Description

The present invention relates to a system consisting of gutter, grate and fuse.

Troughs, in particular made of plastic, are known from the prior art and are used for example for the discharge of surface water. These gutters usually have a grate to cover, which must be secured to the gutter against lifting.

From the EP 0 758 038 A1 a gutter with a grate is known, which is secured with a safeguard against lifting from the gutter. The fuse has the manner of a rail formed latching elements, which are laterally pre-assembled on the grate. Further, a U-shaped securing means is provided on the fuse, which is introduced to secure the grate to the channel in a recess of the channel.

The WO 2005/035889 A1 discloses another gutter with a rust. On the grate, a first fastening element is integrally formed, which is brought into engagement with a second fastening element arranged on the channel in order to secure the grate to the channel.

However, the currently known fuses of the grate on the gutter have the disadvantage that they are relatively expensive to manufacture or install or that they have disadvantages in use.

It was therefore an object of the present invention to provide a fuse that does not have the disadvantages of the prior art.

The problem is solved with a gutter with the features of claim 1.

The gutter includes securing a grate to a gutter, the fuse having a wedge means which forces apart two legs of the fuse thereby creating a positive and / or a positive connection between the fuse and the grate.

The fuse has the advantage that it can be mounted without a screwdriver or the like. The wedge means need only be inserted between the two legs to push them apart.

Preferably, the wedge means has a plurality of latching means, which cooperate latching with latching means which are arranged on the legs.

The fuse has a U-shaped securing means, which positively and / or non-positively and releasably cooperates with a recess which is located on the channel.

Preferably, a latching lug is arranged in each case on the legs of the U-shaped securing means, which latching nose cooperates with a corresponding counterpart in the recess of the channel. This creates a strong connection, but with a certain force solvable, without the fuse or the gutter is damaged.

Preferably, the U-shaped securing means and the legs are arranged at a right angle to each other. This preferred embodiment of the fuse according to the invention has the advantage that the fuse is altogether stiffer and that the fuse can be detached from the channel without being jammed.

Described is also a channel, in particular of plastic, with a metal edge, wherein the metal edge is positively and / or non-positively connected to the channel.

The channel has the advantage that the metal edge does not have to be encapsulated by the plastic. As a result, the production of the gutter is much easier and it For example, a mold may be used to make a groove with or without a metal edge.

Preferably, the metal edge on connecting legs, which cause the frictional connection.

Described is also a channel having fastening and covering means, so that a lateral connection part can be attached to the channel.

This channel has the advantage that either a lateral channel, a lateral pipe or the like can be attached to the channel. As a result, the channel is very flexible and it must be stored less parts.

Preferably, the connection between the channel and the lateral connection part via a connecting element, which is particularly preferred form, force and / or cohesively attached to the channel.

Preferably, this connecting element can be connected to a channel or a pipe. This embodiment of the present invention has the advantage that the gutter can be designed very flexibly according to the respective requirements.

Preferably, the connecting element has locking lugs in order to prevent the connection gutter-gutter or gutter-pipe dissolves.

Also described is a grate for resting on a groove, wherein it has recesses which surrounds a safeguard against lifting at the periphery.

Preferably, the grate has a locking lug against longitudinal displacement, which is arranged so that it cooperates with the same recess of the channel, with which cooperates the protection against lifting. This preferred embodiment of the grate has the advantage that in the groove only a recess for securing against lifting and for securing against Longitudinal displacement of the grate must be arranged. This makes the trough easier to manufacture and has greater stability.

Preferably, the grate additionally has a securing nose against transverse displacement of the fuse. This preferred embodiment of the grate prevents that the fuse from slipping out of the recess of the channel and thus solves the security against lifting of the grate. Furthermore, the fuse is protected by the securing nose of the grate during transport.

Also described is a system consisting of gutter, grate and fuse, wherein the fuse has bearing surfaces that protrude from the support surface of the grate and the grate rests on these support surfaces and not even on the gutter. The system has the advantage that the noise, for example, caused by the fact that a car drives over the grid, is reduced.

Also described is a method for producing the channel according to the invention, in which the metal edge is placed on the channel and the connecting legs are deformed into a positive and / or non-positive connection.

