Claims (7)

  1. Schuh (1) zum Ausüben von Skilanglauf, wobei der Schuh eine Sohle (2) und ein Vorderblatt (3) umfasst, wobei sich der Schuh (1) der Länge nach von einem Absatz (4) bis zu einem vorderen Ende (5), der Breite nach zwischen einem seitlichen Teil (6) und einem medialen Teil (7) und der Höhe nach von der Sohle (2) bis zu einem oberen Ende (12) erstreckt, wobei das Vorderblatt (3) einen niedrigen Abschnitt (10), einen hohen Abschnitt (11) und einen Reif (13) umfasst, der sich mindestens teilweise auf der Höhe des hohen Abschnitts (11) erstreckt, wobei der Reif (13) durch ein Quergelenk mit dem Rest des Vorderblatts (3) verbunden ist, wobei der Schuh (1) ein elastisches Mittel (30) umfasst, das einer Neigung des Reifs (13) zum Absatz entgegenwirkt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er entfernbare Mittel zum festen Verbinden des elastischen Mittels (30) mit dem Rest des Vorderblatts (3) umfasst.
  2. Schuh (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die entfernbaren Mittel zum festen Verbinden des elastischen Mittels (30) mit dem Rest des Vorderblatts ein Gelenk nutzen.
  3. Schuh (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk des Reifs (13) und das Gelenk der entfernbaren Mittel zum festen Verbinden koaxial sind.
  4. Schuh (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Mittel (30) einen unteren Bogen (31) und einen oberen Bogen (32) umfasst, die auf der Höhe eines Scheitelpunkts (33) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei dieser (33) eine seitliche Unterteilung (34) und eine mediale Unterteilung (35) aufweist, wobei die Bögen (31, 32) einander auf der Höhe der Unterteilungen (34, 35) fortsetzen, dass das Gelenk der entfernbaren Mittel zum festen Verbinden einen seitlichen Zapfen (24) und einen medialen Zapfen umfasst und eine seitliche Öffnung (36) in der seitlichen Unterteilung (34) des Scheitelpunkts (33) sowie eine mediale Öffnung (37) in der medialen Unterteilung (35) des Scheitelpunkts aufweist, und dass das Gelenk des Reifs (13) den seitlichen Zapfen (24) und den medialen Zapfen umfasst und eine Öffnung (29) in einem seitlichen Arm (14) des Reifs sowie eine Öffnung in einem medialen Arm (15) des Reifs aufweist.
  5. Schuh (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitliche Öffnung (36) in der Form eines kreisförmigen Lochs (38) vorliegt, das sich durch einen Schlitz (39) zu den Bögen (31, 32) hin fortsetzt, und dass die mediale Öffnung (37) in der Form eines kreisförmigen Lochs (40) vorliegt, das sich durch einen Schlitz (41) zu den Bögen (31, 32) hin fortsetzt.
  6. Schuh (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Mittel ein einteiliges Teil bildet.
  7. Schuh (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reif (13) einen seitlichen Arm (14), einen medialen Arm (15) und eine Brücke (16) umfasst, die die Arme (14, 15) miteinander verbindet.
