L'invention concerne un support (1) fixe de pièces pour des machines outils. Ledit support comporte un cadre de table (3) et une table (2) comportant une première face (21) apte à maintenir une première pièce (211) à usiner, ladite première face étant positionnée fixe au dessus d'un dispositif d'usinage et ladite première pièce étant immobile pendant l'usinage. La table (2) comporte en outre une seconde face (22) apte à maintenir immobile une seconde pièce (221) à usiner.

Description

Support fixe de pièces pour machine outil
La présente invention appartient au domaine des machines outils pour l'usinage de pièces devant être maintenues fixes pendant l'usinage, en particulier pour des pièces de grandes dimensions. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un support fixe de pièces qui permet de préparer une pièce en temps masqué pendant l'usinage d'une autre pièce.
Lorsque des pièces de grandes dimensions, très lourdes et généralement de formes complexes doivent être usinées, des machines outils adaptées sont utilisées.
Les machines outils conventionnelles comportent une table horizontale fixe adaptée aux dimensions de la pièce à usiner et maintenue sur un socle de grande rigidité. La pièce est fixée sur une face supérieure de la table. En outre, la machine outil comporte un portique mobile, ayant la forme d'un U inversé, portant une ou des têtes d'usinage positionnées au dessus de la pièce.
Cependant, la complexité pour assurer le déplacement des têtes d'usinage avec la précision exigée par les pièces usinées conduit à un portique généralement très lourd à déplacer, limitant fortement les vitesses de déplacement, principalement lors des déplacements hors temps usinage.
Pour améliorer la productivité de ce type de machine outil à portique, une solution connue consiste à travailler en temps masqué, c'est à dire à effectuer une opération de préparation de pièces sur des pièces devant être usinées pendant que la machine outil réalise une opération d'usinage sur d'autres pièces. Ainsi, pendant que la machine usine un ensemble de pièces sur une partie de la table, un autre ensemble de pièces est préparé sur une autre partie de la table. Cette préparation en temps masqué permet d'éviter d'immobiliser le portique pendant les opérations de préparation mais impose en contrepartie de doubler au moins la longueur nécessaire de la table d'usinage et donc d'occuper dans l'atelier une surface au sol beaucoup plus importante. Par exemple, pour des pièces mesurant généralement quelques mètres, ces machines outils peuvent atteindre plusieurs dizaines de mètres de longueur afin de permettre le travail en temps masqué.
La mise en oeuvre d'une table pour maintenir immobiles des pièces de grande dimension permettant de travailler en temps masqué sans multiplier la surface au sol est donc intéressante pour augmenter la capacité d'accueil de machines outils dans un atelier et donc augmenter la productivité industrielle.
La présente invention propose un support fixe de pièces pour machines outils qui comporte un cadre de table et une table comportant une première face apte à maintenir une première pièce à usiner, ladite première face étant positionnée fixe au dessus d'un chariot d'usinage et ladite première pièce étant immobile pendant l'usinage. La table comporte, en outre, une seconde face apte à maintenir de manière similaire une seconde pièce à usiner.
Dans le support suivant l'invention, la table est réversible de sorte à rendre interchangeable les deux faces de ladite table. La table est positionnée dans le cadre de table comportant une ouverture adaptée aux dimensions de la table, de telle sorte que la première pièce est usinée sur une face et que la seconde pièce est préparée sur l'autre face. Ainsi, l'opération de préparation de pièce réalisée en temps masqué sur l'autre face de la table permet de ne pas augmenter la surface au sol de la machine outil.
Pour assurer une immobilisation de la pièce à usiner pendant l'opération d'usinage, le support comporte des moyens de fixation de la table sur le cadre de table afin d'immobiliser la table sur ledit cadre de table pendant l'opération d'usinage. Lesdits moyens de fixation peuvent être des brides et ou des verrous et ou des clavettes de verrouillage et ou des points d'appui.
Dans un mode de réalisation, afin de faciliter les opérations de retournement de la table, la table comporte un axe de rotation sensiblement parallèle aux deux faces de la table et monté sur des paliers fixés sur ladite table. De préférence, afin de minimiser l'espacement, entre la table et l'ouverture du cadre de table, nécessaire à la rotation de la table, la section transversale de l'ouverture du cadre, perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation, est un arc de cercle centré sur ledit axe.
De préférence, afin d'éviter la chute d'objets ou d'outils lors des opérations d'usinage, le support comporte aussi des moyens d'étanchéité entre la table et le cadre de table. La description détaillée du support de pièces est faite en référence aux figures qui représentent :