Fig. 12) heraussteht und auf der Rinne aufliegt. FIG. 1 shows the fuse 3, which consists of a wedge 3.1 and a U-shaped securing means 3.5. The connection between the fuse 3 and the grate 2 (not shown) is generated in that the U-shaped securing means is inserted from below into a recess of the grate. Then the wedge means 3.1 is inserted from above between the legs 3.2 so deep until all locking means 3.3 of the wedge means 3.1 with the locking means 3.4 of the legs 3.2 are latching engaged. This assembly can be done with simple tools, such as a hammer. Characterized in that the wedge means 3.1 is driven between the legs 3.2, the legs are bent outwards, so that the locking lug 3.9 engage with corresponding projections which are arranged on the grate 2, in engagement. This results in a positive and / or non-positive and permanent connection between the fuse 3 and the grate 2. Furthermore, the fuse at its lower end, the legs 3.6 of the U-shaped securing means. On the one hand, these are so flexible that they can be bent under pressure from outside to inside. Furthermore, they have on their outer side locking lugs 3.7, which interact with corresponding projections in a corresponding recess of the channel latching. The base of the U-shaped Securing means, which connects the two legs 3.6 together, is slightly curved downwards, so that the legs 3.6 are pressed inwards together, but also prevails a certain bias, which presses the tavern 3.6 outwards, to cause a constant shape - And / or adhesion between the fuse and the channel is maintained. The legs 3.6, the base connecting the two legs, as well as the recess in the channel are designed so that the connection between the securing means 3.5 and the channel 1 with a certain amount of force can be solved without the fuse or the channel are damaged. The legs of the U-shaped securing means 3.6 are arranged at a right angle to the legs 3.2. This embodiment of the fuse has the advantage that the leg 3.2 does not bend when loosening the fuse from the channel and the component is carried out altogether stiffer at this load. The legs 3.2 are surrounded by the grate on four sides, so that the fuse is very well protected against mechanical influences. Furthermore, the top of the wedge means 3.2 is not out of the rust, so that these can not be damaged by a vehicle, which, for example, over the grid. The fuse has a support surface 3.8, which from the lower level 2.3 of the grate (see. Fig. 12 ) stands out and rests on the gutter. As a result, the grate itself is usually not on the groove, which, for example, positively affects when crossing the grate with a motor vehicle.

FIGS. 2a and 2b show the metal edge 1.2, which is respectively attached to the upper ends of the gutter. This metal edge 1.2 is bent from a metal sheet and has plant limb 1.3, 1.5 and connecting leg 1.4. As can be seen from the following figures, the bearing limb 1.5 cooperates with the inside of the channel, while the bearing limb 1.3 bears against the outside of the channel. The connecting leg 1.4 is slightly pre-bent at its lower end to facilitate the later mounting of the metal edge on the channel. The arrival and / or edition 1.6 serves to support the grate or the fuse on the channel.

FIGS. 3a to 3d show the mounting of the metal edge on the gutter. This has two legs 1.7, which together essentially result in a V, U or parabolic shape. The legs of the channel 1.7 are characterized by several longitudinally of the channel arranged ribs reinforced 1.13. At the ends of the two legs, the channel in the present case in each case has a contact surface for a metal edge. The person skilled in the art recognizes that the channel does not necessarily have to have a metal edge, but rather that corresponding contact surfaces for the grid to be placed on can still be formed in the legs. Furthermore, one skilled in the art will understand that in Figures 3a to 3d, the gutter is upside down. While the right leg 1.7 of the channel is already positively and / or non-positively connected to a metal edge 1.2, the mounting of the edge 1.2 is explained on the gutter on the basis of the left leg of the channel. For this assembly, a tool 4 is required, which consists of a counter-holder 1.4 and a mold 4.2 and a slide 4.3. First, the metal edge 1.2 is placed on the anvil 4.1 and then then, as shown by the arrow, from the mold 4.2 while pressed inward until the leg 1.5 is located on the inside of the leg 1.7 of the channel. This condition is in FIG. 3b shown. As soon as this is done, the slider 4.3 is pressed down until it rests against the surface 1.9 of the channel 1. The movement of the slide 4.3 is also illustrated by an arrow. Then it will be like in Figure 3c shown the gutter of the slide 4.3 total pressed down until the leg 1.7 of the groove completely rests against the metal edge 1.2. Finally, the mold 4.2 is moved down, so that the preformed connecting leg 1.4 is deformed as long as a circular arc, until it rests against the indentation in 1.8 of the legs 1.7. As a result, a form and / or adhesion is achieved in both the X and Y directions. Furthermore, the plant limb 1.5 is slightly biased by the forms of the connecting leg 1.4. This type of connection is performed in several places with respect to the longitudinal direction of the channel. The positive and / or non-positive connection between the metal edge and the channel takes place at several points simultaneously.

FIG. 4 shows the gutter. While the positive and / or non-positive connection between the metal edge 1.2 and the leg 1.7 of the channel 1 has already taken place on the left leg, it must still be performed on the right leg. From this view it can be seen that with respect to the longitudinal direction of the channel several positive and / or non-positive connections between the Metal edge 1.2 and the channel 1 are present. Furthermore, it can be seen from this perspective that the bearing surface 1.6 for the rust / fuse at the points where the fuse 3 engages in the channel 1, are notched.

