteil (13) bezüglich einer Schwenkachse (A) verschwenkbar ist und zwischen einer Ruheposition und einer Schneidposition um die Schwenkachse (A) in entgegengesetzten Richtungen oszilliert.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Nocke (36) tragende Welle (35) durch einen direkt auf die Welle (35) einwirkenden Motor (40) angetrieben ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (35) in einer vorgegebenen Richtung rotiert, und die Nocke (36) die Drehbewegung der Welle (35) in eine hin- und hergehende Bewegung des Teils (13) umwandelt, welches alternierend um die Achse (A) in entgegengesetzten Richtungen oszilliert.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nocke (36) jeweils um 180° rotiert, um das Stützteil (13) abwechselnd in die Schneidposition und in die Ruheposition zu bringen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch zumindest ein Vorspannteil (44), welches auf das Stützteil (13) einwirkt, um dieses in einer Schneidposition zu halten, wobei die Nocke (36) auf das Stützteil (13) gegen die Wirkung des Vorspannteils (44) derart einwirkt, dass es in die Ruheposition gebracht wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorspannteil (44) ein elastisches Teil ist, und die Nocke (36) unter Komprimierung des Vorspannteils (44) arbeitet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorspannteil (44) eine Pneumatik-Feder ist, die einen oder mehrere in Balg-Bauweise ausgeführte/n Pneumatikkolben mit eingestelltem Druck aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit der Nocke (36) ausgestattet Welle (35) und die die Schneidklinge (10) tragende Walze (11) jeweils durch unabhängige Motoren (40, 16) angetrieben sind, wobei beide Motoren (40, 16) durch eine Steuereinheit (42) angesteuert sind, welche den Betrieb der beiden Motoren (40, 16) synchronisiert.