Suivant l'invention, un support 1 fixe de pièces pour machines outils, comme illustré sur les figures 1a, 1 b, comporte un cadre de table 3 et une table 2 comportant : - une première face 21 , apte à maintenir à une position fixe une pièce à usiner 211 ,
- une seconde face supérieure 22, opposée et sensiblement parallèle à ladite première face 21 , apte à maintenir à une position fixe une pièce à usiner 221. Le support 1 est sensiblement horizontal, et la table 2 est de longueur au moins égale à la longueur de la plus grande pièce à usiner.
Le support 1 présente une rigidité suffisante pour garantir la stabilité de la table lors de l'usinage des pièces.
Afin d'assurer le maintien de la pièce à usiner sur la table avec une rigidité suffisante, des moyens de maintien 4, tels que par exemple des brides, sont agencés de façon conventionnelle sur chacune des faces 21 , 22 de la table 2.
Pendant les opérations d'usinage, la table 2 est maintenue sur le cadre de table 3. Ledit cadre de table est bâti avec une rigidité suffisante pour supporter ladite table et les pièces 211 , 221.
Le support 1 est placé de sorte que la pièce à usiner puisse être usinée par un dispositif d'usinage mobile, avantageusement placé en dessous dudit support. Par exemple, le support 1 est lui même fixé à deux parois verticales 5 qui le maintiennent à la hauteur constante voulue par rapport au dispositif d'usinage.
La table 2 et le cadre de table 3 sont rendus solidaires, en particulier pendant les opérations d'usinage, afin que la pièce 211 en cours d'usinage soit parfaitement immobilisée.
Dans un mode de réalisation, une méthode consiste, par exemple, à utiliser un cadre de table 3, d'épaisseur d supérieure à l'épaisseur e de la table
2, et comportant une ouverture apte à recevoir la table 2 de telle sorte que ladite table repose sur un rebord 31 du cadre ou sur des éléments débordants de l'ouverture accueillant la table 2.
Dans un autre mode de réalisation, comme illustré sur la figure 2, le cadre de table 3 comporte une ouverture, comportant des points d'appui de section transversale oblique, apte à recevoir une table 2 comportant des extrémités 23 de section transversale triangulaire, complémentaire à la section de l'ouverture. La table 2 repose sur un rebord de cadre 31 ou sur des éléments débordants vers l'intérieur de l'ouverture accueillant la table.
Afin d'assurer le positionnement et l'immobilisation de la table dans le cadre et donc de maintenir la pièce fixe pendant l'opération d'usinage, des moyens de fixation 7, tels que des brides ou des verrous, sont agencés pour fixer la table sur le cadre de table.
D'autres moyens, par exemple un système de clavettes (non représenté), peuvent être utilisés pour positionner et immobiliser la table sur le cadre de table.
En outre, le cadre de table 3, les extrémités de la table 23 et les moyens de fixation 7 de ladite table sur ledit cadre sont agencés de sorte que, dans une position fixe, la première face 21 correspond à une face inférieure de la table 2 et la seconde face 22 correspond à une face supérieure de la table et dans une seconde position, la première face 21 est la face supérieure de la table et la seconde face 22 la face inférieure. Ainsi, il est possible d'usiner une pièce sur une des deux faces 21 , 22 de la table 2 et de préparer une autre pièce sur l'autre face de la table. Cette opération en temps masqué peut être réalisée directement sur le support sans augmentation de la surface au sol de la machine outil dans l'atelier.
La face de la table utilisée est avantageusement la face en position supérieure car elle nécessite l'intervention d'opérateurs et la pièce, lorsqu'elle n'est pas encore maintenue par des brides, ne risque pas de tomber lorsqu'elle est posée sur la table.
Afin de faciliter la manutention ainsi que les opérations de nettoyage de la table, la face supérieure de la table est de préférence sensiblement au niveau ou au dessus du cadre de table. Pour retourner la table 2, en particulier lorsqu'une pièce 211 a été usinée sur une première face 21 et qu'une pièce 221 à usiner a été préparée sur une seconde face 22, un moyen de levage non représenté peut être utilisé.
Dans une première étape, la table 2 est soulevée hors du cadre de table 3, puis, dans une deuxième étape, elle est retournée, et enfin, dans une troisième étape, elle est repositionnée dans le cadre 3 pour y être à nouveau immobilisée.
Afin de faciliter cette opération de retournement, d'autres moyens peuvent être mis en oeuvre. Dans une variante de réalisation, illustré sur les figures 3a, 3b, 3c, la table 2 pivote autour d'un axe de rotation 24, correspondant sensiblement à son axe longitudinal. L'axe de rotation 24 est de préférence monté sur des paliers et le mouvement de rotation peut le cas échéant être assuré au moyen de moteurs ou de vérins 25 situés par exemple aux deux extrémités 26 de ladite table.
Avantageusement, la table 2 est maintenue dans ladite position fixe par des moyens de verrouillage 8 fixés sur le cadre de table 3. Lesdits moyens de verrouillage, dans une première position, maintiennent la table 2 dans une position fixe de travail, et dans une seconde position, libèrent la table 2 pour que ladite table puisse pivoter. L'inversion de la position entre les deux faces 21 , 22 s'effectue par une rotation de la table 2 de 180° autour de l'axe 24.
De préférence, le cadre de table 3 présente une ouverture dont la dimension permette la rotation de la table 2 autour de l'axe 24 sans soulever ladite table. Dans ce cas, un espace 9 est crée entre les extrémités 23 de ladite table et le cadre de table 4, comme illustré sur la figure 3c.
Afin d'éviter la chute d'outils ou d'objets divers lors des opérations de préparation d'une pièce, ce qui pourrait nécessiter un arrêt des opérations d'usinage, et pour éviter le risque de remontées des brouillards d'huile de coupe pendant l'usinage, l'espace est avantageusement fermé par un joint de couverture 10 posé autour de la table 1 avant le début de l'opération d'usinage.
Dans une variante de réalisation, comme illustré sur la figure 3d, la section de l'ouverture du cadre de table 4 perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation correspond à un arc de cercle centré sur l'axe de rotation 24. Cette configuration permet de limiter l'espace 9 entre les extrémités 23 de la table et l'ouverture du cadre de table.
L'invention permet ainsi d'obtenir un support fixe de pièces pour machines outils pour l'usinage de pièces devant être maintenues immobiles pendant l'usinage permettant de préparer une pièce en temps masqué pendant l'usinage d'une autre pièce sans multiplier la surface d'occupation au sol.

