Because spring 68 lies biased to at least some extent between the bottom wall 74 with spring washer 84 and the cap nut 76 with stop 78, spring washer 84 is pressed into hole 82. Because annular parts 85, 87 are offset relative to each other, annular part 87 functions as contact surface with bottom wall 74 while annular part 85 prevents spring washer 84 being able to move out of hole 82.
- Ejector base 58 comprises a bottom plate 99, a mother plate 100 and a plate 102 arranged releasably thereon.
- the plug connection according to the present invention shown in detail in figure 5 comprises a plug 106 which can be placed through a drilled hole 104, after which releasable plate 102 is fastened to bottom plate 99 and mother plate 100 by arranging a screw 108 in plug 106.
- Bottom plate 99 and mother plate 100 can be manufactured integrally.
- the plug connection according to the present invention has the advantage that an old plug 106 can easily be removed and replaced with a new plug 106.

- This has the advantage that, when the screw connection of plug 106 is used to secure protrusions (not shown), so-called frogs, to be arranged in mould container 54, plug 106 ensures the position of mother plate 100 relative to fixed bottom plate 99 while screw 108 is temporarily removed. It is of course also possible to envisage an application wherein the plug extends to the interface between fixed bottom plate 99 and mother plate 100 (position b in figure 5 ).

- This brick length correction plate 98 comprises a plate which is fixed against wall 56 in mould container 54.
- the length dimension of the green brick (not shown) to be arranged in mould container 54 is reduced by the thickness of correction plate 98.
- the size of the green bricks to be formed can be corrected by the simple operation of arranging such a correction plate 98 in each mould container 54. This correction is for instance desirable so as to anticipate the shrinking behaviour of the clay during the drying and firing by adjusting the size of the green brick beforehand to the measure of shrinkage expected during drying and firing of the respective clay composition. Because only a few plates have to be placed, removed or exchanged, a correction of the size of the green brick can be realized in relatively simple manner and at low cost.

Claims (11)
- Formbehälterteil (52) mit wenigstens einem Formbehälter (54) zum darin Formen eines Rohziegels aus Ton oder Lehm, wobei der Formbehälterteil (52) eine Ausdrückeinrichtung (60) zum Herausdrücken des im Formbehälter (54) zu formenden Rohziegels aus dem Formbehälter (54) aufweist, wobei die Ausdrückeinrichtung (60) aufweist:- eine Ausdrückerbasis (58)- wobei auf der Ausdrückerbasis (58) eine Einsetzplatte (102) angeordnet ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsetzplatte (102) mit der Ausdrückerbasis (58) durch eine Steck- und Schraubverbindung verbunden ist.
- Formbehälterteil (52) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ausdrückeinrichtung (60) weiter aufweist:- einen Ausdrückerschaft (62), der mit einem ersten äußeren Ende mit der Ausdrückerbasis (58) verbunden ist und an einem zweiten äußeren Ende mit einem Anschlag (78) versehen ist, und- eine Spanneinrichtung (68), die um den Ausdrückerschaft (62) herum angeordnet ist und die mit dem Anschlag (78) in Eingriff gebracht werden kann, und- wobei der Formbehälterteil (52) eine Öffnung (82) aufweist, durch die es möglich ist, die Ausdrückeinrichtung (60) mit ihrem Schaft (62), der die um ihn herum angeordnete Spanneinrichtung (68) und den Anschlag (58) aufweist, zu verschieben, und- wobei im Formbehälterteil (52) zwischen der Spanneinrichtung (68) und der Öffnung (82) ein Zwischenteil (84) angeordnet und entfernt werden kann.
- Formbehälterteil (52) nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Zwischenteil (84) in der Situation, in der es zwischen der Spanneinrichtung (68) und der Öffnung (82) angeordnet ist, geeignet ist zum Funktionieren als ein Anschlag für die wenigstens leicht vorgespannte Spanneinrichtung (68).
- Formbehälterteil (52) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Ausdrückerschaft (62) fest mit der Ausdrückerbasis (58) verbunden ist.
- Formbehälterteil (52) nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Ausdrückerschaft (62) wenigstens an seinem von der Ausdrückerbasis (58) fernen äußeren Ende mit einem Schraubengewinde versehen ist.
- Formbehälterteil (52) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Ausdrückerschaft (62) einen Bolzen (66) aufweist, der mit einem Kopfende des Bolzens fest an der Ausdrückerbasis (58) angebracht ist.
- Formbehälterteil (52) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Spanneinrichtung (68) eine um den Ausdrückerschaft (62) herum angeordnete Druckfeder aufweist.
- Formbehälterteil (52) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Anschlag wenigstens eine an dem Schraubengewinde angebrachte Mutter aufweist.
- Formbehälterpresse zur Herstellung von Rohziegeln aus Ton oder Lehm für die Ziegelherstellungsindustrie, aufweisend:- einen zirkulierenden Förderer, der Formbehälterteile mit einem oder mehreren Formbehältern trägt,- einen Vorratsbehälter für Ton oder Lehm, der über den Formbehältern angeordnet ist,- eine Ton- bzw. Lehm-Anordnungseinrichtung zum Anordnen von Ton oder Lehm aus dem Vorratsbehälter in den Formbehältern,- Mittel zum Bedecken einer offenen Seite der Formbehälter mit entfernbaren Platten;- einen Formbehälterteil (52) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei:- wenigstens eine Ausdrückeinrichtung (60) auf dem Förderer angeordnet und relativ zum Förderer bewegbar ist,- wobei die Ausdrückeinrichtung (60) geeignet ist zum Ausdrücken eines im Formbehälter (54) vorhandenen Rohziegels auf eine zugeordnete Abnahmeplatte während einer Freigabestufe, und- wobei eine Einsetzplatte (102) auf der Ausdrückerbasis (58) angeordnet ist, welche Platte mit der Ausdrückerbasis durch eine Steckbolzen- und Schraubenverbindung verbunden ist.
- Verfahren zum Befestigen einer Einsetzplatte (102) an einer Ausdrückerbasis (58) in einem Formbehälterteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, aufweisend die folgenden Schritte:- Positionieren der Einsetzplatte (102) auf der Ausdrückerbasis (58) derart, dass in der Einsetzplatte angeordnete Löcher zu in der Ausdrückerbasis (58) angeordneten Löchern ausgerichtet sind,- Einbringen eines Steckbolzens (106) durch die ausgerichteten Löcher und- Anbringen einer Schraube (108) in dem Steckbolzen (106), um die Einsetzplatte (102) an der Ausdrückerbasis (58) zu befestigen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, vorausgegangen von den Schritten:- Entfernen einer zu ersetzenden Einsetzplatte (102) von der Ausdrückerbasis, und- Entfernen vom Loch in der Ausdrückerbasis (58) eines Steckbolzens, mit dem die zu ersetzende Einsetzplatte befestigt worden ist.
