Interconnection units for fuses, in particular for fuses of motor vehicles, serve to divide an electrical power supply to the individual cables of a wiring harness with the interposition of electrical fuses. Lateral offset against the Verschaltungsschiene 102 a plurality of individually provided and no electrically conductive interconnected

In the case of the interconnection unit according to the invention, the fuse unit thus serves not only for the electrical contact of the electrical line of a cable harness with the interconnection element via an electrical fuse but also for the mechanical connection. It thus fulfills not only an electrical but also a mechanical function.
You only have to use as many security elements as you actually need. Superfluous mechanical connection options for fuse elements, which are not required, are not necessary in the interconnection unit according to the invention, since only actually required mechanical connections are made by the required fuse units.
In a preferred embodiment of the interconnection unit according to the invention, the at least partially metallic fasteners and at least partially metallic fasteners of the respective fuse units are configured and / or aligned such that the attachment of the fastener to a mounting device of the Verschaltungselementes and the connection of the connecting element with an electrical line in a spatial direction respectively. Particularly advantageous is an embodiment in which the fastening of the fastening element and the connection of the connecting element take place in a line, whereby a particularly simple installation and a particularly space-saving design are possible.
The interconnection element of the interconnection unit according to the invention is formed for example by a Verschaltungsschiene, the plurality of fastening devices for fuse units side by side. It is particularly advantageous if the interconnection element is conductive and insofar acts directly as an electrical contact, in particular as an electrical power supply, via which electrical energy can be fed into the fastening elements of fuse units used.
A simple embodiment provides that the fastening devices for the securing units include through holes and the fastening elements of the securing units insertable therein bolts. The bolts can either be screwed directly into corresponding threads of the through holes or fastened by nuts.
At the fuse units can be attached in different ways, the electrical lines for distribution to the individual consumers. A simple embodiment provides that the fuse units to include socket pins as connecting elements, can be plugged into the eyelets, which are connected to the lines. Other possible connecting elements include e.g. Circular connectors, flat connectors or ribbon connections.
The insulation elements of the fuse units are used in particular for the mechanical connection of the respective fastening elements with the respective connecting elements of the fuse units. An advantageous development of the invention provides that the insulation elements comprise plastic cast blocks. In these Kunststoffgussblöcke the fasteners and the fasteners can be cast in each case in a simple manner.
It is particularly advantageous if the individual insulation elements have a structured shape, so that a corresponding tool can be applied in order to be able to fix the insulation elements with the fastening elements to the connection element. An advantageous embodiment provides e.g. a hexagonal outer shape, so that a wrench can be applied.
An advantageous embodiment provides that the fuse units can be covered by preferably molded plastic caps, each covering at least the insulating element, the electrical fuse and the connecting element so as to provide protection against contamination. The interconnection unit according to the invention can be used particularly advantageously in a motor vehicle since the space-saving arrangement proves to be particularly favorable here.