Claims

Revendications
1- Support (1 ) fixe de pièces pour machines outils, comportant un cadre de table (3) et une table (2) comportant une première face (21 ) apte à maintenir une première pièce (211 ) à usiner, ladite première face étant positionnée fixe au dessus d'un dispositif d'usinage et ladite première pièce étant immobile pendant l'usinage, caractérisé en ce que la table (2) comporte une seconde face (22) apte à maintenir immobile une seconde pièce (221 ) à usiner.
2- Support suivant la revendication 1 dans lequel la table (2) est réversible de sorte à rendre interchangeable les deux faces (21 , 22).
3- Support suivant l'une des revendications précédentes dans lequel la table (2) est positionnée dans le cadre de table (3) comportant une ouverture adaptée aux dimensions de la table (2), de telle sorte que la première pièce (211 ) est usinée sur une face (21 ) et que la seconde pièce (221) est préparée sur l'autre face (22).
4- Support suivant l'une des revendications précédentes comportant des moyens de fixation (7, 8) de la table (2) de sorte à immobiliser la table (2) sur le cadre de table (3) pendant l'opération d'usinage.
5- Support suivant la revendication 4 dans lequel les moyens de fixation (7, 8) comportent des brides et ou des verrous et ou des clavettes de verrouillage et ou des points d'appui. 6- Support suivant l'une des revendications précédentes dans lequel la table (2) comporte un axe de rotation (24) sensiblement parallèle aux faces (21 , 22) de la table (2) et monté sur des paliers fixés sur ladite table.
7- Support suivant la revendication 6 dans lequel la section transversale de l'ouverture du cadre de table (3), perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation (24), est un arc de cercle centré sur ledit axe.
8- Support suivant l'une des revendications précédentes comportant des moyens d'étanchéité (10) entre la table et le cadre de table.