FIG. 5 shows the channel 1 in a view from below and from the side. This has at its left and at its right end (not shown) in each leg in each case a covering 1.12, which is selectively removable, to laterally order more connection troughs or pipes on the gutter can. Between the covering means 1.12 and the gutter a predetermined breaking edge 1.14 is arranged along which the covering means 1.12 is separated from the gutter 1. Before this can be done, the rib 1.13, which is in the area of the cover 1.12 and ensures its sufficient stability, must be separated along the interface 1.15. Then, the cover 1.12 can be removed by simple means. Furthermore, the channel per leg four attachment means 1.11, with which a connecting element 7 (not shown) can be attached to the gutter. In the upper region of the legs, these connecting means recesses in the pins 7.1 are inserted. In the lower region of the legs are the fastening means 1.11 cylinder or Koni, via which a cylinder or conical connecting element 7 is inserted and which is then fastened thereto. Furthermore, the channel has a further covering 1.17. This cover 1.17 can be optionally removed to realize a vertical outlet from the gutter. Also in the area of the covering means 1.17 fixing means 1.18 are arranged to secure the vertical pipe to the gutter. The gutter is in the installed state on bearing surfaces 1.16. At one end, the groove has a groove and at the other end a spring. The spring of a gutter is inserted into the groove of the other channel to connect them to any length can. In the region of the groove and the tongue, the channel has sealing surfaces which are sufficiently sealable after installation of the channel into the ground that the channel can also be used in the area of filling stations and the like. The connection to the lateral or vertical tubes or channels is designed so that it can be sealed in hindsight.

FIG. 6 shows the system consisting of a channel 1, the grate 2, which is fastened to the channel 1 with four fuses 3 (only two shown). Furthermore the channel 1 has a lateral 90 ° branch 5, which is connected to the channel via the connecting element 7. Vertical down leads the tube 6, which is also connected to the channel 1.

FIG. 7 shows the connecting element 7. This has at its left and right leg in each case a connecting means 7.1, which is inserted in each case into a recess in the groove. The connecting means 7.4 are pushed onto the cylinder 1.1. These connecting means 7.4 can either be connected by a frictional engagement with the cylinders 1.1 or there is another fastening means, for example a screw, which connects the connecting means 7.4 with the cylinder 1.1. Furthermore, the connecting element 7 has a groove 7.2, in which a lateral connection part can be inserted. In the lower region, the groove has a slot 7.5, which receives a projection of the lateral connection part 5 and secures it in the groove. Furthermore, securing lugs are arranged on each leg in the region of the groove, which also prevent the lateral connection part from slipping out of the groove. The connecting element according to the invention is designed so that the connection between the connecting element and the lateral connecting part can be completely sealed in retrospect by a sealing compound.

In FIG. 8 the seiltiche connecting part is a connecting pipe 5. This connecting pipe 5 is arranged on an adapter plate which has been inserted into the groove 7.2 of the connecting element 7. The holding means 5.2, which are designed U-shaped in the present case, cooperate with the locking lugs 3. The U-shaped design of the holding means also ensures that the legs of the connecting element do not bend outwards. In the present case, the end face of the channel 1 is closed by a blind cover 8, which has stiffening ribs in order to avoid a deflection of the blind cover.

FIG. 9 shows the connecting element 7 and the lateral tube in an enlarged view. It can be clearly seen that the U-shaped holding means 5.1 each engage around the legs of the connecting element 7 and that they are below the locking lugs 7.3, so that a high-slipping of the lateral connection pipe can be prevented. The securing lugs are arranged offset by 90 ° on the legs of the connecting element.

FIG. 10 shows the grate 2, which is attached with four fuses 3 to the gutter. In the area of the fuse 3, the grate in each case has a securing nose 2.1, which engages in the recess 1.1 of the channel. Because the fuse 3 and the securing lug 2.1 interact with the same recess 1.1 in the channel 1, their manufacture is simpler and the channel as a whole more stable.

FIG. 11 shows a detailed representation of the grate 2 in the area of the fuse 3, clearly the securing lug 2.1 is recognizable against longitudinal displacement. Furthermore, it can be seen that the grate 2 has a further securing lug 2.2 behind the fuse 3. This locking lug prevents the fuse 3 moves transversely to the longitudinal axis of the channel and thus solves the backup between the grate and gutter. Furthermore, the nose protects the fuse during transport of the grate.

FIG. 12 It can be clearly seen that the shekel is 3.2 on four sides of the grate closed and that the top of the wedge means 3.1 does not protrude from the upper level 2.4 of the grate. The locking lugs 3.9 interact positively and / or non-positively with corresponding projections 2.5 of the grate. The support surface 3.8 stands out of the lower level 2.3 of the grate, so that these surfaces and not the rust rest on the gutter.
